Asterion is a perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. My friend and I stayed at one of the Planet rooms, and they were spacious & just what we needed. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress (the perfect firmness), and the room had everything that you needed. Amazing property! Best all inclusive food by far and staff was great! From the front desk to the be and buffet everyone was pleasure. 10-12 min drive to the Old Port and some good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back!

The view from the outdoor areas was stunning and countered the dates indoor facilities especially the rooms. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel. The meals are all buffet style and the layout makes it difficult to navigate and work out what to select. The outdoor bar staff were friendly and helpful but the reception staff less so - quite brusque and not very helpful in terms of things to do in the area...

Where to start. A lovely hotel in a quiet and peaceful area with exceptional staff who cannot do enough for you. Rooms are nice and clean and there is plenty of space. Buffet food with plenty of choice. Entertainment 3 times a week which was nice. 2 swimming pools though would recommend the one with the children's pool as it does catch the sun well from around 12pm. This is my second stay at Christina Beach Hotel. Loved the apartment and pool, and the super convenient location on the beach with an onsite cafe and bar serving tasty food and cocktails. I really liked this hotel , it has everything you need and on the beach. Location is great , can walk to old town in 15 minutes. Studio room is very comfortable and spacious, good shower etc. The staff were very helpful. Great restaurants around the corner from the hotel as well…..particularly Mikrolimano fish tavern. This is the worst hotel in Greece from Athens all the way to Heraklion in Crete to Chania. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous.
