Try not to book rooms facing the street. There is a free sauna and hammam

Sauna and the steam bath are also small, but again - enough for how many people come. (One note here - it would definitely be convenient to have a hose to wash the seats in the steam bath)

Great experience and highly recommend for your stay. Very clean rooms, good breakfast choice and very friendly stuff. It is about 15 minutes to the Aristotelous square by walk.

One evening, I used their room service because I was too tired to go out for dinner, and I was very satisfied—the food arrived quickly, and the burger was absolutely delicious! The hotel also has its own spa center with massages and facial treatments, which is a great bonus

Free parking (which is really important). Location is a little bit far away from the port (1. 5 km), at the end of Egnatia street. However, it is a walking distance (plus, last year, I stayed in the same area)

We stayed our last day in Thessaloniki in this nice hotel. The room was okay nothing special, the breakfast good and the girl with blonde hair welcomed us very friendly.

The rooms have hairdryers and a set of scales if you want to check your holiday weight. There is a bar next door which does food. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice. It would be nice to stay here again

There is no swimming pool just small Jacuzzi, the hotel advertisement is misleading regarding swimming pool, very poor dining possibilities, and there is absolutely nothing around but industrial zone

However, when a friend asked for additional coffee packets, she was told they were only given once per stay! (She couldn't even purchase them so we found some at the All4 store down the road)

We appreciated that the front desk controls access to the gym to prevent too many people at one time (especially since a busload of teenagers arrived while we were there)

There were a lot of bus groups that stayed at this hotel so it was somewhat noisy and congested at times, but the rooms were surprisingly quiet

The rooms were clean and there was water and soda in the mini-bar and packets of coffee in the room when we arrived

Upon booking I asked how I could make the stay a bit special for a birthday and they suggested a cake made from the chef on the day delivered to the room, which was the most delicious cake ever! When we arrived we received a free upgrade for a pool facing room which we loved as having a balcony to sit on in the evening facing the pool was really relaxing

The staff had prepared a wonderful birthday surprise in the room with balloons, flowers and a cake!!! 🥰✨ It was so sweet of them to arrange that! The breakfast was great, the room super comfortable and spacious, and the outside pool area is beautiful to relax in

We enjoyed the peaceful room, beautiful grounds and had dinner at Ambrosia, the food was DELICIOUS! My husband had lemon pork chop and I had traditional Moussaka. In the morning the shuttle was waiting for us at 6AM

I was on a business trip in Greece, close to the sea. The hotel is old, the bathroom is average, the room has a small balcony where you can see the sea, and there is a 3 euro tax for each room.

The bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower - the bathtub was high and very slippery - might be dangerous especially for older quests - better to install a shower instead

Great hotel, 15 minutes walk to city center. Very clean, daily cleaning, rooms look great, freshly renovated. The staff helped with all questions, very friendly and helpful. We stayed as a couple in a super suite
