The pool is a bit on the small size, especially when the place gets very busy but it should not prevent you from enjoying a invigorating dive and a refreshing cold beverage/drink on your day off

I am an experienced traveler and find this hotel to be one of the best. First of all, I appreciate excellent catering - especially Greek cuisine. The staff, cleaning and the restaurant, are very nice and professional

The decoration of the hotel lobby, paintings and sculptures are breathtaking. The rooms seem a bit older, but they are nevertheless cozy and functional. The beds have absolutely great mattresses, high and firm

The hotel also features a very nice pool area, which, the children loved. Thank you, Capsis Hotel, for turning a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Parking space, lovely breakfast, helpful staff but the best of all… THE ROOF POOL AND BAR!!! Just amazing, view of Thessaloniki and a very nice pool on the roof of this hotel

hotel like this doesn't have option to take your car and get it to parking!??? Also, have to notice that check in time at 15h is really unacceptable, because check out is at 11h !!! Smart TV is great, even have Serbian channels

We stayed at Electra Palace for 3 days in August. On our first night, we dined in the rooftop restaurant, which had superb vies of the sea and square below. The food was excellent, as was the service

Perhaps at the design stage, nonslip tiles would have been a better option. The rooftop pool was very small. However, it was a city hotel, and space is obviously an issue

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the views are amazing. No on site parking, but the parking lot is literally behind the hotel on opposite corner, which is a 1 min walk

The only criticisms we found were that the tiles in the bathroom were like glass when wet, and the shower mat was small for the area, and great care was needed when walking from the shower cubicle

This is our second stay here, however what is a little disappointing, on this occasion the management have adapted a policy of charging extra for Breakfast items ( fried eggs, omelettes, certain coffees)

We stayed three nights in a junior suit. The hotel is just outside of city center. The building has a character and very well maintained. Our room was big enough and well equipped

Rooms are cleaned daily and sheets/towels are restocked. A flat was provided for a 3rd person free of charge (big plus) The Bad: Bathroom has no ventilation; nowhere for smells to go

Old hotel in the heart of the city with terrible parking entrance. We stayed in a large 2 bed room suite. Bathroom has to be renovated definitely. The best part was the roof bar and service🍸

Good and bad like anything else: The Good: Staff is kind and attentive. Hotel is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min from the main tourist shops and cafes. The hotel has guarded car parking which feels necessary out here

Just a f/p accomodation. It's in the city center. A little old but clean rooms and the bathroom. The breakfast was ok.

Negative: Low price/value ratio, very old elevators which seems unproperly maintained (severe side moving and noise during operation). Check out hours uncomfortable (11. 00 am), leaking water inside the bathroom

The housekeepers cleaned every day, changed the bed linen, filled the bathroom with supplies and put clean towels. I am very satisfied with the location of the hotel, a very accessible place to all the sights of the city

I recently stayed at Mandrino Hotel and had a great experience. The location is perfect, situated right in the center, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting all the key attractions

We spent a wonderful few days in Thessaloniki at the Mandrino (6 people 3 double rooms). Cleaned daily (very helpful cleaning lady on 8th floor). Bathrooms were renovated and very clean

If you are fine with that or you would like to bring the kids along it's a great choice for staying in Thessaloniki outside the crowded regions with very adequate bus service connecting to downtown

Overall a very pleasant room, we went to a corner 305, two Windows one with side sea view. A room with a claim to interior design, everything you need there, although there is no hair conditioner

Hotel is ok, our room was lovely but the windows were not facing towards outdoors but rather to some kind of a inner gazebo or whatever, so we had no actual fresh air and that felt weird

The Park Hotel is in a great location walking distance to most things. The staff are all super friendly, and gave us a nice little map of Thessaloniki since it was our first time visiting

Upon booking I asked how I could make the stay a bit special for a birthday and they suggested a cake made from the chef on the day delivered to the room, which was the most delicious cake ever! When we arrived we received a free upgrade for a pool facing room which we loved as having a balcony to sit on in the evening facing the pool was really relaxing
