The hotel's general manager talked to us regularly, the maid cleaned our rooms first thing in the morning and when we left they packed us doggy bags with breakfast. I highly recommend that hotel if you're in the city

It is a little bit on the side, not in the center, but very near, as it's just past the Dimokratía junction. The hotel stands out and has a wonderful helpful staff. It's definitely one of highly recommended hotels

Hotel is located in the best possible neghborhood- beautiful Agios Dimitrios street. Groundfloor was completely renovated. It looks high-tech, like a 4 star hotel but the rooms are the same like before

No kettle , slippers and safe box. You can take hot water in the restaurant and use a safe box for free on the reception deak

Very kind staff and a great location to get you right into the culture of the Thessaloniki. Was able to walk to the sea in like 30 min. Also there's a great restaurant about 10 meters from the hotel that has great gyros

The rooms are a bit small, but it was completely normal stay for us - after all we just wanted a place to sleep. It's near the city center and there is underground parking (paid) which was also fine for us.

Perfect place for short business stay.

I should point out that the hotel is not suitable for people with access needs and people that struggle with climbing stairs, as the main staircase that leads to the reception is quite steep

Walking distance to pretty much everywhere. We stayed in a room with 4 beds and a private bathroom for 60 euros in August, but most rooms seem to have no private bathroom

There was no hair dryer in the rooms, but there were shampoos, soaps and towels. They marked it as they have a parking area but they don't, it's just one parking space with signs on it and they don't let you park there

The hotel is located on Egnatia Street, there are bus stops 1 min away that can take you everywhere (including the airport, bus 01X), and it is also above the Valaoritou area (literally seconds away) where most of the cool bars & clubs of the city are located nowadays

They offer parking at a near by lot, very short walking distance from the hotel. It charged 13 euros a day, no need to worry about parking meters and parking infractions

I was on a business trip in Greece, close to the sea. The hotel is old, the bathroom is average, the room has a small balcony where you can see the sea, and there is a 3 euro tax for each room.

The bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower - the bathtub was high and very slippery - might be dangerous especially for older quests - better to install a shower instead

Had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt Thessaloniki. the grounds are gorgeous and generous. The landscaping is very well done and there is lots of space to accommodate guests, especially around the pool

It would have been great if the pool would have been heated, but I understand it gets warm in the summer. The facilities were very good and we enjoyed using a well equipped gym, the indoor pool and the club lounge
