It is close to the bus station, friendly staff. The rooms are good,if you are going with a car make sure to pre book the parking place. There is a swimming pool in the roof,so I would recommend going for a swim

Rooftop pool is good with excellent views. Breakfast selection was also good with options for cold coffee and omelettes, eggs etc. Was upgraded as Bonvoy gold to a suite my status acknowledged

There is no swimming pool just small Jacuzzi, the hotel advertisement is misleading regarding swimming pool, very poor dining possibilities, and there is absolutely nothing around but industrial zone

However, when a friend asked for additional coffee packets, she was told they were only given once per stay! (She couldn't even purchase them so we found some at the All4 store down the road)

We appreciated that the front desk controls access to the gym to prevent too many people at one time (especially since a busload of teenagers arrived while we were there)

There were a lot of bus groups that stayed at this hotel so it was somewhat noisy and congested at times, but the rooms were surprisingly quiet

We booked the deluxe suite with the view of the sea. As we parked infront of the hotel we were immediately greeted by the staff, they parked our car and kept the car keys safe

The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Our room, bed and bathroom were a bit snug but I chose a standard for 2 ppl, which is fine for 3 day stay. We had a small terrace which was nice

My room faced the road & there was a little noise from the traffic but I would not say this was in any way a problem. My room was a little dated - but spotlessly clean & housekeeping clearly does a fantastic job

Upon booking I asked how I could make the stay a bit special for a birthday and they suggested a cake made from the chef on the day delivered to the room, which was the most delicious cake ever! When we arrived we received a free upgrade for a pool facing room which we loved as having a balcony to sit on in the evening facing the pool was really relaxing
