Good and bad like anything else: The Good: Staff is kind and attentive. Hotel is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min from the main tourist shops and cafes. The hotel has guarded car parking which feels necessary out here

Pro: - Very close to the centre - Filling breakfast selection - Very friendly, helpful staff - Double-glazed room, so pretty quiet Con: - 3 star, not 4 star - I'd booked a double room, I was given a twin room with single beds pushed together and two single duvets

- Window curtain was smaller than the window, so sunlight crept in each morning. Having a frosted glass bathroom door didn't help either (more light entering the room)

We stayed here in October, 2018. Perfect for our requirements. Room was large and the bed clean and very comfortable. Area was quiet so we could leave the window open and have a good nights sleep

The rooms are a bit small, but it was completely normal stay for us - after all we just wanted a place to sleep. It's near the city center and there is underground parking (paid) which was also fine for us.

Rooftop pool is good with excellent views. Breakfast selection was also good with options for cold coffee and omelettes, eggs etc. Was upgraded as Bonvoy gold to a suite my status acknowledged

Free shuttle bus can get you to city center in 8 minutes. Indoor pool and jacuzzi very pleasant. Room equipped with Nespresso machine and all amenities. Personnel will do its best to accommodate your needs

There is no swimming pool just small Jacuzzi, the hotel advertisement is misleading regarding swimming pool, very poor dining possibilities, and there is absolutely nothing around but industrial zone

However, when a friend asked for additional coffee packets, she was told they were only given once per stay! (She couldn't even purchase them so we found some at the All4 store down the road)

We appreciated that the front desk controls access to the gym to prevent too many people at one time (especially since a busload of teenagers arrived while we were there)

There were a lot of bus groups that stayed at this hotel so it was somewhat noisy and congested at times, but the rooms were surprisingly quiet

The rooms were clean and there was water and soda in the mini-bar and packets of coffee in the room when we arrived
