Where you get your room in the hotel matters. A lot. At first when we arrived we got rooms that didn't look anything like the pictures in the hotel's website. Our sea view room was on the ground floor with the smallest balcony of all sea view rooms, and the actual sea view was mainly blocked by a restaurant and parked cars. Very clean, ood beds, very friendly staff, at last the majority of them, and all working in restaurants, cleaning and so on very friendly. The fact that many rooms are under ground level is not mentioned any where, we først received one of those rooms, and request a better room. Next day we were givende the oppertunity to chose between two rooms. Do they did in deed try to satisfy us.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to this 5-star hotel for a week in August. My husband and I just spent four days here for our 30th anniversary. We walked down the beach and saw other resorts, nothing compares. Everything is uncrowded and first class. Minoa Palace is everything you could ask for in a Cretan resort: beautiful well kept grounds with 3 or 4 pools, multiple bars and restaurants and its own beach with umbrellas and beds. it was a really good and relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a nice place, low and nice buildings with a lot of pools and access to the beach and sea. We never had a problem finding an umbrella and a sunbed by the beach. As for the pools, here traditionally most of the sunbeds were already "reserved" with towels in the morning. We visited the hotel to spend the day with a day pass, that gave us the opportunity to enjoy 3 magnificent main meals at the buffet restaurant. There was a snack bar during the day which was great for the children and 2 pool bars with some nice cool beer and soft drinks! Will visit again in the future! Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Food and drinks selection is great and a lot of variety. The room we stayed in (sea view room) was good and quite spacious with a great view! And the beach was lovely at night, the bar staff were having a good time especially at the pool bar near beach at night and the singer was absolutely outstanding he sang in English which wasn't his 1st language he spoke Dutch, French and English which he spoke him and he was brilliant at guitar singing songs...

A variety of lovely clean pools. Rooms were spacious and clean with two separate sofa beds for our two children. Big variety of food available at each meal and from the daytime snack bar.

Excellent hotel. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Food was very nice and there was something different every day. We extended our stay because we were satisfied with the quality of everything. Would recommend to everyone!

Basic holiday accomodation with very clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool area and staff was friendly. Would have got 4 or 5 stars if not for the food and drinks were of satisfying quality. All inclusive beer, wine and drinks not good. Overall a good place to stay.

We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great. (A little too big for a couple)

A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying...

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 7 days, and it was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food! We booked the Executive Suite, it is two stories with a hot tub and a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea. I have to highlight how polite and nice the staff were. Highly recommended!

It can’t get any better than this. Rooms are perfect, with central air (not common in Greece), very clean. The pool is amazing. Across the street there is a park, and 2’ walking from there, you’ll find a nice beach. There is also a bus stop right outside the property. The staff is so nice! This place is worth every penny.

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms are clean and with good working airconditioning. They clean it on regular base. The Pool is very nice and clean and the garden looks very neet en maintaind. 5 stars for the garderner. Good breakfast as well.

Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

We were here 10.2021. Room was fine, I liked general arrangement of hotel, where rooms are modelled as small houses. Pool bar was awesome, same for food included in all inclusive. The best vacation so far :)

What an amazing resort! We have been travelling around Europe for the past 7 weeks and this was our final stop. It was the perfect way to end our vacation. The food was delicious, our room was very clean, a very spacious bathroom, comfortable and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend Sirios Village to anyone!

Great place to relax. Everything is on site making it perfect for those who are willing just to chill: there's a shop, a pool, sauna and SPA. Dishes at the restaurant are diverse, with cuisines from all over the world, and they are all delicious. Service is fantastic. The hotel is not too crowded, which I liked very much.

Nice hotel with good rooms and a good restaurant/bar. The pool area is okay, but it is very difficult to get a sunbed as the hotel allows people to reserve them by putting a towel down. It is located a bit away from the town but close to the beach.

Our room when we got there had an ant infestation, had to change room. Had to pack our cases again after unpacking!!! The room we were given was too small. The shower tray was too small. Shower curtain was hooked to metal rods that swung from side to side, weird, so when having a shower the whole room flooded. Very dangerous. Badly designed. The selection was exceptionally large, but there was very little selection of food that was gluten-free.

The hotel has a very peaceful vibe and warm feeling provided by the exquisite care of the owners - Christos and his wife. The pool area and the view from our room was quite appealing and lovely. It is a nice hotel, not too big or too small. Our studio was comfortable and clean, we loved the kitchen and balcony but most of all the swiming pool. We were the first guests in the season 2021 and enjoyed the pool by ourselves. We changed the position of 2 beds and hope Christos and the cleaning lady were not angry. Good place and location. We needed fan or air-condition to pass the night. Our room had 2 tv, sofa, 2 sink, cafe table and kitchen tools ex. plate set, folks and knives. Get cleaning everyday but behide the bed and the lamps are still quite dusty🤒

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

The food at Domes Chania was excellent for all meals, but Dinner was outstanding. The wines list was comprehensive with some superb local and Greek wines, backed up by knowledgeable staff who knew what they were talking about and always had a recommendation. The staff, without exception, were all friendly, courteous and helpful, offering excellent service.

We were half board and would not book as half board again,breakfast is good with wide variety of options however dinner was a total disaster. Of the 10 nights we only had dinner twice in the hotel as the food was not of a good standard, this added extra costs to our holiday as we had to pay for dinner elsewhere. Sunbeds are also not available at the pool on most mornings despite the pool not opening...

Nice hotel in Platanias, very close to the beach. Friendly staff. The restaurant is next to the beach, you can also overlook the Playground for the kids. There is a great "greek night" with dinner and show once a week. Don't miss that. Cons: The beds are a bit to hard for me, as I could feel the springs into my skinny back.

Nice pools and rooms. Bit noisy at nights. Near beach was my criteria to choose this hotel.

Antonia is an awesome leader of the hotel. You feel so welcome and she tries to do everything that the guest are satisfied. You really feel that the staffs are a family. The hotel is so clean and the apartment quiet. I would come back !!!

Our last day in this hotel. We have been here for 1 week after spending a month in Crete. Best hotel so far. Reception & Bar are super helpful and great people. We stayed in room 222 as a family of 4. Such a big split level apartment with 2 bathrooms. Underground parking, a short walk to the main road but super quiet. The hotel is perfect. I would recommend this for young families, older families....

Kyriaki hotel is a wonderful family establishment ran by very authentic, genuine and friendly hosts. Great staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is clean and good size. There is a great restaurant across the street. The beach is a few minutes away and a bus stop to Chania is also very close.

We were 2 Friends (2 Guys) and we found Kyriaki hotel spontaneously and booked 6 nights there! It is a family hotel, and this family is amazing. Great value for money. Owner is very nice and helpful. Has 3 swimming pools and one of them for kids. Great location. I think it's one of the best ones around the area.

The receptionists are great and can't help you enough. It is a 3 star and you get value for money. 2min to the beach, the room and bath was very clean. 20min to Chania. It is nice and quiet and there is more than one beach to go to - check them out, in particular the one near the chapel on the hill- 5min away. Very happy to recommend it.

Gorgeous hotel and rooms, pool was clean, seating was plentiful. Breakfast was tasty however hardly any variation. Staff were lovely, no issues with them. Lots of nice restaurants within 5 minutes walking so this hotel is a good place to stay. Be prepared to pay 5 euro for air conditioning/

We enjoy the Malou Hotel and return with our family every year A fantastic hotel - with a homely feel. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. It is always clean and fresh both in the rooms and the other areas. The pool is probably one of the cleanest we have seen in Crete! Perfect location, close to several beaches. We highly recommend this hotel especially to families with children.

Very welcoming owner and hotel at all. It’s situated in the centre of Agia Marina. In 5 minutes bakery with ice cream and coffee, beach, shops, bars, bus station to Chania There is also amazing bar in the hotel and relax zone. Highly recommend to stay in this place.

The hotel located in the very nice area, the beach is just across the street and there are a lot of great restaurants around. The owner is very kind and gave us a helpful advice regarding the area and places to see during our day. I would recommend this place to anyone, looking for peaceful vacation in Greece.

We have been in Oscar Suites for a week. The location is super nice and the apartments are also very good. It's nice they have two pools and a fitness. The employees are very very nice and helpful. I really recommend Oscar Suites to everyone.

Fantastic staff. Very child friendly and caring. They give you personal service and remember your issues and requests. The rooms maybe a but outdated but that is in no way an issue when you consider free parking, free air conditioning, decent breakfast and a wonderful service. Definitely choose these folks
