Hotel is located in the best possible neghborhood- beautiful Agios Dimitrios street. Groundfloor was completely renovated. It looks high-tech, like a 4 star hotel but the rooms are the same like before. Overage but nice. No kettle , slippers and safe box. You can take hot water in the restaurant and use a safe box for free on the reception deak. Nice breakfast until 10:30.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The photos on the internet have nothing to do with what we encountered. The room smelled of dampness, the window frames were rotten, and the fridge was rusty. There was a constant loud noise coming from the bathroom ceiling, which was probably the ventilation system. The water pressure in the shower kept fluctuating, often resulting in only scalding hot water coming out. The breakfast was inedible, and we had to eat elsewhere every morning. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the staff—exceptionally polite people, always with a smile.

Stayed here with a group of over 10 friends for 2 nights. I really don’t understand the most recent reviews! It’s very clean and comfortable, with good linens and towels, changed daily. Excellent WiFi. Simple but substantial traditional Greek buffet breakfast provided. It’s a good 30 minute walk down to the waterfront and the White Tower, but the history you pass en-route is amazing, or hail a taxi, 5 euros takes you down there.

The hotel is close to the cathedral of Agios Demetrios, but a little bit far from the white tower. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was not good at all, very poor quality and variety. The entryway into the hotel is very narrow and with a large group it was very difficult to enter and most people had to wait outside while everyone was waiting for the elevator. The room was comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean with large clean soft towels. The only problem was that the water would become too hot suddenly in the middle of showering. There is no restaurant or kitchen in the hotel, but there is a small, very good family grill a few meters to the right as you exit the hotel. This hotel is good for travelers staying one or maybe two nights.

A real nightmare! There’s bedbugs but the hotel won’t do anything about it telling us that we bring them in! Also the rooms are really dirty the mattresses are stained with blood, the carpets are not clean, the breakfast is poor quality also. (This is a real review as a person part of a 60 ppl group staying 4 nights)

Just disappointing on so many levels. From blocked drains to no hot water, lifts to dirty room, my advice would be to find somewhere else. The beds were lumpy. There was a desk and most lights did work. The air conditioner was problematic. It felt like a scene from faulty towers.

What an excellent hotel. The room was clean and cozy with very soft pillows to match. The front desk service was nothing but helpful and very professional. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

Mixed feeling which has pros and cons, was booked last minute due to urgent needs Pros: - Good location, supermarket is a few meters - Nice big clean Room - Great big bed - Great staff., Thank you Cons: Not a great bathroom, small shower, no curtains Sound of water flowing through the pipes day and night Air con was terrible Very small lift Overall, will not go again.

Excellent service . Very kind staff and a great location to get you right into the culture of the Thessaloniki. Was able to walk to the sea in like 30 min. Also there's a great restaurant about 10 meters from the hotel that has great gyros.
