hotel like this doesn't have option to take your car and get it to parking!??? Also, have to notice that check in time at 15h is really unacceptable, because check out is at 11h !!! Smart TV is great, even have Serbian channels

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the views are amazing. No on site parking, but the parking lot is literally behind the hotel on opposite corner, which is a 1 min walk

We stayed at Electra Palace for 3 days in August. On our first night, we dined in the rooftop restaurant, which had superb vies of the sea and square below. The food was excellent, as was the service

The only criticisms we found were that the tiles in the bathroom were like glass when wet, and the shower mat was small for the area, and great care was needed when walking from the shower cubicle

Free parking (which is really important). Location is a little bit far away from the port (1. 5 km), at the end of Egnatia street. However, it is a walking distance (plus, last year, I stayed in the same area)

They also have available buffet for lunch and dinner with decent price of 15 EUR per person. They have a la card restaurants in the ground and on the top. They have small spa (which I did not visit, though)

Price was really affordable for 2 adults and a kid, however, to be honest, I’ve used some vouchers from e-dreams. I’ll, definitely, come back here, really good experience

Holiday Inn Thessaloniki left a great impression on me. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which had a fantastic view

The check in was very quick and efficient, even if there was also a group arriving at the same time with us. The furniture is outdated, but still clean and functional

Good and bad like anything else: The Good: Staff is kind and attentive. Hotel is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min from the main tourist shops and cafes. The hotel has guarded car parking which feels necessary out here

Okay this a 3 star hotel, some part old but maintained, some painting could do god impressions, but for sure a accommodation I will return to again. Ahh nice big rooms and balcony, helps if your a smoker

Very kind staff and a great location to get you right into the culture of the Thessaloniki. Was able to walk to the sea in like 30 min. Also there's a great restaurant about 10 meters from the hotel that has great gyros

There was enough room in the room be for both of us to get around in. And the location of hotel was far enough away from the business district to not hear noise but close to nice eating places and shopping

There is a coffee machine that you can have lor capsules. However, they don’t renew them with fresh ones (for a two nights stay). I would want a larger variety in the breakfast menu. Would love more options for vegans

The hotel is in a modern building and we had a nice, large room that was equipped with the latest technology. Despite being in the city, we didn't find the traffic noise a nuisance

Because of the good location close to all the sights, it is ideal for city trips. The service was always friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast offered was completely sufficient for us

For me personally, it was not an issue as i parked my car in the ΧΑΝΘ parking which is very well organised and 700 m away from the hotel (7 mins walk)

We stayed one night on our way to Thassos. A friend recommended this hotel. Central location, free parking if you're lucky because they only have three parking spaces (i was 🙂), free coffee and cookies

Located at the centre of the City Thessaloniki at the main street Egnatia. From the location there is easy access to many of the city's sites worth visiting

The Junior suite has indeed a bathtub with indents but everything else was in good condition. Its design is modern but could be more convenient. The breakfast is a continental buffet in an amazing decorum

The hotel located in the center of Thessaloniki and everything is accessible by foot in few minutes. The staff is kind and helpful. The building is very beautiful but old and needs some renewal

The rooms are big, clean and comfortable, but somewhat quited. They have to improve hotel's maintenance. Note that it's kinda noisy, but it's totally accepted because of its location

The reception and attitude of staff are very willing and friendly. However, the rooms have dated carpets
