Grand Hotel Palace, Thessaloniki1 / 50
8.2
Thessaloniki, Monastiriou Str. 305 🧭 Map
Exceptional experience! Impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to every detail. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable
We stayed here as part of a tour, and then due to a delay in returning home. Every one of the staff treated us like family
Certainly! Here's an example of a 5-star rating for the Grand Hotel Palace: "I had an absolutely splendid stay at the Grand Hotel Palace. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism
The check-in process was swift, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my preferences were met. The room was luxurious and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the city skyline
The amenities were top-notch, from the spa facilities to the exquisite dining options on-site. Every interaction with the staff was delightful; they were attentive and always ready to assist
A simple issue is that when calling a taxi to the centre, around 6 to 8 euros, the reception may mislead your waiting time. There are also shuttles which saved us from a heavy rain

Truly one of the finest hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. Beautiful facility, wonderful location, exceptional food. Without doubt the finest hotel breakfast we have ever had
My company booked this hotel through a package organized by our local foreign chamber of commerce for a steal. Nice hotel in a strategic location with good conference facilities
Hotel is in the hearth of Salonika. You can easilt walk for shopping, dinner, historical places, white tower etc. The room was amazing with a sea view. Staff was very helpful and kind
We were especially grateful to these terrific staff members who helped make our stay so enjoyable: Ekaterina, Guest Experience Mgr; Vasilis, Chef; Stella, Guest Experience Agent; Xenia and Ksanthippi at Reception, and the Front Desk gentleman who welcomed us the night we checked in; the Maid at our room who was so attentive; Kostas the Bellman who was like magic; and Thanos, so friendly at the...
Having traveled extensively and experienced some of the most renowned hotels worldwide, including the Adlon in Berlin and the Ritz in San Francisco, we can confidently say that the service here surpasses them all
The newly renovated rooms were simply beautiful, combining elegance with luxury, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was inviting, and the food was nothing short of spectacular

Electra Palace Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki1 / 50
9.6
Thessaloniki, 9 Aristotelous square 🧭 Map
We stayed at Electra Palace for 3 days in August. On our first night, we dined in the rooftop restaurant, which had superb vies of the sea and square below. The food was excellent, as was the service
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the views are amazing. No on site parking, but the parking lot is literally behind the hotel on opposite corner, which is a 1 min walk
Rooms are a bit too small from what we're used to in other 5* hotels and keep in mind that "double beds" are 2 single mattresses put together, so we had to ask them to bring an actual double mattress
The only criticisms we found were that the tiles in the bathroom were like glass when wet, and the shower mat was small for the area, and great care was needed when walking from the shower cubicle
Otherwise the rooms are well design, recently refurbished, with all of the amenities. The highlight is of course the rooftop and the pool, as well as the inside pool in the spa area
The prices in the restaurant and bar at the rooftop restaurant were better than most of the bars we visited in the city. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and spotlessly clean

Holiday Inn Thessaloniki, an IHG Hotel, Thessaloniki1 / 50
7.8
Thessaloniki, Monastiriou 8 🧭 Map
Good and bad like anything else: The Good: Staff is kind and attentive. Hotel is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min from the main tourist shops and cafes. The hotel has guarded car parking which feels necessary out here
The waiting staff during breakfast
Holiday Inn Thessaloniki left a great impression on me. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which had a fantastic view
The mattress is comfortable, updated to the IHG standards. We have welcomed with a much appreciated platter of fruits upon check in and all the staff was very kind with us
It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the city
Refrigerator in room did not work despite the hotel staff assuring me that a technician had checked it and it works fine. Toilet seat shifts around like it’s about to come off

Thessaloniki, 19, Monastiriou Str 🧭 Map
Okay this a 3 star hotel, some part old but maintained, some painting could do god impressions, but for sure a accommodation I will return to again. Ahh nice big rooms and balcony, helps if your a smoker
Kind staff, great location, close to the bus station and city center by foot. Rooms are a bit old and not maintained but comfortable bed, Air condition and fridge. For the price is great.
Prefect location, amazing staff, great breakfast, good Internet, nice beds, fine shower
A little bit old school hotel but 3 stars in that price is fair offer. Air condition works well and very silent during a night. Breakfast nothing special. Good location close the centre
Just a f/p accomodation. It's in the city center. A little old but clean rooms and the bathroom. The breakfast was ok.
Negative: Low price/value ratio, very old elevators which seems unproperly maintained (severe side moving and noise during operation). Check out hours uncomfortable (11. 00 am), leaking water inside the bathroom

I was thrilled with the room (Afrodita Suite 803), I felt like a king 🥹 great room, with charm, big, clean, good hygiene concept, bathroom with jacuzzi, huge balcony with a great view overlooking Thessaloniki and the sea
A great hotel with very good service, ambience and charm, very friendly staff, great location
First visit to Greece, just stopped for an evening with a friend on our way to Turkey. The hotel is a gem! Rooms are all unique and we're well appointed. The staff at the desk were very accommodating and friendly
Only a short walk to the city centre and many great restaurants very close by. I would happily stay here again!
Easy to reach the place people friendly knowing how to serve you from the reception up to the waitress.
Breakfast was very good and plentiful

Thessaloniki, Angelaki 41 🧭 Map
Very good location to visit old city , museums and White Tower, and go around the seaside. Value for money, everything works well, neat and breakfast is good
The rooms are beautifully and practically renovated, with lots of space to unpack things yet without getting a sense that the room is crammed. Location is also a prime with fantastic views of the city
The heating system was perfect and during the home night we had warm in the bedroom and the view from the 8th floor was spectacular. The breakfast was tasteful and there was a wide variety of food
I stayed there for one night and everything was great. The rooms are renovated, modern with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are spacious full of facilities
The location is very good, only 5-10 minutes away from the white tower of Thessaloniki. I definitely recommend it and I would prefer it to stay in the future
This hotel is a rare find in Thessaloniki. Staff are truly hospitable and genuinely helpful; I was able to check in earlier than the standard time

Very much polite stuff , clean rooms as all else. You could say that is in center. My recommendion thant if you choose this Queen Olga hotel you will not make mistake.
I had the honor of living here for the first 3 months of my semester and I loved every moment of it. The staff are easily the most amazing people I have ever met, and accommodate your every need
This is a nice hotel at perfect location. Close to the center but away from the busy, noisy places. Ideal for short stay in Thessaloniki. We love, love this hotel! ❤️
The location is also incredible
The ocean view is amazing! Friendly hard working staff. Good room service food. Relatively spacious rooms.
We didn't really got the room we payed and asked for. And the rooms don't really look alike like the ones in the pictures. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, though. They helped with everything we need.

Thessaloniki, 48, 26Th October Str 🧭 Map
The rooms were Modern and the bathroom was cool and modern. The bathroom had one shower and a bath tub. The service was kid friendly fast and kind. The location was good because it was next to a shopping mall and jumbo
I recently had the pleasure of attending a conference at the Met Hotel and the experience was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the facilities were top-notch, and the food was delicious
The inside pool was so relaxing it had a hot tub🛁 and a large pool the service there gave you towels and it was quiet there. Also the hotel had salons on the reception with a piano
Room was quite clean and well equipped. It was good to have shuttle from hotel to city center. But lackings; parking payment is not logic although become hotel guest
For breakfast, it could better to have "no pork - sausage"
The rooms, although priced highly, do not justify the cost; there was an unpleasant odor noticeable in the space, and the walls are poorly insulated, making it easy to hear everything from neighboring rooms

Thessaloniki, 2 Meg. Alexandrou Ave 🧭 Map
The hotel is great! Service, coffee shop, great. Located in the centre right by the sea. The interior is excellent
The room was clean, but the internal heating did not work satisfactorily. The staff attended as soon as called for malfunction and they were very nice. The hotel had very good breakfast
This hotel is the trademark of the city of Thessaloniki. Contemporary for the era that was built. It's next to the sea, the Thermaikos gulf. Very prestigious hotel, with every possible commodity
Delicious food, bakery products, all egg variants- some extra however- good coffee and very good staff. Very nice fruit buffet, good quality fruits, very good salmon, and cheese selections
It is quite weird in such a hotel to charge extra for a coffee other than filter, our a fried egg at the breakfast! We waited 19 minutes for our tea and after three reminder they served boiled water in a pot with two tea bags on a small dish! At the bar, it would be better to serve a "made to order" Mojito instead of a ready mix kept in room temperature and poured on ice cubes!
The food is very good, made in an open kitchen which you can see the cooks preparing it. Some rooms have a nice view of the port. Cons: For a 5* Hotel I've seen better rooms for ~200E per night

Thessaloniki, 24 Monastiriou 🧭 Map
Excellent hotel with funky details everywhere, we especially loved the photo booth! Super fast check in (we were allowed to enter our room earlier than normal check in time), friendly staff that gave us some recommendations
Great hotel. The receptionist was polite and the registration was quick. The rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is near the train station and the waterfront is within walking distance.
It is in the main lobby and there is not enough space for everybody. In the two days we were there we had to wait more than 15 min to get seated
The hotel is very modern with great amenities with a games room, gym, seasonal rooftop pool and excellent noise proof bedrooms! The room is very thought out for comfort of guests with great design and electrical features
The breakfast was some of the best we have ever had! Loads of good quality choice along with eggs made to order! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for hotel that put their guests first! 5***** thank you for a great stay
The best, most different, most interesting, thematic, personalised hotel. Excellent service, great food, surprisingly playful for adults. The best place to reborn the child in you. Ask for Dimitra Nikoli, General Manager

Porto Palace Hotel Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki1 / 50

Thessaloniki, 65, 26th Octovriou Str. 🧭 Map
Very enjoyable stay: clean room, exceptional service, sauna works well. Gym is decently equipped but poorly ventilated. For some reason the jacuzzi temperature cannot be increased.
Porto Palace Hotel's amenities make up for its location. It is modern, updated, and clean. The staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet has a wonderful variety of choices
My last night was the worst, compounded by a group of middle school students who felt it was appropriate to run wildly down hallways, scream to each other from opposite ends of the hallway, and randomly knock on room doors
The minuses: rooms, location I stayed in Room 169, and I could hear everything. Individuals walking in the room above me. The individual snoring in the room next to me. Whenever someone moved a chair in a nearby room
While the room, itself, was problematic, so too was the location. The hotel has no shuttle service to the city centre, and walking the 4. 1 km one way got old very quickly
I stayed at this hotel 12-16 Apr 2024 for a veterinary conference. The pluses: staff & food All team members I encountered were friendly, attentive, & professional
