This is a great and clean hotel complex. We didn't do the all inclusive although the breakfast buffett covered all bases. The swimming pools offer variety and the beach is fantastic to visit around 4pm/5pm when it is a little cooler. The staff who cleaned are room were amazing and very friendly.

If you have a family, it's a great place for you. The beach was RIGHT there! Clean, safe and beautiful. The sea was stunning, you could see the seabed through the water. A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying...

The hotel facilities and location are great but what really sets this place apart is the hospitality skills and attitude of the staff there. Those people are hospitality pros in all senses of the phrase - responsive, considerate, discrete, friendly and super helpful. They elevate the whole visit from great to unique.

Great hotel with a superb sandy beach in the backyard. A lot of aquatic activities to do. The best part for us is to paddle board all the way to the small island in the background! We had a free room upgrade, which was a such good surprise! Will definitely stay there again if visiting Crete again!

Amazing hotel with brand new facilities and nice pool/beach area. Breakfast was good as well. Stuff is friendly, helpful and very good at following social distancing and Covid preventing procedures. One thing to note that sun beds cost 10EUR per day (2 sun beds) but this includes water, other refreshments (we’ve got watermelon juice) and some cold towels to refresh in a heat. A great place to stay in Agia Marina. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms and every spot of the hotel is very clean and neat. Breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant of the hotel has good food. The beach is also nice, with distanced sunbeds and no loud music so you can enjoy the sound of the waves and cicadas.

Nice hotel on a very beautiful sandy beach. I have been here back in 2015 and if I compare the food quality and diversity I notice a downgrade. Myself and my husband stayed at Cretan Dream last October for 2 weeks on the recommendation of friends . They were 100% correct!! Staying at Cretan Dream is truly an amazing experience. Excellent facilities , nice room, nice location, nice food! The only problem was that some people that work there were very unhelpful! I should ask for something 10 times before I could see results! The only people that knew their job was Eirini at the reception, Kwstas at the restaurant and the boys at the pool bar. The other employers didn’t know their job.

With its lovely views of the ocean and sun umbrellas up, we pulled in for a coffee and a break - alas, there is no provision for a coffee and or a drink outside of meal times. The lady in the dinning room was apologetic but couldn't help. Place appeared clean and tidy - albeit that this was early in the season.

We were there in 2016, before renovation. Hotel is very clean and regularly cleaned up. Private suites with pool are awesome!!! When Main pool is closed you can calm swim in yours pool, even on midnight (it's worth try :) ) During the eight days of the stay, themed evenings with the cuisine of various regions were organizerd. The hotel has a well-stocked shop with a wide range of assortment.

Top Hotel makes the best of its name! It has a fabulous sea view. I really enjoyed watching the sunset while eating the delightful "galaktoboureko". Very nice new hotel right on the beach with a very friendly staff. We enjoyed a week of relaxation, good food and time at the pool. The beach is long and sea turtles are nesting there. It is not the biggest hotel but have all what you need to wind down on your time away.

Quite a nice hotel. The welcome is cool. You can park your car just in front of the hotel. Quite a large building where you feel free and peaceful. The pool is of a medium size. This is a great hotel... Still currently here, the manager Stavros is a great guy along with all his staff. Even being from Scotland we are treated no different no matter what other reviews say. We will be booking for next year also.

The hotel is very nice, especially its staff and service is incredible! Also if you are not satisfied with the hotel/rooms itself, the hotel staff will make you laugh and smile every single day! I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has air-conditioning. I got swimming pool next to my room, so I can swim and do sunbathing as much as I want. Food here is so good too. I highly recommend this place. 👍 #AllIWantIsGreece

What a fantastic place. Great hotel with some really nice touches. The hotels in great shape with super views from your balcony. The rooms are big with quality large bathrooms. The outside pool in a great size. The staff are so friendly. The food is fantastic. The only downside to it. It's a bit out in the sticks and the beach is pebbles. Shame as we passed some picture postcard beaches on the way...
