The advantage of the hotel is parking, which is difficult to find in Thessaloniki. The hotel staff is not very friendly. There is no possibility of breakfast in the hotel. But there is a bar available all day where you can take grissini and biscuits. The rooms are old, but renovated. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The night however was very exhausting. First of all, there was no curtain and the shutters were certainly not effective to stop the light. Additionally, if I could speak Greek, I would understand every conversation on street. We had the feeling that we were sleeping in a tent on the street. For a nice rest we don't recommend this hotel

We reached Thessaloniki in the morning around 10.30 am and then took a cab to our hotel - Tourist Hotel. It was a very old building. The staff was cooperative so they checked in our luggage and asked to come back after an hour so they can get the room ready. the check-in time in the hotel was 2pm. the room they gave us was quite comfortable, sunny and big. loved the room.

The hotel is in a central road in Thessaloniki. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room unbelievably roomy. Anything you require is around you. The only thing i can say that is negative is the lift is small, yet again you can use the stairs :-)

Good value for money. The room was clean, big bathroom and shower, equipped fridge and air conditioning. However, a big reason why we chose this hotel was the free parking, but they failed to mention that they only have three spots. We had to pay 12 euro per night for separate parking which brought down the rating for me.

We stayed here just for one night after a wedding of friends. The location of the hotel is nice, especially the view over the sea. And we slept very good in comfortable beds. Only the bathroom was a bit dirty, cleaning definetely needs some improvement. But all together a good place to stay at!

Very very basic accommodation - the whole hotel is in need of a facelift and a good clean. Room was dusty and smelled like smoke (had to take clarityn just to sleep), bed cover and carpet were covered in mystery stains 😬 The staff, however, were lovely and the hotel itself is conveniently located. Just bring earplugs as the hotel is right next to the main road!

I stayed only for one night, the room i was given was clean and nice, but the view of the room was terrible. Good, standard, old hotel at the west end of the popular shopping street of Tsimiski and near the passenger port. The building is 50 years old but well rennovated. It is impossible to unload your luggage at their entrance, as this area is constantly occupied by the same parked cars probably belonging to staff . The room was dark and smelly. The hotel does not have any proper bedding just light duvets and coarse woollen blankets (on request, prepare to ask at least three times for those). The room did not look anything like the images the hotel is selling. First they put me in a room that hadn't been made yet. Then I had asked for proper bedding four times and finally got some heavy and coarse blankets.

Correct hotel. Nice people. Not very large breakfast buffet. I requested an invoice through email when I was back home and the were kind enough to send it. The only problem is that the air conditioning is quite noise. It becomes difficult to sleep if you do not request the hotel to switch it off.

Excellent service . Very kind staff and a great location to get you right into the culture of the Thessaloniki. Was able to walk to the sea in like 30 min. Also there's a great restaurant about 10 meters from the hotel that has great gyros.

From the moment of booking till picking up my luggages after check-out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I stayed at a superior room and to my chance I think it was the one with the best view. Breakfast is satisfactory and delicious, with adequate choices. The Park Hotel is in a great location walking distance to most things. The staff are all super friendly, and gave us a nice little map of Thessaloniki since it was our first time visiting. Great location, just a little outside of the city center to have peace, but close enough to be part of the city life in a few minutes. Very reasonable pricing.

We stayed in their Ladadika Design building. The room was pretty and very clean, the hotel amenities were nice. Downsides: very small room for a group of 4, noisy during the evening until late - but those seem to be a constant in the center of Thessaloniki. Breakfast was filling and very good, plus the coffee from the Plaza café is great!

We had the most wonderful 3 day stay at the Plaza Hotel. The staff were the most considerate, efficient, and tight-knit team that we have ever seen. Nothing was ever too much trouble! The hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants around. The parking lot is a few minutes walk away and is secured 24/24. The breakfast is diverse and very tasty. Very kind staff, ready to help you at any time. Unfortunately the access is quite difficult, on a narrow street, behind a abandoned building.

I've booked this hotel for the good reviews I've found on booking and also for the location. The hotel is close to everything! 10 min walk to the city centre, 17 min walk to Saint Dimitrios's church and 12 min walk to the White Tower. We called this place home for 3 nights, since we felt at home. You have tv and drinks in refrigerator. Good brekfast, clean, quiet, and with friendly personel. I like its name also (pine tree=pefka). We atended a funeral, and having this nice refuge was warming our heart in rush times for us.

Good value for money hotel. Fairly close to airport, had a late check due to delayed flight and night staff were great checking us in with no problems. Rooms a bit small for 3 people but otherwise good. Basic breakfast but was fine.

This is a fine hotel in Panorama, a suburb of Thessaloniki. The rooms are OK. Beds are OK. Lots of space in the room. But not enough free electricity sockets :-) It is only ~15 minutes from the airport which is very convenient if you want to drive from the hotel to your flight back home (that's what we did)

We spend one night at the hotel. Stuff was very polite, rooms were spacious and clean. We will be considering staying there again in our next visit to Thessaloniki.
