The location is excellent. The room was good. Breakfast was great. The matrices are not comfortable.

Beds, pillows and breakfasts were very good. Unfortunately, though the hotel was not very full, they gave us rooms where construction in the morning woke began outside our window at 7am each day. We should have asked to be moved, but we didn't.

The cleanliness in the bathroom needs some work - there was hair in the shower. Also the carpet in the main room was visibly dirty.

Great location and price. Inside courtyard was cute. Room was huge but empty. Felt like I was squatting in someone's apartment after they moved out. 2 mini fridges, neither worked. Felt dirty although it could've been just old. Room was not prepared for us - floor was wet from 1 fridge defrosting. Sofa bed had no sheets. Place was a dump

Very nice place. Old building close to Machanei Yehuda market. Quiet and ckean. Very beatiful rooms. A good experience for a Jerusalem visit. Easy ror tourist visit on Nachlaot. Can easily reach the old citiy walking or using the tramway. Recommended

Very simple nice place. If you are looking for a clean and quiet room in The Machane Yehouda market and in Nachlaot But if you dont want noise be sure to receive a room not on agripas street

We stayed here for shabbat the sabbath and it was lovely and clean . The price was great .The surrounding area was graet alot of synagogues and very central .its across the road from the machneh Yehuda markat .we will be back we enjoyed our stay thank you to Avi and Gorge

Excellent location, vey comfortable and affordable . Clean and quiet, great for a good night sleep for low rate. Across the street from shuck Mahane Yehuda which is a local market full of food stands and great restaurants, pub and bars. Walking distance from many attractions

Great Rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location a couple of steps from Jaffa Street. They have an indoor garage.

Happy hour was very good. Breakfast was too expensive for what they have to offer. The window in our room didn't close; they tried to fix it but didn't succeed

Great experience We has a shoer stay at this hotel but a great experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything we asked/needed. We were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which was a fun surprise. The location of the hotel is perfect! Highly recommended

Air-conditioning was nit functioning, fridge did not work. Staff suggested to have a ventilator first.... At the end moved to another room, where coffee machine did not function.

Took hubby, son and girlfriend for a weekend downtown . Although it was very cold outside, the hotel was warm, cosy and welcoming. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. This is an excellent boutique hotel. Very well located. We walked everywhere or took the tram. Staff were very gracious and glad to see us! Room was adequate, clean and suited our needs. Breakfast and happy hour were fine. We would stay there again.

I was here in early Jan/Feb of 2017. It’s still WORTH writing a great review because I STILL recall how much I enjoyed the memories of staying here! A great choice. It was a beautiful hotel. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was good. It’s location was perfect as we were able to be in the heart of the area with easy access for walking to plenty around the area.

We asked for high floor. We got 2nd floor (out of 6) (😒). The shower had plastics curtains. The window in the shower had no curtain and the light goes straight into the bedroom and to the eyes. Other than that it wa fine. Good service and good location

This is a boutique hotel. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Breakfast is freshly prepared with eggs cooked to guests taste, and coffee is freshly brewed. At 5 pm happy hour available with nice wines varsity one snack.

There are no words that can describe my experience there. The hotel is so beautiful and special, clean and spacy. The staff is very friendly, pleasant and courteous , with a very high sense of service. Everything I asked for, was answered with a big smile. The breakfast is excellent. Alegra Hotel is beautiful and full of charm. The staff was really friendly, giving plenty of advices, helping us find a guide, making bookings for us in restaurants, etc. The breakfast was really delicious. We very much appreciated the warm welcome and highly recommend this place!

Lovely hotel. Clean and spacy and well heated rooms. Only 14 rooms so no noisey kids. The staff were very courteous and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, tea and coffee are available all day, as well as fresh fruit and hot soup in the evenings. Parking is not available, but there is a parking lot about five minutes away. The only thing missing was a mirror over the sink.

I had the chance to book this extraordinary accommodation last minute. From the beginning I received help in organizing transport and ideas what I could see. The location is spot on in walking distance to many sights. You will get help from Uriel all the time if necessary and in the evening a cinnamon tea with a little conversation about the day makes it all worthwhile. Highly recommendable!

A place very close to the old city

Very welcoming. Near the train station. Very helpful staff. A home away from home. Nir does his absolute best to ensure you are taken care of. 1 day I will be back and this is my preferred place.

Great location. 550 metres to tram and Central train station plus Central bus station. Easy access to the Old City. Nir, our host is great, and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend it as a place that's not modern, but well loved, comfortable and cared for. Great garden. Our room isn't huge, but the beds are comfortable, and the air con and wifi round out the list of"essentials". Almost forgot...

We go here regularly, several times a year. I've been to more accommodations. But here is the "family approach", pure and high quality. The food is buffet style, perfect. The location is central, great. And personal communication with the owner gives me confidence and good friendship. Thank you for this opportunity to be in Jerusalem like this. I love you Israel.

Excellent stay. The host is available via mobile phone, uncomplicated check in. Location is close to the Old City and connected perfectly with a bus-hub close by. We stayed with three kids and they loved the bunk beds! Our room shared a small community kitchen with everything you need ( kettle, washing machine, fridge & freezer, small oven....). Stayed for one night. clean, private room with a communal kitchen space. Very nice breakfast. Excellent location and our balcony had a very nice view and shade. Towels are provided but bring your own soap/shampoo etc.

It's a pretty nice hostel, you can sleep comfortable for a night, but it smells a lot like a swimming pool and the toilets are not really clean.

Its a wonderful experience to find like minded people and share experiences. Decent rooms, heater in hall so need warm clothes. There are people from all over the world. The hummus next door is amazing!

Excellent cheap place to stay right across from the old city's Damascas Gate and short walk to Al-Aqsa Mosque. It's a small place but has a very positive vibe popular with Muslims and Christians having rich discussions on religion in the lobby and places to eat right outside.
