Capsis Hotel Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki1 / 50

Thessaloniki, 16 Monastiriou 🧭 Map
I am an experienced traveler and find this hotel to be one of the best. First of all, I appreciate excellent catering - especially Greek cuisine. The staff, cleaning and the restaurant, are very nice and professional. The decoration of the hotel lobby, paintings and sculptures are breathtaking. The rooms seem a bit older, but they are nevertheless cozy and functional. The beds have absolutely great...
I had the pleasure of staying at Capsis Hotel for just one night when our flight was unexpectedly delayed, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was very nice, with clean and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was spotless, which made our brief stay so much more relaxing. What truly stood out to me was the kindness and efficiency of the kitchen staff. Despite the late hour...
Lovely hotel itself. Parking space, lovely breakfast, helpful staff but the best of all… THE ROOF POOL AND BAR!!! Just amazing, view of Thessaloniki and a very nice pool on the roof of this hotel. Bathroom was a bit old and beds weren’t the most comfortable but it was a nice stay.
Loved our stay. Would recommend. Although the pool had a strange coloration on the walls. Good breakfast !!
The breakfast was fantastic with different choices. Also, nice games for the children. Nice team at the reception. Keep going the good work.
My accommodation was for 1 night in junior suite, I enjoyed the swimming pool at the roof top. Welcome staff and helpful Next trip for sure I’ll try the gym!👏🏻💌

We stayed here as part of a tour, and then due to a delay in returning home. Every one of the staff treated us like family. Nice rooms and amenities, great food, and a location a bit out of city central so it's not as crowded. Special thanks to Maria, whose kindness was much appreciated.
Great hotel, very nice rooms, clean and with a variety of pillows. Beds are great, temperature is good, bathroom amenities are the best! Parking lot is very large and free outside and there is an inside parking that you pay a fee for. Breakfast is excellent! It has absolutely everything and good quality foods. Nice, clean gym with an indoor swimming pool. Overall loved it and definitely recommend!
Certainly! Here's an example of a 5-star rating for the Grand Hotel Palace: "I had an absolutely splendid stay at the Grand Hotel Palace. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was swift, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my preferences were met. The room was luxurious and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the city...
Obviously, the management takes care of all the details meticulously. Breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were really clean. We also had a nice balcony. Thessaloniki suffers from a smell from the harbour, but the days we stay, we were lucky with the winds, to cherish the balcony. A simple issue is that when calling a taxi to the centre, around 6 to 8 euros, the reception may mislead your waiting time...
Wi fi doesnt work properly on 6nd floor (648 room). It breaks all the time and that was really annoying. Staff is nice and breakfast was ok. Location is not the best one and the surrounding is not the most beautiful one, there was bad smell as soon as you exit the hotel and nothing worth visiting nearby - there is 15 minute car ride to center and 40 minute car ride to closest beach. Consider that there...
Great hotel with spacious rooms. One of the best breakfasts one can find in a hotel. The only issue is that it is located far from the center and not in a very nice area.

Thessaloniki, 9 Aristotelous square 🧭 Map
Superb hotel, excellent WiFi, stuff extraordinary....but.... hotel like this doesn't have option to take your car and get it to parking!??? Also, have to notice that check in time at 15h is really unacceptable, because check out is at 11h !!! Smart TV is great, even have Serbian channels.
We stayed at Electra Palace for 3 days in August. On our first night, we dined in the rooftop restaurant, which had superb vies of the sea and square below. The food was excellent, as was the service. The prices in the restaurant and bar at the rooftop restaurant were better than most of the bars we visited in the city. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The spa area was beautiful...
The staff is very friendly and helpful. 5 star service. The location is perfect, and the views are amazing. No on site parking, but the parking lot is literally behind the hotel on opposite corner, which is a 1 min walk. Rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend, and I would definitely stay again.
Perfect stay at Electra Palace. Flawless service from beginning to end, especially at the restaurant, rooftop, and house keeping. Rooms are a bit too small from what we're used to in other 5* hotels and keep in mind that "double beds" are 2 single mattresses put together, so we had to ask them to bring an actual double mattress. Otherwise the rooms are well design, recently refurbished, with all of...
We stayed at this lovely hotel for 6 nights at the end of May 2024. It was a fantastic experience, especially memorable being how wonderful the staff were and how they looked after us. A special mention goes to Alexia, the guest relations manager who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The food in the rooftop restaurant is...
A truly luxurious treatment at the very heart of Thessaloniki. Delicious food, served with the most delicate manner in a location with a stunning view. Do not miss the experience of Electra Palace Thessaloniki for other places that simply brag and do not deliver.

Thessaloniki, 2 Meg. Alexandrou Ave 🧭 Map
Opulent immediately comes to mind here. Full of marble and luxurious character, this is a great place to stay, on the water, with walkable access to the center of town. The food reflects all the best in Greek cuisine - and the staff is so so friendly. Why a 4 and not 5? Dear Makedonia … that room next to the pool that starts with a G and ends with an M needs a serious upgrade. For everyone else - it...
A little bit outside of the busy centre, this hotel is a wonderful oasis of tranquility, luxury and excellent service. An excellent breakfast, and a romantic dinner in the outside restaurant completed the impression. We loved the swimming pool, too.
Fantastic Hotel in a great location, lovely pool area, and great facilities. Rooms are modern, clean and with all the amenities. This is our second stay here, however what is a little disappointing, on this occasion the management have adapted a policy of charging extra for Breakfast items ( fried eggs, omelettes, certain coffees). This seems quite strange for a high end 5 star hotel, I would have...
We stayed three nights in a junior suit. The hotel is just outside of city center. The building has a character and very well maintained. Our room was big enough and well equipped. Good housekeeping. This is most probably the most expensive hotel in Thessaloniki. It is quite weird in such a hotel to charge extra for a coffee other than filter, our a fried egg at the breakfast! We waited 19 minutes...
Great Hotel! The staff can speak multiple languages! The breakfast is full of variety! You can swim and place orders for food/drinks. So much more!
A clean and spacious hotel. Room and bathroom hygiene and bed quality are at the highest level. The breakfast place and buffet are super. If I go to Thessaloniki again, this is the hotel I will definitely stay at. The price-quality balance is at an optimum level.

The rooms were Modern and the bathroom was cool and modern. The bathroom had one shower and a bath tub. The service was kid friendly fast and kind. The location was good because it was next to a shopping mall and jumbo. The breakfast was large you had a lot of options and it was tasty. There were 2 pools. The outside pool was amazing it had an amazing view of Thessaloniki and it had a bar. The inside...
Room was quite clean and well equipped. Also, bed was comfortable. It was good to have shuttle from hotel to city center. Staff was very friendly. But lackings; parking payment is not logic although become hotel guest. For breakfast, it could better to have "no pork - sausage".
The Met Hotel, despite being advertised as a five-star luxury establishment, does not fully meet the expectations that come with that rating. The rooms, although priced highly, do not justify the cost; there was an unpleasant odor noticeable in the space, and the walls are poorly insulated, making it easy to hear everything from neighboring rooms. The hotel staff were not particularly friendly or helpful...
Nice hotel, but rooms are not comfortable. Nothing in the balcony of the rooms, even a chair. Even you choose the larger room and pay more, only the bathroom is getting bigger not the room. Breakfast is very good. There is a jumbo very close, which is a plus, and close to the outlet center. Beside the location is bot close to the center but they provide shuttle.
Stayed for a few nights, enjoyed the hotel. Good breakfast with variety. Staff friendly and helpful. Took Uber to town about 6€.
Excellent facilities and warm welcome. One of the best hotels in Thessaloniki. Always my first choice.

Fantastic, pet friendly Hyatt. Beautiful property. Great service. Excellent restaurant. Very nice rooms and pool. Highly recommend! Note: Location is far from the city center, which was preferred by us. Hotel offers a shuttle service to and from which is 5 stars in my opinion. Close to airport. Hotel offers shuttle service from airport as well. Arrange for transportation before your arrival. Edit:...
I am a new member of Hyatt and as an explorer I use my card for frequent business travel. This was my second time using a reward night and I’m so glad I did it at the Thessaloniki Hyatt Regency. We chose the hotel because it was close to the airport and we had 2 flights and 14hrs ahead...

I love this place. Super convenient for an overnight stay after/before early/late flights. Shuttle service is available. Great hotel, comfortable and peaceful with relaxing surroundings despite the fact that it’s next to the airport. The food and spa are definitely worth trying.
Outstanding. The whole complex is huge and all covered in beautiful nature. Outdoor pool area is very big and nice - there is enough privacy for everyone. Quiet and relaxing. Staff is really nice. Ground floor rooms have terrace access to nature. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Real luxurious experience, everything is on high level! Would recommend
Had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt Thessaloniki....the grounds are gorgeous and generous. The landscaping is very well done and there is lots of space to accommodate guests, especially around the pool. It would have been great if the pool would have been heated, but I understand it gets warm in the summer. The facilities were very good and we enjoyed using a well equipped gym, the indoor pool...

Holiday Inn Thessaloniki left a great impression on me. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which had a fantastic view. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the city.
Good and bad like anything else: The Good: Staff is kind and attentive. All speak English. Hotel is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min from the main tourist shops and cafes. The hotel has guarded car parking which feels necessary out here. Rooms are cleaned daily and sheets/towels are restocked. A flat was provided for a 3rd person free of charge (big plus) The Bad: Bathroom has no ventilation; nowhere...
Old hotel in the heart of the city with terrible parking entrance. We stayed in a large 2 bed room suite. Bathroom has to be renovated definitely. Breakfast is lovely. The best part was the roof bar and service🍸 . The service is super friendly and super professional providing super coctails, snacks and a mosquito killer. Thanks a million for making it a great night .
Good and some bad. Good: 1) great location 2) beautiful facilities 3) Hotel status was respected so I got late check out as silver member 4)manager and most employees so kind! Holiday Inn is an upgraded experience in Greece. This hotel is marvelously appointed with marble and wood. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Some fixtures and furniture in rooms are in need of minor repairs. Location is urban and best to use this hotel if you intend to use a taxi or tour bus rather than rental car for your visit to Greece. Restaurant offered remarkable meals.
I didn’t like the attitude of the staff, when I forgot my earrings & asked for them to be posted to me, it wasn’t done, I had to organise my own courier when ousting would have easier & quicker

Basic and reasonable, but not more than that. There is no swimming pool just small Jacuzzi, the hotel advertisement is misleading regarding swimming pool, very poor dining possibilities, and there is absolutely nothing around but industrial zone. The rooms are OK but rundown. Definitely not a good place for vacation.
Very enjoyable stay: clean room, exceptional service, sauna works well. Gym is decently equipped but poorly ventilated. For some reason the jacuzzi temperature cannot be increased.
I stayed at this hotel 12-16 Apr 2024 for a veterinary conference. The pluses: staff & food All team members I encountered were friendly, attentive, & professional. The minuses: rooms, location I stayed in Room 169, and I could hear everything. Individuals...
The heat/AC is centralized. You can only control how fast a fan is going in your room. The hotel is nice and the restaurant was good.
Porto Palace Hotel's amenities make up for its location. It is modern, updated, and clean. The staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet has a wonderful variety of choices. I would choose to stay there again when in Thessaloniki.
Excellent service and amazing dining await you here. However, the room was dimly lit and there were no available outlets (Type-C) for charging devices without unplugging one or both bedside lamps, making it even dimmer. Clean and comfortable in all other regards.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The rooms are spacious but I think they need to be more illuminated because it is a bit dark inside. All employees are young, dynamic and social people that makes you very welcome in this hotel. The breakfast (buffet) is great and delicious and you can enjoy it as well outside at the backside of the hotel. lovely stay here, easy and safe parking around the hotel side streets if you hire a car. High quality rooms and great rooftop bar. Clean place, polite team but for the COVID 19 precautions they remove the mini Bar from the rooms and doing the everyday cleaning per request during your stay.
This is a nice hotel at perfect location. Close to the center but away from the busy, noisy places. Ideal for short stay in Thessaloniki. We love, love this hotel! ❤️
Very very basic accommodation - the whole hotel is in need of a facelift and a good clean. Room was dusty and smelled like smoke (had to take clarityn just to sleep), bed cover and carpet were covered in mystery stains 😬 The staff, however, were lovely and the hotel itself is conveniently located. Just bring earplugs as the hotel is right next to the main road!
We didn't really got the room we payed and asked for. And the rooms don't really look alike like the ones in the pictures. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, though. They helped with everything we need.
Needs renovation asap, it looks like it's been like this since the 70s. Also, given it's status, a small price reduce would be reasonable.
Very much polite stuff , clean rooms as all else. You could say that is in center. My recommendion thant if you choose this Queen Olga hotel you will not make mistake.

An accommodation suitable for a family stay. The breakfast is satisfactory. The rooms are clean and convenient. Recommend a place to stay in Thessaloniki
Quiet location , 3km from the promenade. But service and cleaning at very high standards ! Free Parking on spot. Pool
The hotel should have 2-3 starts and definitely not 5. The room was very small and the furniture was visibly used. We came to breakfast at 9.30 (it is until 10.30) and most of the food was either gone or cold. The pictures on booking were definitely misleading.
Lovely hotel with 24 hour reception. Lovely helpful staff on reception. I liked the sweets on the reception desk and the welcome punch is quite nice. Prefect location, amazing staff, great breakfast, good Internet, nice beds, fine shower. Okay this a 3 star hotel, some part old but maintained, some painting could do god impressions, but for sure a accommodation I will return to again. Ahh nice big rooms and balcony, helps if your a smoker.
Pros: Very friendly staff, located in a suitable walking distance to al major sightings i.e. Ladadika, White Tower, Agios Dimitrios Church, clean hotel. Neutral: Area of location is a bit dodgy, out of dated decoration inside the room, breakfast is controlled by hotel personel which creates uncomfort during serving. Negative: Low price/value ratio, very old elevators which seems unproperly maintained...

Very central location to all the tourist attractions. The restaurant and bar was a great place for night caps and food. The breakfast buffet is the best around.
Having stayed at Daios Luxury Living Hotel numerous times, I can confidently say it is exceptional. Big and well organised rooms with all the amenities, friendly staff, good breakfast. However bad soundproofing. Construction works in progress nearby so we woke up early and also the maids should be more quiet in the early mornings. As it is considered a 4 star hotel, they should invest more on the soundproofing. Also, a cable and a hanger in the bathroom are necessary
