Amazing hotel I will definitely come back the staff is so polite and everyone there helps you a lot their rooms are also so clean and the cleaning staff comes everyday!I have no complaints you should visit this hotel!!!!
For me the location, Budapest-Keleti railway station was 5 minutes walk away. The room was a decent size with amenities and great/comfortable bed!! And two pillows.
Our room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and there was a small balcony where the evening breeze felt very pleasant. There was a fan on the desk, which made it convenient for working. The hotel is very close to both the train and metro stations, so if you need to catch an early train, I would recommend staying here.
We was so happy and good Like always to book on Trip.com Good price and fast
Room was nice, bathroom was really small. My room faced the train station, nice view, the noise didn't bother me with the windows closed.
Don't judge a book by its cover. This hotel inside is modern and quite contract with its old outlook. Very generous choice of breakfast and very friendly staff. Picture is outlook outside our window.

2nd year in a row at this property. We really enjoyed staying here... nice walk to centre of town or to the thermal lake of Heviz, rooms are comfortable (a bit dated) and breakfast/dinner also nice. I enjoy the pool and the thermal spa area the most.. its quiet with an older clientele. There is a fee for parking your car.
The best: -Very clean and quiet rooms. -Very fluffy bathrobes, and one spa towel and spa undertowel. -Enough parking lots. -All thermal and treatment places are very close to each other and totally barrier-free. -Helpful, patient and nice staff - all of them, from the receptionists to the first-aid paramedics to the housekeeping ladies. -Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, table and chairs in...
Everything is fine. No complaints. The medical base is up to standard. There are classes for interests, aqua aerobics
Dinner and breakfast are good Sauna facilities are good Close to hot spring lake
Had a very great time with my wife in this amazing facility. The breakfast, dinner is delicious with options. The staff are nice and helpful and I recommend you visit for your spa, wellness and relaxation.

My husband was here business and I accompanied him.  The hotel was in an excellent location and I rented a bike on 2 occasions to see the sites:  Tihany Abbey and Church, pleasure boat trip on Lake Balaton and a tour of the city.  The food was good and I was able to select a healthy variety at breakfast and dinner.  The desserts were excellent!  I had a great massage and used the swimming pool regularly...
This hotel is going through a renovation floor by floor. If you get a new floor (floors 2 or 3) then you will be very happy. If you get an old floor then it ranges from adequate to very dated. Overall this location is fantastic being on the Tihany shore with a private beach and a lovely pool. The breakfast and dinner are good by 3 star standards although there is competition for the popular dishes...
Hotel Annabella in Balatonfüred has an exceptional location with direct access to the Tagore promenade and a small private beach, which is a definite highlight. However, the restaurant has felt the effects of inflation since 2023, leading to a more limited menu. While the kitchen seems to have made some improvements this year, the planning wasn’t always ideal. On my last night this year, they quickly...
I was at the hotel in a renovated room,it was quiet the beds were comfy the food was good and there was a lot of it,the interior pool was good but the exterior pool was dirty there was a cigar in the exterior pool, there were partyes and the arcades were good, the staff was nice, but it was a challenge to find the private beach,it is worth the price.I Recommand!!!!
The location is very good. The facilities are a bit old, but there is no inconvenience in using them. It is easy to access the surrounding tourist attractions.
Unbeatable location but an extremely tired and out of date product. We got there early and checked in but our room wasn't yet ready. We wanted to use the hotel's private beach but the receptionist (a middle-aged, rather grumpy lady) refused to provide access, so we ended up going to the beach next door and paid the HUF 8,800 entry fee. Disappointing. It wouldn't have cost her to give us access and...

Amazing vacation, great all you can eat food, we had a wonderful time. Really family friendly!
Fabulous spa, sauna.sauna seance is unforgettable. Cozy atmosphere, delicious cuisine, friendly staff. Highly recommended
The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and tries to help you. Different activities for children, playground and toys The SPA is big enough with several pools and different kind of saunas. The restaurant in the hotel wasn't big enough during winter time as the terace was closed, the food was average, however the pastries and cake were excellent. The staff in the restaurant is really kind and...
Excellent destination for a relaxing holiday. Peaceful environment, spacious rooms, and excellent, healthy food prepared with care - the dinner was the best part of our stay! The spa area is almost empty (stayed in May) and there are plenty of chairs/loungers.
Fantastic Spa, heated outdoor and indoor pools, thermal pool, various sauna seance programmes make the resort outstanding. Delicious food variety: fish, beef, poultry amd vegan dishes ensure that everyone finds the right choice. The staff and management are always on their toes to please us. The neighbourhood is my favourite: always green, tempting us for fabulous excursions, we love biking around...
Not sure how they got a 4 star rating; rather 3 star in my opinion. It's all about the thermal water, which they've done nicely. Dinner is buffet style, with very limited choice. It's a real mass place... Room was quite disappointing. Quite run down, spider webs on door opening, mold in the shower. Had a room that sleeps 4. Double bed ok, sofabed terrible. Internet constantly dropping in the room....

We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. Best was the swimming pool area. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for...
The overall impression is good, the hotel is nice but would need a refurbish soon because is old. The spa is nice, there is a pool for swimming and another two heated pools for relaxing together with a jacuzzi and saunas. The breakfast is excellent. There is a big parking but you have to pay for it, that's not how you treat your guests but anyway I know that that's the custom in Budapest so what can...
This hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had lunch at The River Bar which was reasonably priced and the food was good, / We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The room was clean, slightly dated but had everything you needed. The Spa was clean, would recommend to bring sliders/crocs as the floor in the swimming pool area was very slippy, although the hotel...
Hotel was good but a little dated and a strange smell on our landing. Room was too warm but air con didn’t seem to do anything and radiator was broken. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Good location for Margaret Island but we needed a taxi into and out of the centre.
I loved my stay at this Hotel. Really good breakfast with plenty of choice and everything tasted delicious! Room was big despite me staying in a classic room. Clean and tidy with great amenities like fridge, tea, coffee kettle, hairdryer, safe plus robe and slippers for the spa. The rooms were a little dingy and some mould and stains on grout, true to what other reviewers mentioned. However, apart from wear and tear, the hotel has tried to keep it clean and serviceable. Overall, it felt well loved, but was clearly a shadow of its past glory. Needs some tlc and a lot of refurbishment. The gantry doesn’t work, so you must walk out to the gantry to meet your cab. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Inadequate Response I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say that it was deeply disappointing. I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy, great breakfast, wonderful pools. Convenient to get to the center and other areas by bus. The island is all green, beautiful!
Thank you for a perfect stay. Quiet place with a picturesque view, thermal pools, not far from historical city center. I will recommend this hotel for a nice vacation in Budapest.
Very relaxing hotel on Marguerite Island Good breakfast Very good spa
The environment is very good, the breakfast is also rich, there are all kinds of cheese, and the hot spring vacation is very suitable. It's a pity that I didn't have time to enjoy it in the hotel. The transportation is relatively convenient
Excellent, nothing to complain about, and we improved our health and lived in the center and in extraordinary beauty, thank you, we already want to come back only here

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Excellent wellness facilities including a cave for therapeutic relaxation. Good choice of food and plenty of it. Love this place.
Fantastic hotel. It's the kind of hotel that might not look the most modern or newest but it has that old-school type of service and amenities that make it the best experience you can have. Highly recommended!
A nice family and wellness hotel that is aging slowly. Great food indeed. Lots of old and middle class people. Evening program is usually very loud.
The hotel is nice and well equipped. The SPA is awesome - warm water (even outside), a big swimming pool, great variety of saunas and even water slides. The personal is very polite and helping. The food at the restaurant was very delicious (especially the gulyash). I would definitely visit it again in the future.
The hotel is somewhat outdated. Not too bad but there are better and newer/better equipped hotels around the country in this price range. The restaurant is disappointing. Neither breakfast nor dinner met our expectations even in full house. The restaurant is seriously understaffed and dirty. Cleanliness is definitely an issue here as all areas would require better cleaning. For us the key areas where...

This is the most cost-effective hotel in our entire trip, with the lowest price and breakfast and dinner included. The hotel has hot springs, but we didn't prepare for hot springs because we were a little hesitant about mixed bathing for men and women. The room was very big.
The wellness area is nice and tidy, but other than that, I can't say too much good. What made me write a review is that one of the ladies with glasses in the restaurant regularly publicly criticizes the guests who have just left, which I think is extremely humiliating.
A comfortable stay The location is great. It’s close to the lake and about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. It’s new, clean and well designed. The service is good, the bed is comfortable and the food is very delicious. The pool is a little small.
Perfect! The rooms are fine, breakfast and dinner are fine, the staff is amazing! Kind, in the background, helpful, absolut professional. Small issue: no bar in the wellness with alcohol.
The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help with a smile - they even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne for my partners birthday! The spa was a real highlight—peaceful, modern, and a perfect way to unwind. And the food was absolutely outstanding! Every meal was a treat. Highly recommend for anyone...
Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! The hotel itself does not have hot springs, but it has SPAs. It is also very close to the Heviz Hot Springs, which is two or three minutes' walk away. There is a parking lot. Only adults are accepted.

The elevators are very slow especially during dinner and breakfast time. We got floor towels instead of normal big towels. the receptionist said they will send us towels but they didn't. So we didn't have any towels. The water was leaking from the shower. The hotel was beautiful but I wasn’t satisfied with any of the services.
Very good location (Balaton Lake is only 100 m; hotel has its own beach at the Lake); delicious food (every day different dishes!); rooms are big enough, new, comfortable, clean (good view to the Balaton); wellness is average (except saunas, which are varied, you can choose from 5 types); Air conditioning is not settable by yourself (sometimes it was too cold in the room). What is terrible: lifts ...
1. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. 2. The cleanliness of the hotel was also good, and have no big complaints apart from that that cleaning ladies ignore the “do not disturb” door sign and enter no matter what. (See video) 3. The food in the restaurant was good with plenty of options. However, the pack lunches were very poor and didn’t cater for everyone’s needs. 4. The staff...
Excellent hotel, delicious food, breakfast and dinner, large selection of food. Hygiene at a high level. Excellent spa, swimming pools, 4 types of sauna, steam bath, everything excellent. Polite staff. I recommend this hotel!
I stayed for 4 nights for work. The hotel staff barely speaks English (except at the front desk). The room is poorly maintained; there was no one available to make me tea or coffee. Housekeeping was the worst experience. They only cleaned my room twice, and on one of those occasions, they cleaned the room but not the bathroom! Unexplainable! I had to go out and get towels after a long day at work....
Great location and the redesign was done beautifully. Only thing lacking is the food. I felt like they could use more waiters at times and the food tasted cheap and spiceless.

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The area felt safe and convenient. The place's cleanliness was also impressive, everything was tidy, well-maintained, and fresh. However, the AC didn’t work properly and wasn’t cooling the room effectively, which made things uncomfortable.
Changed room 2 times due to a faulty air conditioning system. Room temperature was at around 30 degrees most of the time. Front desk lady was really helpful and changed rooms for us. Excellent location, would be a great choice is the AC is functioning well.
Lovely little hotel perfect for a short city break. Right next to the metro - clean and tidy
The room is big and location is really near metro station. This is real 4 star hotel, but rate is affordable this month.
Facility is nice, staff are friendly.  Only drawback is there is a hospital nearby, therefore we can hear ambulance whistling from time to time as n the night.
Location is good near the train station. The place is clean, however, the alley smell is very strong. On the day of our check out. Around 10am, my mum and I was awaken by very loud and persistent knocks, asking what time we will leave. I find it very rude not to mention my mum is an elderly that any shock is not good. We as customers and in the foreign country ensure that we check out on time.

All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel! The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good. The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! (e.g. no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal) Some meals had wrong allergy...
The whole hotel is smutty. It is not worth the price, there are better thermal hotels in Western Hungary. I do not suggest this hotel. Room: There isn't kettle, the magnetic card lock frequently often jammed. Food: The food is worse than the average. There are 16-18 year old cooks in the kitchen without any qualifications. The meals are tipically extremly salted or the other parts are unsalted. The...
Very nice bed, quiet room. Fantastic food, buffet permanently fulfilled. Beverages the whole day, good beer, nice red vine, some shots in the evening, and champagne in the morning. Excellent connection with spa meeting all expectations.
Full service. Hotel, restaurant and spa all in one. Just relax. One star less because of not so good covid measures.
The hotel was clean, the food was simple, but every dinner was quite nice and well planned even within a seemingly tight budget-cudos to the chef for this, he is doing a marvelous job. As in other hotels, due to the pandemic, there were several breakfast "groups" to limit the number of people being in the same room, therefore in any group you have a 45 minute frame to consume your meals. It's not the most extravagant thermal hotell, but everything is quite nice. What makes it unbeatable is the value. A weekend for two people cost us around 300€ including the bath as well as breakfast and dinner. We stayed at this hotel/spa for nostalgic reasons. First the positive: the room for 3 women was big enough and clean, the terrace overlooking the garden was very big. Despite...

It is not the hotel’s fault at all but there are directions at the airport to a different “airport hotel.”  It was in a walking distance and I went there only to be told that I am at a different hotel.  It makes sense for you to ask that the airport authority change the directions to include the other hotel’s full name if you have not done so yet.
From the warm welcome by the reception team, to the comfortable rooms, nice and great value dinner and fantastic breakfast we were delighted that we chose to stay here before flying home. When we're next overnighting Budapest Airport we'll definitely be staying here.
Rapid shuttle service, but the building is old.
The hotel is great for an overnight stay close to the airport really helpful staff & great choices at breakfast. Really quiet but rooms need updating really clean.Shuttle service very reliable.
The light in the bathroom is low. The hairdryer works approx. 7 seconds and then stops. The shower corner wasn't clean clean enough. The meals in restaurant was tasty.
