Lovely hotel itself. Parking space, lovely breakfast, helpful staff but the best of all… THE ROOF POOL AND BAR!!! Just amazing, view of Thessaloniki and a very nice pool on the roof of this hotel. Bathroom was a bit old and beds weren’t the most comfortable but it was a nice stay.

The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. I was a clumsy, troublesome guest, I got dates mixed up, I couldn't get my key to work and they were patient with me and always kind. Breakfast is good! Rooms are nice and facilities are lovely. Would be so happy to stay again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Big and well organised rooms with all the amenities, friendly staff, good breakfast. However bad soundproofing. Construction works in progress nearby so we woke up early and also the maids should be more quiet in the early mornings. As it is considered a 4 star hotel, they should invest more on the soundproofing. Also, a cable and a hanger in the bathroom are necessary

What a great little hotel! The rooms are very clean. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is in good repair. The neighborhood is not so noisy. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Metropolitan Hotel has an excellent location within walking distance of key landmarks. The rooms are clean and modern but what impressed me the most was their pet friendly amenities. Absolutely recommend!

Hotel with a great location near the city center. The staff was really nice and I enjoyed a nice room at a fair price. As a couple of negative points the extractor in the bathroom was really loud and the bathroom floor was filled with water after using the shower. The room was very small, the city view is honestly depressing but that's not their fault that Salonic is dirty. The balcony however could be improved with as much as a small chair and ashtray. Excellent experience! The only point for improvement is the parking availability. For me personally, it was not an issue as i parked my car in the ΧΑΝΘ parking which is very well organised and 700 m away from the hotel (7 mins walk). For someone who can't walk that much, I don't know if it could be a challenge.

The hotel is in a modern building and we had a nice, large room that was equipped with the latest technology. Despite being in the city, we didn't find the traffic noise a nuisance. Great location. Not really a family place, better suited for couples. Finding a parking spot in any of the garages near by is a major pain on weekends. Hotel is ok, our room was lovely but the windows were not facing towards outdoors but rather to some kind of a inner gazebo or whatever, so we had no actual fresh air and that felt weird.

Wonderful hotel, great service! I had some problems with the booking date, but the staff solved it pretty quickly and there were no problems with my planned events. They provide invoices and international payments - it is perfect if you want to organise something abroad for a company! The staff speaks English as well! Not a very good place to rest. There are many loud weddings here so it's impossible to get any sleep. Rooms and bathrooms are not too clean, but there is no tragedy. Very nice service, delicious dinners and great koftas. Unfortunately, the pool is practically always closed.

We visited the pool on a very hot day and we had a very pleasant experience. The staff welcomed us on arrival, took our order and showed us a place to sit. It was peaceful and calm and the 5 euro entrance fee included a drink of our choice which is quite reasonable.

I stayed here for one night before heading to Hanioti. The hotel is located in a nice area on a hill and offers an interesting view. The staff is very polite and attentive.
