The non thermal area seems newly built (and looks great) while the thermal area is old but recently restored. We requested extra towels for the pool, and at no point were we informed there would be an additional charge of 4 euros per towel. This was only mentioned at checkout, which was quite surprising and frustrating. Everything was ok but not the air condition, was not working properly, our room was very hot, 28' no fans on the ceiling, I asked if they can provide us with one small fan and they didn't have it. They have an old thermostat they need to up grade the A/C sistem.

The property has 2 connected pools, one indoor and one outdoor size medium-small, available whirlpools (they were about 12, next to the pool there was a small sauna and a Turkish bath, also this of size the small. That's a place I like. A relatively small enterprise, family run. It's intimate, everybody knows you by name. Wonderful typical, veneto cuisine and you can, mostly ask for almost anything for dinner. Valentino the manager and his whole family are great. It's my 3rd time here and more to come!

Hotel rosa is a good hotel for 1-2 nights. The room is ok, the bathroom was very big, the problem was that the room faced a roof and it wasn't so nice. Located in the center, abano terme practically close to the house, and a few meters walk from the nightlife, kind, welcoming staff, but be careful when booking that everything is clear, what is said or agreed is not always reported. All in all positive experience. For the thermal pool there is an agreement for 8 euros.
