A simple issue is that when calling a taxi to the centre, around 6 to 8 euros, the reception may mislead your waiting time. There are also shuttles which saved us from a heavy rain

We stayed at Electra Palace for 3 days in August. On our first night, we dined in the rooftop restaurant, which had superb vies of the sea and square below. The food was excellent, as was the service

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the views are amazing. No on site parking, but the parking lot is literally behind the hotel on opposite corner, which is a 1 min walk

The only criticisms we found were that the tiles in the bathroom were like glass when wet, and the shower mat was small for the area, and great care was needed when walking from the shower cubicle

Otherwise the rooms are well design, recently refurbished, with all of the amenities. The highlight is of course the rooftop and the pool, as well as the inside pool in the spa area

There is a jumbo very close, which is a plus, and close to the outlet center. Beside the location is bot close to the center but they provide shuttle

Interestingly, I do like the view to Thessaloniki from the pool on the last floor as well as the cranes on the port during sunset

Good and bad like anything else: The Good: Staff is kind and attentive. Hotel is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min from the main tourist shops and cafes. The hotel has guarded car parking which feels necessary out here

While the room, itself, was problematic, so too was the location. The hotel has no shuttle service to the city centre, and walking the 4. 1 km one way got old very quickly

There is no swimming pool just small Jacuzzi, the hotel advertisement is misleading regarding swimming pool, very poor dining possibilities, and there is absolutely nothing around but industrial zone

Very enjoyable stay: clean room, exceptional service, sauna works well. Gym is decently equipped but poorly ventilated. For some reason the jacuzzi temperature cannot be increased.

The heat/AC is centralized. You can only control how fast a fan is going in your room. The hotel is nice and the restaurant was good.

My last night was the worst, compounded by a group of middle school students who felt it was appropriate to run wildly down hallways, scream to each other from opposite ends of the hallway, and randomly knock on room doors

The minuses: rooms, location I stayed in Room 169, and I could hear everything. Individuals walking in the room above me. The individual snoring in the room next to me. Whenever someone moved a chair in a nearby room

Great hotel. The receptionist was polite and the registration was quick. The rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is near the train station and the waterfront is within walking distance.

We stayed our last day in Thessaloniki in this nice hotel. The room was okay nothing special, the breakfast good and the girl with blonde hair welcomed us very friendly.

The rooms have hairdryers and a set of scales if you want to check your holiday weight. There is a bar next door which does food. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice. It would be nice to stay here again

The staff was pleasant, and the breakfast buffet provided a good variety! The advantage is the location very central located within walking distance of shops Caffè and sites! Parking is an issue anywhere in town!

You need to go and park your car in a car park and pay. The hotel does NOT offer Free Parking. Other than that, it's a great hotel and the breakfast has a variety of choices

We stayed here for one night in central Thessaloniki. Reception was very friendly and professional. Rooms clean and tidy but small. We used a valet parking service nearby which was fine

They gave me smallest room I ever had, but at the end it was perfect. The stuff is making this hotel grate. They are so nice, cooperative, they do everything with a smiley. I asjed for a pillow - in 1 minut I got it

Free parking (which is really important). Location is a little bit far away from the port (1. 5 km), at the end of Egnatia street. However, it is a walking distance (plus, last year, I stayed in the same area)

They also have available buffet for lunch and dinner with decent price of 15 EUR per person. They have a la card restaurants in the ground and on the top. They have small spa (which I did not visit, though)

It is very close to city center and located in one of main street of Selanik. We visited just for a nigth for a short sleep and continue to our way because of its location

The main advantage is it has a car park, even it is little if you are lucky you can have empty available space for car parking. It is a just very close to everywhere even by walk, around 15-20 min to center and downtown

The hotel is located in the centre of Thessaloniki. It is very loud outside during the night, so we closed the window and turned on the air conditioner, which is VERY LOUD like a truck
