The room is of a good size, the breakfast is good, the hotel is located near the highway, but it is very quiet at night. There is a private parking lot in the basement, which costs 10€ per day. It is a very safe place.

We stayed here as part of a tour, and then due to a delay in returning home. Every one of the staff treated us like family. Nice rooms and amenities, great food, and a location a bit out of city central so it's not as crowded. Special thanks to Maria, whose kindness was much appreciated.
Great hotel, very nice rooms, clean and with a variety of pillows. Beds are great, temperature is good, bathroom amenities are the best! Parking lot is very large and free outside and there is an inside parking that you pay a fee for.

There is no swimming pool just small Jacuzzi, the hotel advertisement is misleading regarding swimming pool, very poor dining possibilities, and there is absolutely nothing around but industrial zone. Mixed experience, mostly because of some details that shouldn't appear in a 5 star hotel:
+ Great room decoration and amenities, mattress although a bit hard for me still very comfortable. We were upgraded to a pool view room, which was nice.

We had the best experience their staff is really great - by mistake we made e wrong reservation (non-refundable) through booking and arrived there a day earlier. The manager at the reception didn't hesitate to call booking and made it possible for us to get a better room and a refund for the second night - although he could just blame us for our mistake.

Great stay! Extremely comfortable, clean, spacious resort. Great pool and spacious sun loungers area makes it not feel busy. Spa services were fab, great gym. Had a wonderful massage and a mani/pedi. They even have a “12-free” nail polish brand.

Not a very good place to rest. There are many loud weddings here so it's impossible to get any sleep. Rooms and bathrooms are not too clean, but there is no tragedy. Very nice service, delicious dinners and great koftas. Unfortunately, the pool is practically always closed.
We visited the pool on a very hot day and we had a very pleasant experience. The staff welcomed us on arrival, took our order and showed us a place to sit. It was peaceful and calm and the 5 euro entrance fee included a drink of our choice which is quite reasonable.

We stayed for two night there over weekend and really enjoyed. It is a new fashion style hotel at the heart of the city. Room are indeed a bit on the small size but brand new with modern touch and nice bed. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was included and was very good with variety and quality. A great city style hotel and highly recommended.
A relatively new hotel and close to everything. The rooms are fine and equipped with everything. They upgraded our room without asking. The breakfast was excellent and surprising. Amazing staff and hotel. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommended. The staff is friendly and do their best to help you. The room is nice, clean and has all want you need for your stay. The location is very good, in the city centre near everything
All good except yesterday the cleaning services late and don't cleaning the room.
Nice city hotel well decorated and very modern . Rooms are little bit small but it’s ok if it’s just for couple of days . Bathroom it on another level , just perfect . Excellent location walking distance to main attractions. Staff always with a smile and helpful !! Surely will return on my next trip to Thessaloniki
Perfect hotel, deserves all of the 5 stars. Very modern interior, beautiful decorated rooms, comfortable beds, spacious showers, and the most convenient intelligent lighting inside the room. Friendly staff throughout the hotel and great selection for breakfast. One of the best hotels I've been to, highly recommended.

The front desk staff is amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Our room was so clean & creatively designed. My kids LOVED it! Area is super convenient, walkable to everywhere. I would probably stay here next time I visit as well
Next to the main square of Thessaloniki, and just less then 2 min by feet to the seaside. Perfect position with parking at 2 minute. Close tò the Sea view and all the local. Service and breakfast very nice.
Had a decent experience, and it has big mirrors facing the bed in the bedroom, if that's your thing.
I’ve booked a room via booking.com at the hotel. There at the reception there is a receptionist whom expected to welcoming guest has any smile or kind word .She directly says ; check-in is at 14:00 hours !
Ok although we had known that thus as you come back on time for to check-in I felt sane icy behaviors . Wifi at rooms so weak even it is not working !! The room I’ve been given has no view nothing...
2 days trip to Thessaloniki and we chose Andromeda for our accommodation. Excellent spot, near to everything, the staff was more than welcoming and helpful and the most important -the cleanliness of the rooms was 10/10. Thanks guys we will get back soon.
