This was not the experience I was expecting. Parking is a significant issue for anyone staying here. The air conditioner in our room was malfunctioning from the moment we walked in. After setting it, it would randomly power off after a few hours, requiring the hotel manager to reset its breaker multiple times. The only solution offered was a different room, but that room had an incredibly noisy air conditioner. The rooms themselves are old and poorly maintained, with a cramped and damaged washroom. Despite our attempts to resolve the problem, none of the solutions provided were acceptable. Since we booked through Expedia, we're now facing difficulty determining who is responsible for an early checkout.

I went today with my partner for a chill out in the spa (they offer this service to people who do not live in the hotel). The jacuzzi had tons of chlorium that we never stopped sneezing. Half of the light bulbs were off which made the space quite dark. The spa worker said sorry, the reception person did not ecen mention anything although he knew. Quite dissapointing. They did nothing to moderate the situation.

The hotel is close to the city center of Thessaloniki. They have a good breakfast included in the price, and a spa with a small gym attached. The only downside of the gym is that the air was very humid due to the spa, they should place an air conditioner in it. Our superior room was very spacious, bright and clean. We didn't manage to turn off the AC in the night to discover in the morning that there are 2 controllers and you have to turn it off from both of them. Clear instructions would be very helpful to reduce energy consumption and make the room more comfortable.

Just amazing! Perfect location, central and very nice view on the big square!! Employees of the hotel makes you feel so welcome!!! The suite was very spacious, clean, and homy feeling!! The jacuzzi was very relaxing. Breakfast was ok. We wil definitely come back here!!!!

The hotel is located in the center, with very fast access to all touristic spots. The breakfast was delicious, but if I had a remark or an advice - it would be to offer feta cheese - the first days we had feta in the Greek salad but the last day no feta cheese. One more thing was the very thin windows and doors - there is a lot of traffic noise until 1.30 am and then at 6.00 am it starts again - being so close to the center there is a price to pay- lots of cars non stop. The suit was spacios, clean and comfortable. The coffee was amazing. The taxi to and from the airport was 25 euros each way (20 - 25 minutes).

Located at the centre of the City Thessaloniki at the main street Egnatia. From the location there is easy access to many of the city's sites worth visiting. The hotel is well isolated so the traffic should not be a problem.

Located just steps away from a multitude of restaurants and retail stores and only a 10 minute walk to White Tower. Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was awesome! You had more than enough of a selection for any diet. Alexander at the front deak was unbelievably kind and informative!!! One of the best concierges I've ever dealt with! All front staff were especially kind! A great experience and would definitely go back and hope nothing changes!
