It's ok but very quiet and lacks atmosphere. Rooms are clean and Aircon is very good which makes it comfortable. However 2 single beds pushed together doesn't make a double in my view. Where you get your room in the hotel matters. A lot. At first when we arrived we got rooms that didn't look anything like the pictures in the hotel's website. Very clean, ood beds, very friendly staff, at last the majority of them, and all working in restaurants, cleaning and so on very friendly. The fact that many rooms are under ground level is not mentioned any where, we først received one of those rooms, and request a better room. The food at Domes Chania was excellent for all meals, but Dinner was outstanding. The wines list was comprehensive with some superb local and Greek wines, backed up by knowledgeable staff who knew what they were talking about and always had a recommendation. The staff, without exception, were all friendly, courteous and helpful, offering excellent service.

Good place and location. We needed fan or air-condition to pass the night. Our room had 2 tv, sofa, 2 sink, cafe table and kitchen tools ex. plate set, folks and knives. Get cleaning everyday but behide the bed and the lamps are still quite dusty🤒

We were half board and would not book as half board again,breakfast is good with wide variety of options however dinner was a total disaster. Of the 10 nights we only had dinner twice in the hotel as the food was not of a good standard, this added extra costs to our holiday as we had to pay for dinner elsewhere. Sunbeds are also not available at the pool on most mornings despite the pool not opening...

Nice hotel in Platanias, very close to the beach. Friendly staff. The restaurant is next to the beach, you can also overlook the Playground for the kids. There is a great "greek night" with dinner and show once a week. Don't miss that. Cons: The beds are a bit to hard for me, as I could feel the springs into my skinny back.

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms are clean and with good working airconditioning. They clean it on regular base. The Pool is very nice and clean and the garden looks very neet en maintaind. 5 stars for the garderner. Good breakfast as well.

Very good price for what you get. Outdoor/pool area is amazing and well worth it. Great location and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Apartments are clean and spacious with great air conditioning.

It can’t get any better than this. Rooms are perfect, with central air (not common in Greece), very clean. The pool is amazing. Across the street there is a park, and 2’ walking from there, you’ll find a nice beach. There is also a bus stop right outside the property. The staff is so nice! This place is worth every penny.
