Oktober Downtown Boutique Hotel

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location.

We booked it because of the many positive reviews on Booking, but we didn’t check them carefully. All of these reviews were written 4-6 years ago.

We booked a room without a balcony, facing the street, which turned out to be our main issue:

1. It was impossible to sleep properly. There’s a karaoke bar in front of the hotel, and it feels like they are singing in your room. There is no noise insulation.
2. Smoking. There is no fresh air in the room because everyone smokes near the hotel.
3. It was impossible to dry our clothes. Since we didn’t have a balcony and there was no space in the room to dry them.

Overall, everything in the hotel is very outdated and needs to be replaced. For example, the towels were no longer white, and the bed sheets were the same. Additionally, the air conditioning unit should be cleaned. We constantly noticed a terrible smell in the room.

Breakfast was okay. You can find something to eat, but nothing tasted particularly good.
The strangest part was the restaurant where breakfast was served—cats were walking and jumping around everywhere. We even saw the same cats rummaging through the trash.

This hotel is a scammer please stay away. We waited 3 hours to preparation of the room but when the time is 4 p.m. the room was still not ready. We cancelled our booking cause of their organisation problem. The hotel manager promised us that we will be charged free and get our money back but anyone contacted with us.
