I can say there is no smoking area in this hostel. If you're smoker think twice or more. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean but so small. Breakfast is simple but enough Location is great but you should know there is parking problem (it's about Thessaloniki).

There was a very old and uncomfortable sofa bed in the room for our kid. It is not possible to sleep because of the noises and the shape of it. They also transformed the breakfast to an open buffet. When we stayed 13 years back they had the best bougatsa and now it has no authenticity.

It's a little far from the city center. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk. It's one block away from the main road, and the facilities are very clean.

The room was small but quite clean. The service was very good. I learned that I was going to the airport at 4 a.m., and the front desk made me a simple breakfast and coffee at 4 a.m.

Bahar Boutique Hotel is well situated for walking to many tourist sites in Thessaloniki. It's close to the seafront & has many dining options locally. The staff are friendly & helpful. It was really clean, we had a nice time and found parking easily, the area looked a bit negelected and unsafe but 15 min away from the city center and close to the one salonica outlet.

Loved this little boutique hotel! It had all the luxury/amenities we wanted - nice design, super comfortable beds and pillows, bathrobes, quality breakfast and to top it off, a sauna! What words would describe this hotel? The staff was extremely accommodating and always with a smile! The rooms were just what we needed. Beautifully decorated, spacious room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful service at check in. Unfortunately, hotel is located on a very noisy street with loud music playing late at night and lots of additional noise. Couldn’t get to sleep until 4 a.m. when bars closed.

You get what you pay for.. Arrived to a hot room late at night, found out that the AC is only on heating and no way to change it to cooling late in March! Room was big and decent, needs a bit of fixing, Table tops and toilet broken, floors peeling. View from the balcony at the rear of the property was not the best (overlooking unkempt yards of other properties), but it was quite and the balcony is nice. The Gatto team arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport which was great as we were checking in late and the driver showed us to our room. Happy in Thessaloniki The Hotel is in a very good location for all the sites very easy to get around Thessaloniki. Front desk staff very helpful, making our stay very comfortable. The accommodation is in a very central location, which is definitely its main strength. However, the rooms are quite small (I wouldn’t recommend them for four people) and there is no view at all — from the window you only see a grey wall and the dirt of the inner courtyard so you hardly can relax in the room but need to go out. Right at the center of all places you can and should visit in Thessaloniki. I also love that the staff would pretty much leave you by yourself after giving you a warm welcome and a thorough orientation. Not so good It wasn't so bad as it was a hostel. But the twin bed which was on the other bed was so high. I was scared to fall off. A Bunk Bed Guardrail would be great. And lastly toilet and bath was not so good.

Best place to stay in Thessaloniki if you’re wanting some peace and quiet as well as going for walks in the upper town.It feels like a home away from home. It is comfy and clean. They are so accommodating and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Not the best photo of the room, but amazing. I came as a female solo traveller, great location, some noise but to be expected in a city. It was the perfect set up… kitchenette, lounge area, bed and bathroom. Honest, clean, functional and friendly staff. They even have lockers you can use as I had a late flight I checked out and used the locker for the day. Would recommend and stay again.

It is a very convenient place to be in the center of Thessaloniki. It is an excellent location, just a few meters from the White Tower and the International Exhibition Center.

The location was excellent, it was really at the heart of the city. However, I requested additional sheet, after cehck-in I informed about the non-working light and the problem with upper shower, but nobody responded. The wi-fi was awful, it took many minutes for opening an ordinary web page. The bed was soft, if you prefer a hard bed, you would have belly pain.

Great self contained unit, with plenty of dining, shopping and sightseeing close by and most within walking distance, I would definitely book again when visiting Thessaloniki.

Location is great, apartment is clean and well equipped with towels and dishes. However, the noise is unbearable, some club/restaurant is in front of the building, there is music and loud people all night long. The Wi-Fi hasn’t been working even for a second during our stay.
