Our cruise ship was detoured here due to high winds and dangerous surf. We emailed the resort and asked for a day pass, which they offered to us. We rented a lovely day bed and towels and enjoyed the sun, bar, and restaurant service. The staff was all polite and professional. Our lunch of pork gyros was delicious. A lovely hotel, exceptionally clean with modern rooms. Perfect location with a 3 min walk to the beach. Towels and sheets changed daily, helpful staff and overall a good experience. Only given 4 stars as the breakfast was disappointing. Not a great choice, hot food barely warm and no orange juice for 2 days. A choice of fresh fruit would have been appreciated. However the rolls were freshly baked and...

Had a lovely 11 days here. Very friendly, helpful staff, we had an issue which was sorted out to our satisfaction. Two nice swimming pools, never overcrowded, always got loungers. Small bar at the top pool with friendly service and lovely cocktails. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lovely warm crusty bread buns, staff continuously bring out extra food We would be happy to return

Oscar Suites was wonderfully relaxing, spotlessly clean and all of the staff were warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful week. The two pools were perfect, Valentino’s restaurant was amazing …. we ate there several times and the food was delicious. The buffet breakfast was great and varied everyone. The bus it Chania took 25 mins and every 10 mins and is a must to see. Agia Marina beach a five minute...

We had a fantatsic 10 days here. Large rooms, clean and comfy. 2 small pools but we preferred the beach. Buffet breakfast. Really lovely staff and very friendly.

Well located hotel run by an excellent team who delivered friendly & efficient service. Immaculately clean with good facilities. We stayed in the new buildings to the rear where we found our room was spacious with new good quality fixtures and fittings.

Wonderful, in every way! Close to the beach, Clean sandy beach and sea. The pool area is also nice and clean. Fits for couples and families, for anyone actually. The room were big enough and the bed was very comfortable. Very good room service. Food was great too. Special thanks to George and Xanthi at the pool bar! You guys are amazing and unforgettable ❤😍

Tidy, newly renovated, clean. Good pool area. Good breakfast. Good location. Stayed in double room; the room was neat but simple (few furniture, small bathroom), bed was of bad quality (very springy, impossible not to wake spouse up when turning). Service was OK but not impressive. AC good. Internet patchy.

The resort was lovely, the rooms were clean and spacious. The buffet was excellent with a good range of food. Martin from the animation/entertainment team was great! We all really enjoyed the daily darts game! Theodora (training captain) in the buffet restaurant was amazing, my 10 month old daughter absolutely loved her. She went out of her way every time to help us. All the staff were so friendly...
