Location was great but staff was extremely rude. The room size was good but the bed were very uncomfortable and blankets were too small for single person. We stayed here for 3 days and I barely slept due to uncomfortable bed and loud noise in the hallway/rooms. Location of the hotel is great and you can take the bus outside of the hotel to the Damascus gate which was quite convenient.

Glad we choose this hotel. Very nice, beautiful hotel.
Huge, clean and takes you a little back in time. Which we loved it.
Good location, easy public transport available to and fro the city. Taxi can very expensive.
But obviously staying close to the mosque is always better and convenient but this only if you cannot find booking anywhere near, you won't be disappointed.
Staff is good and helpful.
Breakfast is basic but nice and sufficient.
Dinner is also the same. We went off peak and very sure they do it very nicely when it's busy. As catering for a large number of people is easy for a big hotel like this.
Se absolutely had no complaints whatsoever. We stayed for 3 nights and suhoor was arranged for us instead of breakfast on our fourth day. Which is very nice of them.
It has a great scenic view. So beautiful.
Sunrise and sunset is mesmerising.

A great place centrally located. I want to mention the wonderful employee Elias. He took such great care of me, supported me in planning some travels which weren't regular tourist activities and therefore not easy to plan. And he did that while managing the entire front desk and guests. One of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever experienced at a front desk! The hotel is really nice as well with good views. I walked to Jerusalem city center multiple times, it's basically right in front of the hotel. They even have private parking for guests and the breakfast is great!

Was there for a breakfast celebration. This hill top is not just historically important for the jewish people, it also has a view of the Temple Mount with panoramic vies if the old city amd modern extension of Jerusalem.

I made a reservation on Booking to this hotel, unfortunately had an health problem one day before the beginning of my stay. I politely asked them to cancel my reservation without fee, since it was a health problem and they did nothing to receive the money. The only answer I had from them was: “declined”. Nothing else. Booking did nothing about it. If you need good and affordable accommodation in Jerusalem, try another one, that is more reliable and respectful to the people.

Great view from the hotel looking towards the Holy City. Hotel looks a little runned-down. Far walk from the hotel to any tourist attractions. Beware when you walk back, you're gonna be climbing a MOUNTAIN. They have available buffet for dinner. Taxi service used for this hotel does not accept credit cards. Bring cash for anything other than the hotel stay.

Stopped in for lunch which was weird as we were the only ones in the dining hall. Great view. Like a time capsule from the sixties. Worth it for the view.

Very gud & neat hotel!!! I really loved the view of Jerusalem in the front of the hotel!!!! It's easily accessible to go to the old city & different places in Jerusalem❤️❤️❤️???????❤️❤️❤️??????????

Dirty, dated, and bordering on rude. We stopped by for lunch at the restaurant and had to hunt around for staff members. Our server acted like we were an annoyance, not paying customers. The table had bits of food left over, and our coffee arrived with hair in it. This was the kind of place that made you feel itchy just for being there. It's like they said: "We have this great location, we don't have to try hard."
