This hotel was a great find in Como. The service is excellent. The rooms were nice and very clean. Daily breakfast provided was very good with lots of options. Would recommend when staying in Como as near the water and close walk to shopping, restaurants and ferry dock.

Our experience was very good, everything was excellent, the location is great, close to all services and shops, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I wish the rooms were a little larger. This is my only observation. Thank you and I will choose this hotel again on my next visit

Excellent concierge to help plan your trip to lake como. Extremely attentive. Due to a change in plans we didn’t stay at the hotel but 5 stars for their customer service beforehand.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in junior suits, pretty decent, wonderful location and views. Staffs were excellent and only thing is very few spreads in the breakfast which can be looked in to. Otherwise great place to stay

This hotel is a decent hotel with an excellent location that is walkable to all there is to see in Como. The elevators are tiny and slow. There is no pool, sauna or hot tub. The room is average sized. The bed is comfortable. Shower was nothing great, with spray shooting wider than the enclosure. Great customer service.

You cannot get a better location....very much in the center of Como right next to the lakefront and opposite the boat station to explore the other areas of the lake.
The hotel is very clean and maintained well. Like many hotels in Italy the rooms are a little small but the balcony with the great view of the lake makes up for it.
Breakfast was great with good quality food and service, although the breakfast area lakced a bit of ambience and felt more like a function hall setup for a daily Breakfast...perhaps a refresh of this area is needed as it really did feel quite dated.
Staff are friendly and polite, willing to help with any questions.
Overall a good stay, I think some of the common spaces (lobby, restaurant) could do with an upgrade to really benefit from the 5 star location. It is such a great location that will surely be more sought after with a bit of an upgrade.

The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful from the hotel balcony. The location is very central at a walking distance from train station. The funiclar and ferry station are also within 5 minutes walking distance.
