Clean place, polite team but for the COVID 19 precautions they remove the mini Bar from the rooms and doing the everyday cleaning per request during your stay.

This is a nice hotel at perfect location. Close to the center but away from the busy, noisy places. Ideal for short stay in Thessaloniki. We love, love this hotel! ❤️

Very very basic accommodation - the whole hotel is in need of a facelift and a good clean. Room was dusty and smelled like smoke (had to take clarityn just to sleep), bed cover and carpet were covered in mystery stains 😬 The staff, however, were lovely and the hotel itself is conveniently located. Just bring earplugs as the hotel is right next to the main road!

We didn't really got the room we payed and asked for. And the rooms don't really look alike like the ones in the pictures. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, though. They helped with everything we need.

Needs renovation asap, it looks like it's been like this since the 70s. Also, given it's status, a small price reduce would be reasonable.

Very much polite stuff , clean rooms as all else. You could say that is in center. My recommendion thant if you choose this Queen Olga hotel you will not make mistake.

Nice hôtel. The only downside...there is no parking. You need to go and park your car in a car park and pay. The hotel does NOT offer Free Parking. That is the only downside. Other than that, it's a great hotel and the breakfast has a variety of choices.

The room in the remodeled hotel is rather small in size but quite clean. You can very easily walk to a few nice tourist places such as Roman Forum of Thessaloniki, Holy Church of S. Demetrius, Aristoteles Square.

I stayed only for one night, the room i was given was clean and nice, but the view of the room was terrible. The room was located at the back of the building, it had only one small window without a balcony and the only thing u could see was some old storages and the back of the opposite building. Good, standard, old hotel at the west end of the popular shopping street of Tsimiski and near the passenger port. The building is 50 years old but well rennovated. It is impossible to unload your luggage at their entrance, as this area is constantly occupied by the same parked cars probably belonging to staff . There is no parking at all and if you have a car you have to park it at paid public parkings...

Great location in Thessaloniki. Stayed with family for 3 nights in adjoining rooms. Clean rooms, great staff and very attentive when you needed anything. Beds are a bit stiff for our liking. Wish there were a few more amenities in the rooms (safe, iron etc) and a bit more selection at breakfast for younger kids.

The hotel is located in the centre of Thessaloniki. It is very loud outside during the night, so we closed the window and turned on the air conditioner, which is VERY LOUD like a truck. The hotel is old, needs a new repairing. We asked for an extra tooth brush and other hygiene stuff for a second person, received only some, never got the 2nd toothbrush. Don’t be fooled by the unassuming exterior. This hotel is very nice and our room was quiet. The staff was very friendly. We didn’t do anything but sleep there for 2 nights but I have the feeling they would have helped us if we needed anything. Shout out to Michael.

The room was dark and smelly. The hotel does not have any proper bedding just light duvets and coarse woollen blankets (on request, prepare to ask at least three times for those). The room did not look anything like the images the hotel is selling. First they put me in a room that hadn't been made yet. Then I had asked for proper bedding four times and finally got some heavy and coarse blankets.

Correct hotel. Nice people. Not very large breakfast buffet. I requested an invoice through email when I was back home and the were kind enough to send it. The only problem is that the air conditioning is quite noise. It becomes difficult to sleep if you do not request the hotel to switch it off.

We stayed in their Ladadika Design building. The room was pretty and very clean, the hotel amenities were nice. Downsides: very small room for a group of 4, noisy during the evening until late - but those seem to be a constant in the center of Thessaloniki. The hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants around. The parking lot is a few minutes walk away and is secured 24/24. The breakfast is diverse and very tasty. We called this place home for 3 nights, since we felt at home. You have tv and drinks in refrigerator. Good brekfast, clean, quiet, and with friendly personel. I like its name also (pine tree=pefka). We atended a funeral, and having this nice refuge was warming our heart in rush times for us.

This is a fine hotel in Panorama, a suburb of Thessaloniki. The rooms are OK. Beds are OK. Lots of space in the room. But not enough free electricity sockets :-) It is only ~15 minutes from the airport which is very convenient if you want to drive from the hotel to your flight back home (that's what we did)
