We stayed here as part of a tour, and then due to a delay in returning home. Every one of the staff treated us like family. Nice rooms and amenities, great food, and a location a bit out of city central so it's not as crowded. Special thanks to Maria, whose kindness was much appreciated.

Great hotel, very nice rooms, clean and with a variety of pillows. Beds are great, temperature is good, bathroom amenities are the best! Holiday Inn Thessaloniki left a great impression on me. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which had a fantastic view. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the city.

Holiday Inn is an upgraded experience in Greece. This hotel is marvelously appointed with marble and wood. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Some fixtures and furniture in rooms are in need of minor repairs. Very very basic accommodation - the whole hotel is in need of a facelift and a good clean. I love this place. Super convenient for an overnight stay after/before early/late flights. Shuttle service is available. Great hotel, comfortable and peaceful with relaxing surroundings despite the fact that it’s next to the airport. The food and spa are definitely worth trying.

Outstanding. The whole complex is huge and all covered in beautiful nature. Outdoor pool area is very big and nice - there is enough privacy for everyone. Quiet and relaxing. Staff is really nice. Ground floor rooms have terrace access to nature. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Real luxurious experience, everything is on high level! Would recommend

Had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt Thessaloniki....the grounds are gorgeous and generous. The landscaping is very well done and there is lots of space to accommodate guests, especially around the pool. It would have been great if the pool would have been heated, but I understand it gets warm in the summer. The facilities were very good and we enjoyed using a well equipped gym, the indoor pool...

Location is fantastic and right in the middle of downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful with luggage. Rooms are nice but rather on the small side, along with the bathroom. Limited bathroom counterspace but room storage is pretty nice- shelves, hangers, etc. Breakfast buffet is pretty limited and rather small.

Wonderful hotel, great service! I had some problems with the booking date, but the staff solved it pretty quickly and there were no problems with my planned events. They provide invoices and international payments - it is perfect if you want to organise something abroad for a company! The staff speaks English as well! It is in the city centre - very good location, close to the coast

A hotel in a great city centre location. Clean, Very friendly staff. However during our stay there was renovation work going on the second floor. Maybe due to this the power kept cutting out ever now and then ( 4 times in the span of 24 hours for about min at a time). Again related to this the temperature of the room never went down below 25 and felt really hot. The hotel staff did their best to help...

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Thessaloniki. The employees at the Front Desk and restaurant are very kind and efficient. The lobby, restaurant and bedrooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The complimentary breakfast has a wonderful array of food. Here are a few photos of the whimsical decore. I think the cobblestone looking carpet in the hallway is neat and I love the inspirational posters...

I stayed only for one night, the room i was given was clean and nice, but the view of the room was terrible. The room was located at the back of the building, it had only one small window without a balcony and the only thing u could see was some old storages and the back of the opposite building. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. The location was excellent.

Hotel is fantastic, everything is so clean, location is very good and the staff is very helpful and fast. Breakfast is also good. Only thing that’s not the best is the size of the bathroom. It is too small but everything else is just perfect.

Very good location, good staff, clean rooms, not luxury but enough and good. If you want to düscover city, just 15-20 min walk will be enough for bars cafees and very good greek restaurants. My second stay and I am happy with this hotel.

Good, standard, old hotel at the west end of the popular shopping street of Tsimiski and near the passenger port. The building is 50 years old but well rennovated. It is impossible to unload your luggage at their entrance, as this area is constantly occupied by the same parked cars probably belonging to staff . There is no parking at all and if you have a car you have to park it at paid public parkings...

Great location in Thessaloniki. Stayed with family for 3 nights in adjoining rooms. Clean rooms, great staff and very attentive when you needed anything. Beds are a bit stiff for our liking. Wish there were a few more amenities in the rooms (safe, iron etc) and a bit more selection at breakfast for younger kids.

The location is near to the center. The rooms are small but for me it was fine. My room had a balcony and a small desk. The personal was very friendly and the reception is open also in the night.

Unfortunately Mandrino hotel did not satisfy our needs for several reasons: The toilet does not function properly. There is not any interior soundproof at all, you can absolutely hear everything, even the alarm clock of the next room. From my experience we have encountered a problem with someone at 6am who was listening Greek music which is unacceptable. The fridge needs proper temperature regulation...

Not a very good place to rest. There are many loud weddings here so it's impossible to get any sleep. Rooms and bathrooms are not too clean, but there is no tragedy. Very nice service, delicious dinners and great koftas. Unfortunately, the pool is practically always closed.

We visited the pool on a very hot day and we had a very pleasant experience. The staff welcomed us on arrival, took our order and showed us a place to sit. It was peaceful and calm and the 5 euro entrance fee included a drink of our choice which is quite reasonable.
