The room was very nice, with clean and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was spotless, which made our brief stay so much more relaxing. What truly stood out to me was the kindness and efficiency of the kitchen staff

It is close to the bus station, friendly staff. The rooms are good,if you are going with a car make sure to pre book the parking place. There is a swimming pool in the roof,so I would recommend going for a swim

The decoration of the hotel lobby, paintings and sculptures are breathtaking. The rooms seem a bit older, but they are nevertheless cozy and functional. The beds have absolutely great mattresses, high and firm

We stayed at Electra Palace for 3 days in August. On our first night, we dined in the rooftop restaurant, which had superb vies of the sea and square below. The food was excellent, as was the service

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the views are amazing. No on site parking, but the parking lot is literally behind the hotel on opposite corner, which is a 1 min walk

The only criticisms we found were that the tiles in the bathroom were like glass when wet, and the shower mat was small for the area, and great care was needed when walking from the shower cubicle

Otherwise the rooms are well design, recently refurbished, with all of the amenities. The highlight is of course the rooftop and the pool, as well as the inside pool in the spa area

The prices in the restaurant and bar at the rooftop restaurant were better than most of the bars we visited in the city. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and spotlessly clean

Perhaps at the design stage, nonslip tiles would have been a better option. The rooftop pool was very small. However, it was a city hotel, and space is obviously an issue

A simple issue is that when calling a taxi to the centre, around 6 to 8 euros, the reception may mislead your waiting time. There are also shuttles which saved us from a heavy rain

Interestingly, I do like the view to Thessaloniki from the pool on the last floor as well as the cranes on the port during sunset

While the room, itself, was problematic, so too was the location. The hotel has no shuttle service to the city centre, and walking the 4. 1 km one way got old very quickly

There is no swimming pool just small Jacuzzi, the hotel advertisement is misleading regarding swimming pool, very poor dining possibilities, and there is absolutely nothing around but industrial zone

Very enjoyable stay: clean room, exceptional service, sauna works well. Gym is decently equipped but poorly ventilated. For some reason the jacuzzi temperature cannot be increased.

The heat/AC is centralized. You can only control how fast a fan is going in your room. The hotel is nice and the restaurant was good.

My last night was the worst, compounded by a group of middle school students who felt it was appropriate to run wildly down hallways, scream to each other from opposite ends of the hallway, and randomly knock on room doors

The minuses: rooms, location I stayed in Room 169, and I could hear everything. Individuals walking in the room above me. The individual snoring in the room next to me. Whenever someone moved a chair in a nearby room

The staff was pleasant, and the breakfast buffet provided a good variety! The advantage is the location very central located within walking distance of shops Caffè and sites! Parking is an issue anywhere in town!

You need to go and park your car in a car park and pay. The hotel does NOT offer Free Parking. Other than that, it's a great hotel and the breakfast has a variety of choices

Hotel is ok, our room was lovely but the windows were not facing towards outdoors but rather to some kind of a inner gazebo or whatever, so we had no actual fresh air and that felt weird

Not really a family place, better suited for couples. Finding a parking spot in any of the garages near by is a major pain on weekends

Good and bad like anything else: The Good: Staff is kind and attentive. Hotel is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min from the main tourist shops and cafes. The hotel has guarded car parking which feels necessary out here

A lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location. A walking distance from almost everything in Thessaloniki. 1 minute walking from the sea shore. The rooms are spacious and comfortable

Small rooms. Airco hardly managed to keep cool. For parking, you need to rely on parkings nearby that are overfilled and where you need to leave the keys.

The modern facade of the building, the old rooms, the windows overlooked a noisy street, at night the light from the lights on the facade of the hotel shone through the windows
