Di Verdi Imperial Hotel in Budapest

This is not a 4 stars hotel! I stayed 5 nights in this hotel in room 209. Between the rooms the walls are plasterboard, you can hear everything. When we checked in, 3 spiders were waiting for us in the room on the wall. They say that the rooms are cleaned daily and that the bed linen is changed, but in fact you have to tell them every time because there is no one to do it in the evening. We came back late and noticed the same bed linen, only that it was laid out nicely. No one used the vacuum cleaner in this room. The people at the reception contradicted us. The shower cabin with mould and limestone next to it. I do not recommend such a thing! It doesn't have 4 stars, maximum 2, because only the breakfast was good. And for the price of the room, you'd better look for something else, and I'm sure it's much cleaner and decent elsewhere. Thank you for nothing. 4-star Hotel Di Verdi! Horrible experience! The only good thing is that it has a good location near the subway.

The room was dirty, not vacuumed, with a strong sewage smell.
Unhygienic toilet, no cleaning seals. The toilet lid was loose. Chipboard furniture degraded by moisture.
Rude staff with an air of self-sufficiency. When we complained about the above, the manager invited us to leave the hotel, agreeing to refund the money collected in advance!!!!!
