The restaurant is large, the food is delicious, and there are many convenient facilities. The staff are also friendly.
Very near old city, relaxed dinning room for rest and meal.good services of the staff, very helpful. If my two person room windows can open for fresh air is better
My first hostel experience! Very clean, hygienic, eclectic vibe from a very diverse crowd, fantastic breakfast spread, loads of activities and fun staff. Loved my stay and had a great time making friends. This was my first solo trip and I had a great time.
We stayed in the premium room with private bathroom. The experience was very similar to a hotel one, but with a more chilled and young atmosphere. The breakfast is great (a big variety of food is in the buffet). They changed our towels and tidy room and sheets everyday. The guy at the reception was very nice and welcoming. I recommend this hostel
The facilities are great here! The rooftop bar area and the lounge are great places to chill or to have Lunch/dinner. It is a little far to walk to the old city for most but there is a tram stop just around the corner which takes about 10 mins to reach the old city. The beds in the dorms could be more private with a curtain but they are also comfortable.

My aunt and uncle stayed in the rooms and the staff was greatly accommodating. I was able to join them overnight and share the breakfast buffet with them. Liat was incredibly helpful!! She pointed out what was safe for my allergy restrictions and made delicious recommendations. The only issue was that there wasn't toothpaste provided and front desk said it wouldn't be available until the morning. Oh...
I am from South Africa. We stayed in the hotel from the 29th Oct to the 11th Nov… We had a lovely stay. Decor in Hotel is Beautiful! Location is perfect - close to the Old City… Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly cleaned everyday. We really enjoyed our Buffet Breakfast every morning. The food was fresh, very tasteful every morning and a big variety to choose from! Top Notch...
The room was a little tight but well maintained. When I mentioned that a bulb was out, it was replaced before I got back to the room. The location is excellent. Walking distance ( if you don't mind walking) to main attractions . The food was delicious, abundant, with many choices, for both breakfast and dinner. I'd like to give a special mention to Leit the lady who made the omelets, they were...
Shalom...Prime Kings is a great choice for your stay here in Israel. The food is good and being on a group tour all the activities you do, you come back to the hotel wanting a cozy bed and that's what you get. The rooms aren't big at all but you do get a clean and cozy room. I also appreciated the manager Irit Ben Hur come up to us twice in 2 different days and ask us if we are having a comfortable...
Stayed here a few days as part of our tour of Israel trip. Conveniently located near Old City Jerusalem. Rooms are small but cozy. Bathroom a bit small small and low ceiling. Im a tall guy, had to get used to that. Breakfast and Dinner are buffet-style. Lots of local food cuisine. Staff was great, no issues.
When we arrived late at night the front desk person was very friendly When we came for breakfast the person making eggs Roy greeted us and asked what we would like and made a delicious scrambled eggs for us At night we were welcomed by Daud at the desk and he took us to our table after dinner he came over to ask us how everything was with his friendly smile and wished us a good night

Hi. All was good. Just at night was veryhopt and the AC only worked on heating
Stayed in premium room. Well appointed room but relatively small. Only had instant coffee.
This is an honest review. No exercises room, and no swimming pool. I have attached pictures of all the main dishes and side dishes that were served. There were 3side dishes and 4 main dishes. There is also a salad bar. I was told though that on friday night the selection is bigger. In terms of rooms we were given a room which was bad so I requested a change. The new room was better but unfortunately...
Great location - very nice hotel. Easy access to the city. Staff was excellent. Food service very good and a great bar. Would definitely return and we do recommend staying here. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed. Bath and shower very good as well
Nice hotel, and convenient location I spent the Shabbat in the LS hotel and enjoyed the hotel very much. Since there were not many businesses open, they (Reme, I think, but my spelling could be wrong) offered me breakfast that I didn't reserve. The staff were very friendly, greeted me wherever I saw them.
Modern hotel within walking distance of shops and restaurants (but they are not next door). Pleasant sitting areas on first level; friendly staff; comfortable beds. Rooms and bathrooms are small. Bathrooms need hooks/racks for towels, and I had to ask twice to get washcloths. Mini-fridge was provided but needed to be cooler. No ice machines. Food selection in restaurant was diverse, good quality, and...

Location was great but staff was extremely rude. The room size was good but the bed were very uncomfortable and blankets were too small for single person. We stayed here for 3 days and I barely slept due to uncomfortable bed and loud noise in the hallway/rooms. Location of the hotel is great and you can take the bus outside of the hotel to the Damascus gate which was quite convenient.
Great! Best view, poor breakfast, very friendly employees! Very good shower!
This journey was not just a physical journey. It was a pilgrimage of the soul. I walked ancient streets, touched stones that had heard prayers for centuries, and prostrated myself in places where heaven met earth. Each step in Jerusalem was like leafing through a living chapter of the Bible—but not as a reader… as part of the story. On the Via Dolorosa, I felt the weight of the cross. Each stone...
Amazing location. Yes, the hotel does look a little worse for wear on the outside but the rooms are clean, the bed comfy, and the internet is fast — everything we needed. Breakfast is not extravagant but has the essentials that we were satisfied with.
The location is just super, view of Jerusalem old city
Glad we choose this hotel. Very nice, beautiful hotel. Huge, clean and takes you a little back in time. Which we loved it. Good location, easy public transport available to and fro the city. Taxi can very expensive. But obviously staying close to the mosque is always better and convenient but this only if you cannot find booking anywhere near, you won't be disappointed. Staff is good and helpful. Breakfast...

Comfortable hotel. I had room 326 facing the Done of the Rock head in! Comfortable and clean room and surrounding. Fit the bill. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast buffet included. It was satisfactory. Staff were present. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about! Excellent location just up from Herod’s gate
Lets start with the good things: good service, the breakfast is really good and the rooms are clean. Bad things: do not expect something fancy, is a little be old hotel, the hallways looks old. Location is good closed to heros gate in old jerusalem, however do not expect beautiful streets for walk. The zone is secure
Lovely hotel, did the job. Close to the Holy City & Al Aqsa Compound. Breakfast was good & staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again. 👌
Very friendly staff, especially Rowan at the front desk, she was very helpful, friendly and enjoyed helping. Awesome view of Jerusalem on the roof top of this hotel. Great lication, close to the holy sites. Overall we did enjoy our stay very much. It felt safe and the holy sites were magnificent to see.
Good location near the Herods gate and light train/bus station . Ac doesn't work well and the View restaurant is closed and off limits while the hotel advertise the view over the old city. Breakfast is doable.
The hotel has s very friendly staff. Located in the oriental part of Jerusalem, it is walking distance to both Damascus and Herods gates. Room I stayed had ac set at one temperature, which is inconvenient. Basic amenities are fine. 1st night, safe was not working. The impression is that rooms are not reviewed or checked properly and reported by staff. Perhaps lack of proper training?

Perfect location for visiting the Old City. Lots of dining and shopping steps away from the hotel. Gym/Spa on property was great, roof restaurant/bar has incredible views at night.
I loved this hotel. It’s beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They were super helpful as well!
Love the Mamilla! Best location! It was a great location and a beautiful hotel. And great staff and yummy food. But it was right on a busy street which didn’t disturb my sleep but you heard a lot of street noise so only reason didn’t give 5 starts.
Disappointed with my room, very small, nothing special. I expected a more luxurious room for the price of almost $500/night. Also No blow dryer. Limited soap and toiletries for 2 people.

Great place to stay helpful staff and nice and quiet walking distance to the marketplace and shops.
Me and my friends was at the restaurant not the hotel so the review is about the restaurant. The food was very good and delicious. The service was great. I recommend it.
My review is for the hookah (Shisha) and not for the hotel. There’s a small restaurant/ bar in front of the hotel (still inside the property) that has hookah. Great smoke, great price (10 ILS = 11 USD in June 2023). They closed at 11pm on Saturday night.
Special thanks to Ali in the reception for an excellent and professional customer services. Hotel food is generally ok but the food here is definitely one of the best I ever had in hotels. Brilliant chef - good job

Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. The hotel (apartment type) has the same facilities as a hotel, so I was able to stay comfortably. Breakfast will be taken at a nearby hotel.
Booked through Hotwire, so that might be why, but the room we got DOES NOT look like any photos on Expedia. Super small, which is ok, but no window, it’s clouded out. Halls are dirty, room is clean enough. Location is great. Biggest thing- door actually fell apart, front desk looked and said sorry, they are fully booked and we’re only here for one night - but both Expedia and Hotwire had rooms.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Some of the staff were tremendously helpful. The room was large and spacious. This is a very nice hotel in a great location. We stayed 3 nights. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the food was excellent. It was easy to get on public transportation to shop. I recommend this hotel for individuals or families wanting a secure and nice place to stay.

Old style hotel, food was not that great but location was good.
The hotel location was not great for walking and local taxi fares were quite expensive. The rooms and facilities were very average. The buffet breakfast and dinner were not very appetising. There was a nice view from the pool area on 5th floor. The saving grace for this hotel was their staff who are well trained and very obliging.
Great hotel with friendly service. Ramzy the hotel general manager was attentive and polite to guests. Only 15 minute walk to Holy sepulchre church through Damascus gate. Breakfast and dinner had very good selection of tasty food. Rooms comfortable and clean. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Thank you!
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a good location. Well located walking distance of many tourist and popular sights. Additionally, easy access for many needs and nearby to basic facilities such as local deli's, banks, and corner stores
Clean and tidy. Convenient transportation, the Old City of Jerusalem is within easy reach (1400 meters), and there are convenience stores for daily necessities and meals within 1000 meters, making it convenient for dining.
I don't think I have stayed in such a friendly hotel in a long time. Julius on the front desk was without doubt superb. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was a fountain of knowledge .
