Where you get your room in the hotel matters. A lot. At first when we arrived we got rooms that didn't look anything like the pictures in the hotel's website. Our sea view room was on the ground floor with the smallest balcony of all sea view rooms, and the actual sea view was mainly blocked by a restaurant and parked cars. Very clean, ood beds, very friendly staff, at last the majority of them, and all working in restaurants, cleaning and so on very friendly. The fact that many rooms are under ground level is not mentioned any where, we først received one of those rooms, and request a better room. Next day we were givende the oppertunity to chose between two rooms. Do they did in deed try to satisfy us.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to this 5-star hotel for a week in August. Minoa Palace is everything you could ask for in a Cretan resort: beautiful well kept grounds with 3 or 4 pools, multiple bars and restaurants and its own beach with umbrellas and beds. The food at Domes Chania was excellent for all meals, but Dinner was outstanding. The wines list was comprehensive with some superb local and Greek wines, backed up by knowledgeable staff who knew what they were talking about and always had a recommendation. The staff, without exception, were all friendly, courteous and helpful, offering excellent service.

We were half board and would not book as half board again,breakfast is good with wide variety of options however dinner was a total disaster. Of the 10 nights we only had dinner twice in the hotel as the food was not of a good standard, this added extra costs to our holiday as we had to pay for dinner elsewhere. Sunbeds are also not available at the pool on most mornings despite the pool not opening...

Nice hotel in Platanias, very close to the beach. Friendly staff. The restaurant is next to the beach, you can also overlook the Playground for the kids. A variety of lovely clean pools. Rooms were spacious and clean with two separate sofa beds for our two children. Big variety of food available at each meal and from the daytime snack bar.

What an amazing resort! We have been travelling around Europe for the past 7 weeks and this was our final stop. It was the perfect way to end our vacation. The food was delicious, our room was very clean, a very spacious bathroom, comfortable and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend Sirios Village to anyone!

Great place to relax. Everything is on site making it perfect for those who are willing just to chill: there's a shop, a pool, sauna and SPA. Dishes at the restaurant are diverse, with cuisines from all over the world, and they are all delicious. Service is fantastic. The hotel is not too crowded, which I liked very much.

Nice hotel with good rooms and a good restaurant/bar. The pool area is okay, but it is very difficult to get a sunbed as the hotel allows people to reserve them by putting a towel down. It is located a bit away from the town but close to the beach.

Our room when we got there had an ant infestation, had to change room. Had to pack our cases again after unpacking!!! The room we were given was too small. The shower tray was too small. Shower curtain was hooked to metal rods that swung from side to side, weird, so when having a shower the whole room flooded. Very dangerous. Badly designed. The selection was exceptionally large, but there was very little selection of food that was gluten-free.

We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great. (A little too big for a couple)

A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying...

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 7 days, and it was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food! We booked the Executive Suite, it is two stories with a hot tub and a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea. I have to highlight how polite and nice the staff were. Highly recommended!

It can’t get any better than this. Rooms are perfect, with central air (not common in Greece), very clean. The pool is amazing. Very welcoming owner and hotel at all. It’s situated in the centre of Agia Marina. In 5 minutes bakery with ice cream and coffee, beach, shops, bars, bus station to Chania There is also amazing bar in the hotel and relax zone. Highly recommend to stay in this place.

The hotel located in the very nice area, the beach is just across the street and there are a lot of great restaurants around. We have been in Oscar Suites for a week. The location is super nice and the apartments are also very good. It's nice they have two pools and a fitness. The employees are very very nice and helpful. I really recommend Oscar Suites to everyone.

Fantastic staff. Very child friendly and caring. They give you personal service and remember your issues and requests. We enjoyed our stay here. The facility is spotless and has a very modern look. The breakfast fills you up and leaves you satisfied. The male bartender really knows his way around a gin drink! It was the perfect place to spend our holiday in Crete. Close to the beach, with two pools, great terace and delicious breakfast and food. We recommend the restaurant during the evening. The staff is wearing masks all the times, very careful with the clients. We loved everything and for sure we will come back.
