Four days of absolutely perfect rest! Thanks to Mr. Giuseppe who welcomes with great courtesy, to all the staff at the bar, kitchen, swimming pool and beauty center (the massages are exceptional!). I was with my family a few days ago. Relaxing day. Excellent hotel for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, clean pools, quiet environment, excellent prices. I will definitely go back again, the right place to spend a day at the pool away from the chaos.

I was surprised by the kindness of the staff especially Mr. Giuseppe but all the staff. abundant breakfast, fantastic pool, soundproof and excellent climate. Structure just reopened. Delightful staff. Partially renovated areas, beautiful spa, new deckchairs, new bathrobes. Large parking lot. 4-star breakfast and dinner. Quiet atmosphere. Excellent cleanliness. There are organizational aspects to improve, but the good will is evident, we feel at home.

Centrally located hotel, spacious and clean rooms. It's a shame about the minimalist bathroom equipment and the absence of the bathrobe and classic slippers: they would be useful for the spa. Swimming pools are more than decent and well equipped with hydromassages, on the sides of the outdoor swimming pool (rectangular, about 20 m) you can even swim. Excellent hotel in the center of Abano Terme that has nothing to envy to others of a higher category. The indoor / outdoor pool is large and very clean, as are all the hotel premises. Exceptional staff for competence and kindness. The only problem is the food .. you eat so well that you go home with more kg!

We chose this property on site by chance ... for its central location, then inside despite being a bit old as a hotel we found absolute cleanliness and courtesy. Impeccable service. The staff were friendly and polite and met our every need. The cooking was really great, congratulations to the Chef! We also had a lot of fun with the entertainment nights. Very dated structure that needs a long list of interventions. This carpeted room overlooks an internal canopy full of debris. The toilet was practically inside the shower, the plastic curtain was not spotless. Check in was at 8pm, we arrived at 11.30am and we were given the keys only at half past twelve. While we waited, no one explained us anything about the operation of the spa, the times and methods...

This is the best hotel for our budget, that we have had in our 3 weeks journey around the north of Italy. At first, we freak out that it is a little further from the city that we expected. Hotel located in the center, but in a quiet and peaceful area. Nice, smiling and always polite service, especially young girls in the restaurant and reception. One of the few modernized structures in Abano Terme. Hotels here are quite dated and hardly renovated. Comfortable, welcoming and warm atmosphere. The rooms are modern and the breakfast is well beyond the 3 star level. I have not visited the SPA yet but I will ale sure I will in my next visit.

Great relaxing hotel. If partaking in the mud bath treatment, Professor Jimmy is fantastic, professional and runs that department with the dignity his clients require. We didn’t not stay at the hotel itself but chose it for the thermal water and mud treatment. Overall our experience was excellent, everyone at the hotel has been really helpful and friendly. We spent 4 nights, kind and friendly staff always available, very nice salt cave, eat decent breakfast in my opinion a bit poor, very central location in the evening you can go out and immediately in the center. The spacious rooms and top cleaning. The structure needs to be modernized as the rooms do not expect 4-star details ..... I recommend those traveling with children to visit the butterfly house...

I was highly impressed by the hotel in the two to three days that I remained in October 2024. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service did a lovely job daily. The pools amd facilities on the spa side were excellent. The highlight for me was the quality of the food! Lunches and dinners were very varied, extremely plentiful and some of the best made food I have ever eaten! Well done...

I wrote this last year, but I only noticed now that it hasn't been posted. The hotel itself is amazing, the structure is vintage, elegant, really exquisite, a great place in which you would stay if you want a luxurious holiday. The staff is really nice and kind, they make you feel at ease, well prepared and professional. On the contrary I must say the bar service was pretty lacking for a 4 stars hotel...

Hotel Terme was an old fashion hotel with old fashione charm. The thermal baths made it unique.

Our stay from 25 July - 9/8/2020 was great again. Due to Corona masks were worn in the hotel but not in the hotel. In the dining room and in the large outdoor areas by the pool and in the park Delicious buffets were available as always but you were served whatever you wanted. In the sanatorium and resort department, there was only a Mask demanded for employees, the sanatorium worked normally. Around...

We stayed as a family in April 2023, overall it was pleasant, excellent value for money. I don't put 5 stars as the pool had a few whirlpools, there is a path with various timed jets that lasts about half an hour and this is very nice and relaxing but when there are many people there is a bit of a queue so it would be nice to be able to opt for other whirlpools, which are few and many not working....

Staff were very helpful especially Riccardo who was exceptionally friendly and went the extra mile. We wish we’d have known beforehand that you need your own towels and swimming caps for the pool. The pool water was very warm as was the tap water in room/shower really hot. You probably could burn yourself with it. We only stayed 1 night but we had a very good time. The hotel is a 3 star and has an internal swimming pool connected to an external one surrounded by a beautiful garden, not too large but pleasant.
