Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem

I am so happy with the service in this hotel. Staff are friendly and service is very good. Most especially, room service by Majd. He is a very good man, respectful and done an extra mile of helping hotel guest.

Administrators, front desk, staff, and caretakers were helpful going above and beyond to make my superfast and very tight-schedule in Jerusalem possible. Rooms were neat, clean, and pre-cooled - good for instantly sleeping in my case. I couldn't go for breakfast due to time constraints but the lobby smelled so nice that I have no doubt whatever was inside was amazing! (P.s. 80% of taste is smell). Location-wise, the hotel is located in the heart of Jerusalem and however it is currently rated 4 stars, I feel everything here is equivalent to 5 or 7 star hotel I have visited given that I travel mostly with work on my mind and/or have visited hotels with professional company. The hotel was silent and peaceful and one can work there. I prepaid and uploaded my documents beforehand and had to spend no time during check-in and check-out. Food was too tilted on the romantic side. The location was great. All of this was just about 100 Euros is also very economical. This long review is a return courtesy for the reception staff for helping me to order a Dominos Pizza at midnight when I arrived and receiving it for me.

The staff at the front desk is absolutely incredible. They are kind, patient, helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to help you and make your stay the best possible. I travel a lot and service like this is really rare. Thank you so much!! (I’m the lady who needed help getting to the airport tonight!) The hotel is clean and the rooms are a solid star- the housekeeping staff is also really wonderful. My one critique is the food- not great.
