The breakfast was fantastic with different choices. Also, nice games for the children. Nice team at the reception. Keep going the good work.
Parking space, lovely breakfast, helpful staff but the best of all… THE ROOF POOL AND BAR!!! Just amazing, view of Thessaloniki and a very nice pool on the roof of this hotel

The room was very nice, with clean and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was spotless, which made our brief stay so much more relaxing. What truly stood out to me was the kindness and efficiency of the kitchen staff

I love that they removed all the non essential staff due to COVID (small bed covers and leaflets, I hated them anyway) and hope to keep it this way. Breakfast is really good , restaurant also good
The room was clean, but the internal heating did not work satisfactorily. The staff attended as soon as called for malfunction and they were very nice. The hotel had very good breakfast
A little bit outside of the busy centre, this hotel is a wonderful oasis of tranquility, luxury and excellent service. An excellent breakfast, and a romantic dinner in the outside restaurant completed the impression

The food reflects all the best in Greek cuisine - and the staff is so so friendly. Why a 4 and not 5? Dear Makedonia … that room next to the pool that starts with a G and ends with an M needs a serious upgrade
The food is very good, made in an open kitchen which you can see the cooks preparing it. Some rooms have a nice view of the port. Cons: For a 5* Hotel I've seen better rooms for ~200E per night

The rooms were Modern and the bathroom was cool and modern. The bathroom had one shower and a bath tub. The service was kid friendly fast and kind. The location was good because it was next to a shopping mall and jumbo
Room was quite clean and well equipped. It was good to have shuttle from hotel to city center. But lackings; parking payment is not logic although become hotel guest
The hotel staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, which adds to the disappointment. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and deserving of praise
The inside pool was so relaxing it had a hot tub🛁 and a large pool the service there gave you towels and it was quiet there. Also the hotel had salons on the reception with a piano
For breakfast, it could better to have "no pork - sausage"

Frustratingly, getting a taxi was challenging despite the hotel staff's best efforts, so we ended up making the 8. 2 km roundtrip walk more frequently than we wanted to do
The food was quite delicious and presented in beautiful fashion. The breakfast buffet was excellent but so too was food served from the a la carte menu
The heat/AC is centralized. You can only control how fast a fan is going in your room. The hotel is nice and the restaurant was good.
Definitely not a good place for vacation
Porto Palace Hotel's amenities make up for its location. It is modern, updated, and clean. The staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet has a wonderful variety of choices
I would choose to stay there again when in Thessaloniki

hotel like this doesn't have option to take your car and get it to parking!??? Also, have to notice that check in time at 15h is really unacceptable, because check out is at 11h !!! Smart TV is great, even have Serbian channels
Quiet, well-spaced, and with great views over the city and bay. Breakfast was plentiful and the dinner menu in the rooftop restaurant is very good as well. Thank you for the great stay

The staff is top-notch, the breakfast is delicious (not the largest, but more than enough to choose from, and the food is always fresh) with fresh orange juice to start the day, and the cleanliness of the rooms is unmatched

We enjoyed the peaceful room, beautiful grounds and had dinner at Ambrosia, the food was DELICIOUS! My husband had lemon pork chop and I had traditional Moussaka. In the morning the shuttle was waiting for us at 6AM
We were tired on arrival at 4pm and our room was ready. The staff greeted us and helped us with all our questions

Rooftop view is spectacular, Spa is small, but nice, The hotel bar is exactly as it should be, cocktails and longdrinks were really good
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, making this one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. A must-stay if you're visiting Thessaloniki!

I stayed for a night because I attended a meeting in Saloniκa. I strongly recommend it for those who visit the sity. Spacy, comfortabe rooms and good breakfast. The lady in the reception was extremely helpful.
The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fine. Good hotel to stay over when you have a flight in the morning.
The reception staff were friendly and with a direct approach I was in my room very quickly. Just what I needed after a long drive. I also asked for a steam iron and within 5 minutes I had it

I found the beds comfortable I have a little fridge. There are things that need to be repaired. I'd call this more like a three-star hotel. It's cost me €15 to drive from the airport to this hotel via Taxi
it's hard to find a breakfast place that offered a restroom which is what I needed. I did find great food and great coffee and ability to read my book just about anywhere. The Waterfront is right there

Since it is a very central hotel, naturally there is noise at night. The hotel also offers safe parking for your car, but it is paid. When I come to Thessaloniki again, I will choose City Hotel again without hesitation
