Location was great but staff was extremely rude. The room size was good but the bed were very uncomfortable and blankets were too small for single person. We stayed here for 3 days and I barely slept due to uncomfortable bed and loud noise in the hallway/rooms. Location of the hotel is great and you can take the bus outside of the hotel to the Damascus gate which was quite convenient.

This journey was not just a physical journey. It was a pilgrimage of the soul.

I walked ancient streets, touched stones that had heard prayers for centuries, and prostrated myself in places where heaven met earth. Each step in Jerusalem was like leafing through a living chapter of the Bible—but not as a reader… as part of the story.

On the Via Dolorosa, I felt the weight of the cross. Each stone seemed to carry the echo of Jesus’ footsteps. It was not just a road—it was an altar of pain and salvation. And there, something inside me broke. I surrendered.

Before the Stone of Anointing, I could not hold back the tears. It was impossible. My body bowed, but it was my soul that surrendered. To feel that Jesus was on that very ground… that His body was prepared there after the crucifixion… is something that words cannot explain. Only the spirit understands.

In the tunnels of the Western Wall, I experienced one of the most powerful moments of my life. I cried like a child. But they were tears of encounter with God. A reunion with my essence. An invisible but real embrace. My faith was rekindled with strength.

And when I arrived at Golgotha, the place where Jesus was crucified, my heart almost stopped. It was there that love conquered death. And there, I understood that I was not just visiting a sacred place… I was stepping into the miracle itself.

This trip was not tourism. It was a turning point.
God touched me in every detail, in every corner, in every silence.

I return different. I return marked. I return restored

Amazing location. Yes, the hotel does look a little worse for wear on the outside but the rooms are clean, the bed comfy, and the internet is fast — everything we needed. Breakfast is not extravagant but has the essentials that we were satisfied with.

Glad we choose this hotel. Very nice, beautiful hotel.
Huge, clean and takes you a little back in time. Which we loved it.
Good location, easy public transport available to and fro the city. Taxi can very expensive.
But obviously staying close to the mosque is always better and convenient but this only if you cannot find booking anywhere near, you won't be disappointed.
Staff is good and helpful.
Breakfast is basic but nice and sufficient.
Dinner is also the same. We went off peak and very sure they do it very nicely when it's busy. As catering for a large number of people is easy for a big hotel like this.
Se absolutely had no complaints whatsoever. We stayed for 3 nights and suhoor was arranged for us instead of breakfast on our fourth day. Which is very nice of them.
It has a great scenic view. So beautiful.
Sunrise and sunset is mesmerising.

The reception and the garden were very poor. Old furniture, not well-maintained. Not a 4 stars hotel

A great place centrally located. I want to mention the wonderful employee Elias. He took such great care of me, supported me in planning some travels which weren't regular tourist activities and therefore not easy to plan. And he did that while managing the entire front desk and guests. One of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've ever experienced at a front desk! The hotel is really nice as well with good views. I walked to Jerusalem city center multiple times, it's basically right in front of the hotel. They even have private parking for guests and the breakfast is great!
