On the event of Asking manager to intervene with the situation as my trip was meant to to be a spiritual visit in which I wasn’t in a mindset to quarrel - he simply sided with her !
Nightmarish to say the least .. had to book another hotel the next day due to the lack of basic peaceful hospitality
Bad things: do not expect something fancy, is a little be old hotel, the hallways looks old.
Location is good closed to heros gate in old jerusalem, however do not expect beautiful streets for walk. The zone is secure
You can see the Dome of the Rock from the room windows, bed is comfortable, shower is very nice with hot water and grear water pressure. Breakfast was good as well.
Definitely recommend!
