American tourist here traveling (thankfully) with a Hungarian family. I spent 5 days here off-season. The hotel was fully sold out for many days during my stay.
First off, the basics. This hotel is very, VERY child-oriented. It is reasonably clean considering that but there is a definite lack of adult activities. The hotel itself is near the beach which is the primary redeeming factor in my humblest opinion.
Now for small details:
* Signs are in English around, menus can be requested in English. However some staff scoff at communicating in English. I found myself staying quiet and communicating through family members on what I wanted. This made me feel very uncomfortable, even as a relatively seasoned international traveler.
* The buffet food quality is amazing. Definitely cruise ship quality. The menu doesn't change much if at all, however. Not a huge negative be assured it is very good.
* The rooms are ok to meh. The doors don't close unless you force them closed with a solid push, the beds are not comfortable and the bathrooms had a weird urine smell for several nights we couldn't figure out.
* Most of the time there was no lifeguard on duty at the pools and I rarely ever saw anyone at the first aid station. This was very disappointing.
* As I mentioned above, there are a lot of things to do if you are a kid and like water activities. For 'wellness', they hardly offer anything beyond playing in the water, a sauna or tabletop/video games. I would have expected hot spring water or even a masseuse. Heck the hotel even allows children in the adult-only area at certain times, meaning you have practically NO area you can get away consistently if you want to.
Bottom line, don't book this hotel if you are an adult looking for a more complete wellness beyond keeping the kids occupied. The rooms are lackluster, the activities are lacking, and only the food is a bright gem in their offering.

The hotel can only be described in superlatives. It is characterized by high-quality food, high level of service, maximum hospitality, attention, great cleanliness and a family atmosphere. The owners and staff of the hotel have made every effort to make your leisure time pleasant and varied. For all ages you will find ideal entertainment: outdoor and indoor swimming pools, water park, playground, gym, sauna, salt room, billiards and table football, mini golf, gym and bike rental for those who want to do sports, playroom for little ones. Nearby is one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Balaton. The surroundings of the hotel are like a botanical garden. The food is varied, tasty and mostly of high quality. We thank the cooks for their dedicated work, kindness and attention of the waiters. We highly recommend the hotel to everyone and would like to return.

We had a great time again and plan to come back next year. The hotel is extremely child and family friendly, the staff are very kind and patient. Our room was nice and spacious, all the necessary equipment and extras (baby bath, travel cot) were waiting as agreed. During cleaning we always received printed fairy tales, which the children were very happy about. Breakfasts and dinners were varied, even with baby food, you could choose from several different ones each time. (Enough high chairs or baby dishes!) The hotel is well equipped, the playhouse, pools and water slides allow you to book (exhaust) children and parents throughout the day. :)

One of the best places I have ever been! We were with my small family, the staff was nice and helpful both at the reception and in the restaurant! Nice clean room, games room well equipped with lots of games! The wellness area is also great with several pools with slides and a nice temperature! The food is very well prepared, delicious!! Will go again!

We have been there 3 times, now I think it gives everything away. Everything was very good, everywhere the service was kind to everyone, and of course, last but not least, the food was very tasty and delicious. Our 3 year old daughter came and cried that of course she will stay here to swim. I can only recommend it to everyone. We will be back again! :)

Super good hotel with nice staff in a family-friendly environment. The food is fantastically delicious. The children loved the pools and slides.

Excellent hotel, very friendly service, and good food. The kids loved the pools with the water slides inside and outside. The saunas are great. I didnt understand why they dont operate the steam room in the summer, though. The hotel is located very close to a very nice beach at the balaton.

Very clean, personal was very friendly and the dinner is absolutely delicious and with many options. It is a perfect place to spend a few days with the kids by the pool and not to depend on the weather outside 😉

Lovely wellness hotel suitable for both guests with and without children. Many different activities for children (and adults with an inner child) as well as a quiet adult-only wellness section with sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and a fitness room to round everything off. Our stay had half-boarding in the price and the buffet for both breakfast and dinner was magnificent both in quality and quantity. We will definitely make this our special retreat and will be back!
