I am an experienced traveler and find this hotel to be one of the best. First of all, I appreciate excellent catering - especially Greek cuisine. The staff, cleaning and the restaurant, are very nice and professional

It is quite weird in such a hotel to charge extra for a coffee other than filter, our a fried egg at the breakfast! We waited 19 minutes for our tea and after three reminder they served boiled water in a pot with two tea bags on a small dish! At the bar, it would be better to serve a "made to order" Mojito instead of a ready mix kept in room temperature and poured on ice cubes!

The rooms were Modern and the bathroom was cool and modern. The bathroom had one shower and a bath tub. The service was kid friendly fast and kind. The location was good because it was next to a shopping mall and jumbo

Room was quite clean and well equipped. It was good to have shuttle from hotel to city center. But lackings; parking payment is not logic although become hotel guest

The inside pool was so relaxing it had a hot tub🛁 and a large pool the service there gave you towels and it was quiet there. Also the hotel had salons on the reception with a piano

We enjoyed the peaceful room, beautiful grounds and had dinner at Ambrosia, the food was DELICIOUS! My husband had lemon pork chop and I had traditional Moussaka. In the morning the shuttle was waiting for us at 6AM

They gave me smallest room I ever had, but at the end it was perfect. The stuff is making this hotel grate. They are so nice, cooperative, they do everything with a smiley. I asjed for a pillow - in 1 minut I got it

You need to go and park your car in a car park and pay. The hotel does NOT offer Free Parking. Other than that, it's a great hotel and the breakfast has a variety of choices

The room in the remodeled hotel is rather small in size but quite clean. You can very easily walk to a few nice tourist places such as Roman Forum of Thessaloniki, Holy Church of S. Demetrius, Aristoteles Square.

They have no longer 10 available parking spots in front of their hotel and they can’t offer free parking but paid parking inside a garage they are cooperating with

I recently stayed at Mandrino Hotel and had a great experience. The location is perfect, situated right in the center, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting all the key attractions

Everything is just a short walk away. The rooms were very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was a pleasure coming back to such a cozy space after a day of exploring

The rooms have a nice, pleasant design, although some are a bit unstable (like the curtain falling if you move it too much, bathroom issues, some beds you should put yourself slowly on them)

The hotel is close to the city center of Thessaloniki. They have a good breakfast included in the price, and a spa with a small gym attached

Just amazing! Perfect location, central and very nice view on the big square!! Employees of the hotel makes you feel so welcome!!! The suite was very spacious, clean, and homy feeling!! The jacuzzi was very relaxing

One more thing was the very thin windows and doors - there is a lot of traffic noise until 1. 00 am it starts again - being so close to the center there is a price to pay- lots of cars non stop

The breakfast was delicious, but if I had a remark or an advice - it would be to offer feta cheese - the first days we had feta in the Greek salad but the last day no feta cheese

The only downside of the gym is that the air was very humid due to the spa, they should place an air conditioner in it. Our superior room was very spacious, bright and clean

We didn't manage to turn off the AC in the night to discover in the morning that there are 2 controllers and you have to turn it off from both of them

I was thrilled with the room (Afrodita Suite 803), I felt like a king 🥹 great room, with charm, big, clean, good hygiene concept, bathroom with jacuzzi, huge balcony with a great view overlooking Thessaloniki and the sea
