ibis city Center - An AccorHotels Brand

Me and my mom had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was always nice, thank you to Anton for being great. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, thank you to John H. for making us feel very welcomed and making sure we had everything we need. Breakfast varies every day which is nice however it is very local so don't be expecting pancakes, sausage, bacon, or breakfast potatoes. The only thing was that I don't think our air conditioning was working well, it didn't bother us too much because it was cooler at night anyways.

A lot of people say that this hotel is noisier than the Ibis Styles but it is not true. There are sounds outside, but nothing that is gonna wake you up in the middle of the night. You also have to keep in mind you are in the heart of the city and by main streets, but it is the best place to be because almost everything is walking distance (only 12 minutes walking to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre!) However, we did visit Israel during a prominent Jewish holiday and let me tell you, we walked by the Ibis Styles hotel and all the celebrations and singing, dancing, music was right outside the front door of the Ibis Styles hotel. I feel like we really saved ourselves with going with the Ibis City Center hotel. It was really amazing to see how they celebrate their holidays, I think it made our trip a lot better because there was tons of people outside and walking around at night, it made us (as women) feel very safe.

Really great location, near the center and the major touristic spots. Really nice rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options including local food which is very tasty. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would choose it again if we will return to Jerusalem.

Excellent location and excellent staff.

Shops and restaurants are one minute away. One can reach Jaffa gate and the old city of Jerusalem on foot, all just a few minutes away.

Rooms are not that spacious, but comfortable. AC are very good and beds are very comfortable too.

Breakfast is yummy 😋, with so many different dishes to choose from. Compliments to the chef.

All staff at the reception, the ones behind the bar and also all the breakfast staff were all kind and helpful, but I cannot not mention Jessica who is one of the breakfast staff. She was extremely helpful with my mother. I thank Jessica for making my mother's stay extra special. John was also very helpful. Wonderful staff 💕

Found IBIS Jerusalem City centre through Expedia after a lot of research. The rooms are basic with a euro flair. The pictures shown on the website are accurate. They cater to younger and older guests. Our room could host 4 people. It was clean, beds are comfortable along with a strong ac. That’s most important. The hotel is located in a prime area in Jerusalem with plenty of restaurants and shops around it. The local tram stops near should you wish to take the train from Tel Aviv airport to Jerusalem. The morning breakfast is phenomenal and worth its price. This is an Israeli breakfast versus an American style. So many selections to choose from. All employees here were very accommodating and a special shout out to Anton! I highly recommend this hotel.

+ Great hotel with superb location - public transportation, shopping center, pubs and restaurants. Breakfast is great. Room was very clean, big and quit. Service at the hotel is excellent and very friendly.
