Speaking of meals, the food at Porto Platanias is nothing short of extraordinary

I already knew the level of professionalism and the high quality of the services and the staff already from the four previous times that I had visited the hotel, but it was a completely different experience being there as a guest

This resort is surrounded by lush green plantations blended harmoniously with the ocean breeze and a peaceful tranquility. There are 4 restaurants, pool bars and a beautiful wellness spa center

The main restaurant offers both nice breakfast and you have different buffets every night, we had the Mediterranean buffet and the grill buffet. The other restaurant but the beach offers amazing a la carte menu

My husband and I just spent four days here for our 30th anniversary. We walked down the beach and saw other resorts, nothing compares. Everything is uncrowded and first class

Very conveniently located this resort has its own private beach and makes it an amazing place for a great vacation. Where do I even start, we loved everything here

Nice Hotel just on the beach. Just perfect because it is not too much nor too less. Recommended absolutely.

Nice hotel in Platanias, very close to the beach. The restaurant is next to the beach, you can also overlook the Playground for the kids. There is a great "greek night" with dinner and show once a week

Cons: The beds are a bit to hard for me, as I could feel the springs into my skinny back

Drinks in the hotel bar are way overpriced paid 8€ for a cocktail that was served in a juice cup and was less than half full! In saying that accommodation is adequate, location is good as it's close to everything and bus service to Chania is brilliant at 2

Nice area, clean, wonderful Beach for small children too. Great breakfast in the restaurant. Wonderful view to the sea.

Of the 10 nights we only had dinner twice in the hotel as the food was not of a good standard, this added extra costs to our holiday as we had to pay for dinner elsewhere

If you’re looking for a great hotel to spend your time in Chania, search no more as this is the best option you can find. The breakfast buffet was an A+ as far as quality, variety, and quantity is concerned

We recently stayed at Domes Noruz, and we can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable

Breakfast buffet had everything you could want but every morning I had the 40% fat yogurt with a selection of toppings. The beach was so clean and there was always a lounger available

And the beach was lovely at night, the bar staff were having a good time especially at the pool bar near beach at night and the singer was absolutely outstanding he sang in English which wasn't his 1st language he spoke Dutch, French and English which he spoke him and he was brilliant at guitar singing songs from 60s to the 90s, he came on at lunch near one of the restaurants and the at 7 at the same...

We have just returned from a week stay and we had the best time! All the staff from the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful! The restaurant staff were so welcoming and the kids looked forward to dinner time immensely! They loved the games room and all the activities around the hotel! We played tennis and golf! The hotel is clean and well looked after

The only downside about the rooms are the marble floors which were slippy but apart from that everything was amazing including every staff member including receptionists, football coaches, bar staff etc

The trip on a cruise to various Greek islands around Crete was beautiful. Also there was a lot of stray cats and dogs around trying to get food in restaurants

The staff was professional, welcoming, care taking and just over all genuine and good human beings! They have taken their time to tell us all about where we should go and what we should experience with a passion for what they are doing

I attended all of the dancing and yoga classes and highly recommend them! Christos is a great dance teacher! Very good gym and spa facilities! Heated swimming pool with water temperature around +26 +28 was a great bonus in April! Special thank you to Anna and Alex on the reception who helped us with any requests: places to visit, renting a car, with any facilities in the hotel

During one of their evening events “Greek night”, we were encouraged to learn a Greek folk dance and got a lightning course on how to do it by the hotel manager Christos before we tried it for real on stage

At Mossa Hotel, we felt like family! The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day, well ventilated and had a very good air condition. The food was amazing! We especially fell in love with their Greek salad

I have never been a dancer, but this was really fun and we appreciate that Christos took his time to get us out of our comfort zone for this fun experience. The location was also perfect

Once at the beach, there wasn't really anywhere to place ourselves as all the sunbeds belonged to all the hotels that backed onto the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again!

The accommodation was spotless. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Stelios and his sidekick at the bar were both really funny and welcoming made us feel really at ease

The rooms weren't massive, but they were clean and felt private. We weren't disturbed at all during the night like in some hotels as our room was a detached villa with only one room below

The SuneoClub team (Arian, Justine an Simon) were fantastic and got everyone involved in fun activities such as water polo, aqua fit and outdoor games like boules and kubb

We (a Danish family of two adults and two kids [11 & 14]) stayed at Sirios Village with the all inclusive option for 15 nights in July 2021. During our stay the guests primarily consisted of Danes, Icelanders, and Poles

There is always barbecue, fish/seafood, meat, and vegetables in the buffet. The food is of a high quality and well-tasting. The snacks during the day are also great - as is the ice cream. The beverages offered are good

There is also a tennis court that can be rented on an hourly basis (with balls and rackets). The spa and fitness area was closed due to corona. The Food The food is very varied with different themes

This wasn't done by the staff and no brush, cloth, and cleaning agent were provided. The Facilities The hotel features two nice and child friendly pool areas with loads of sunbeds

Especially the staff in the restaurant cleaning the tables, refilling the buffet, and making ready for new guests dining are hard working but still manage to smile and be polite

Wonderful, in every way! Close to the beach, Clean sandy beach and sea. The pool area is also nice and clean. Fits for couples and families, for anyone actually. The room were big enough and the bed was very comfortable

Martin from the animation/entertainment team was great! We all really enjoyed the daily darts game! Theodora (training captain) in the buffet restaurant was amazing, my 10 month old daughter absolutely loved her

Even outside the resort the local businesses were so friendly and not pushy for sales, in fact they gave us free drinks and gifts for our children! Can not recommend this resort and the area enough!

The bartrender Angelo was an Angel from above. The bar was a pleasure to hang out, he is so friendly and make the best drinks I have ever drank. You have to visit and say Hello from Kimberlee to Angelo

We spent half of our honeymoon here we were welcomed with beautiful gifts and friendliness, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean

The apartment was clean and neat, and the location is quite convenient. The underground parking is a definite plus. However, there are some minor details that, if improved, would significantly enhance the experience

Everything was great from the beginning to end of our stay. The morning breakfast was normal with fresh orange juice at your disposal. The extremely nice part is the placement of this complex

Beach is accessible in 3 minutes, which was great Room: We had a wonderful room with jacuzzi and hamam inside. We were happy to experience such luxury. However the sound proofing was not there

Helpful staff, if you go and mention your problem they will help you with their best. We went to Balos beach by an early morning tour. The staff accommodated our early breakfast request

Hilarious !!! The stairs does not consider user safety as well. The stairs are made up of finished granite (which looks nice) but in rains it can get wet and slippery. the parking area is weird and narrow

Excellent food in the restaurant, a lot of dietary dishes for children, a variety of the diet were changed every day. Two nice pools with sea views. All the amenities in a walking distance. Will definitely go here again!

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water

The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

Gorgeous hotel and rooms, pool was clean, seating was plentiful. Breakfast was tasty however hardly any variation. Staff were lovely, no issues with them

It is nice and quiet and there is more than one beach to go to - check them out, in particular the one near the chapel on the hill- 5min away

The pool is probably one of the cleanest we have seen in Crete! Perfect location, close to several beaches. We highly recommend this hotel especially to families with children

We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 7 days, and it was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food! We booked the Executive Suite, it is two stories with a hot tub and a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea

Top Hotel with Nice service and every rooms have 3 balconys. Great when you dont want to live in a big tourist complex.

Clean, welcoming, great manager/owner and lovely staff. Near the beach and walking distance to many restaurants.

It also serves food like good pizzas and giros plates and offers room service. The beach is a 5 min walk (you can choose from 4 beaches in Agii Apostoli, one of which is with shallow waters and great for kids

But I think the sport massage in finland suits me better than their herbal relaxing massage. Plus point that there's a fulfilling breakfast. Everything in Crete tastes way better

We went there last summer 5 months ago with two toddlers aged 1 and 2. The hotel makes it breezy and relaxing. Different rooms so that the other kid can occupy during nap time

Great place for a self catered vacation. Studios are spacious and have a bedroom and a separate kitchen/dining area with a sofa, and we also got an extra bed for the kid here

Red flags on the beach due to winds which can be a problem in Crete are rare here, so I recommend it for families with small children) and Chania old town is 4km away

Nice pool area, with separate kids pool, but could use more greenery around it. There is a cafe bar next to the pool ran by Jorgos (a great guy and very helpful)

The location is great, you have a walking distance to everything you need (beach, supermarkets, restaurants, shops) Big and nice rooms with great balconys, the room had everything you need and were always very clean! I have a 1-year old and they put a very good bed/crib for my son in the room

The food and drinks in the bar was really good, especially the food (The beef stifado was 5/5!) There is nothing to complain about, I will definitly go back here and I already miss the staff and the hotel❤️ Thank you for this amazing week!

Me and a group of 17 people (5 kids) stayed here for a week. The staff and the family that owns this hotel were so friendly and so kind! We felt so welcome and at home

Really good food. The best I have tasted in Greece so far. They use mostly fresh ingriedients. If you are staying here you should try out the restaurant.

it was VERY hot in the room, but AC is available at 7. 5Euro extra cost pr day, we did that, and it was a life saver,
