While this is not in the city center of Rome where the big tourist locations are, this is a nice place. It is clean. The front desk was well attended even at night. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was quite good. It is conveniently located between a nice shopping mall and a train station where you can get to Rome (or anywhere else). Bused stop there also. The airport shuttle was reasonably priced and reliable.

I landed at around 21:30 at Roma Fiumicino Airport, hence I missed the last shuttle bus to B&B HOTEL. Luckily, Piazza Leonardo is very close and only one train stop away from the airport.
The hotel is immediately adjacent to the train station so it's very easy to find.
I also had another flight early in the morning, the hotel provided tickets for the shuttle bus and a reminded call right before the shuttle bus departs.
The area is quiet, which guarantees you a good night sleep.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy, the bathroom had the basics (soap, extra towel, hair drier, two paper cups).
They don't help you with the luggage to the room, but the lifts are convenient.
They don't offer complimentary water, but in Rome tap water is drinkable. I suppose not everyone knows that, so it would be nice if they had a note for tourists and non-natives to know they can drink from the tap.
Overall it was a good stay for what I needed: proximity to the airport and easy access, cleanliness and comfort. I recommend it to travelers.

This is the most convenient location for an overnight traveler who needs to reach the airport easily (by shuttle or train) and needs to travel to Rome or elsewhere by train. The hotel is across the train station and 5 min train ride from Fiumicino airport.
The hotel is at a mall entrance, very convenient for shopping and food or restaurant.
I moved to the States from Italy 3 decades ago and I am a frequent flyer to/from Rome.
I travel USA-Italy every 2-3 months and this is where I stay the night before my morning flight back to USA. I have used it also with my family and we find it very easy.
Registration this time was a bit slow.
The hotel is at a mall entrance, very convenient for shopping and food or restaurant.

The location was good for me, because I needed to be very close to the airport. The breakfast and the transfer to the airport are very good and have a good price. But the air conditioner was making loud noises, like the fan was stuck, I had to turn it off. And the bathroom had a huge leak in the box, so after my shower the bathroom was full of water. I can’t believe they didn’t know that, it doesn’t taken that bad in just one day.

Hotel Near Rome Fiumicino Airport

We arrived at this hotel for one night only, following an exhausting 14-hour flight from Tokyo. The expectation was for a comfortable and functional place before continuing our journey, and the price we paid indeed reflected an average, transport-oriented hotel, with both positive and negative surprises.
Location and Transportation (5/5):
The hotel is strategically located directly opposite the train station that leads to Central Rome, which is a huge advantage for anyone who has the time to make a quick trip into the city. Additionally, the hotel’s shuttle service to and from the airport (schedule, location, and price available on the hotel website) is a major bonus, making arrival and departure very easy.
The Room and Maintenance (2.5/5):
Upon entering the room, we noticed a slight musty odor, even though the room appeared clean. This points to a low level of maintenance and a need for thorough ventilation and refreshment. The physical state of the room and the smell significantly lowered the score. However, a major positive: the bed was very comfortable, which is a critical factor after such a long flight.
Service and Customer Experience (5/5):
This is where the hotel truly excels and pleasantly surprises. Immediately after checking in, we received an email requesting feedback on the reception. I mentioned the musty smell and noted that it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room. A short while later, while we were already in bed, the phone rang. Apparently, there is someone who checks guest responses online in real-time! The representative immediately offered to switch our room. Due to the late hour and our exhaustion, we declined the offer, but the representative left a bottle of water by the door (and called again afterward to update us). This level of fast and efficient response is highly commendable, and earns the hotel 5 stars for service, despite the room's physical condition.
Breakfast (3/5):
The breakfast was reasonable and nothing more. It was quite functional and met basic needs.
Summary:
This hotel near Rome's airport is a good choice for an overnight stay. The excellent service and location compensate for the physical flaws of the room. The comfortable bed helped us greatly after the long flight. Stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for return flight home. Terrible experience ahead of my 6:15am shuttle pickup to the airport. Wish I got a couple hours sleep but was so uncomfortable it proved impossible.
1. Found out my family’s rooms had a box of water per person. When I was later in the lobby I mentioned to the concierge that I didn’t receive any water in my room and was told I didn’t have the “deluxe” room. I didn’t think it was possible for a 2-star hotel connected to a shopping mall to have the gall to classify any room as deluxe. Also, isn’t that a basic amenity?
2. Weird wet squishy thing on floor by bathroom door. Not sure what it was but I stepped on it and my foot recoiled into my body. Not to mention the splashes of white substance across the inside of the bathroom door and copious amount of mold lining every inch of the shower. Oh yes, and the pee droplets caked into the ground by the toilet. I am not convinced these rooms are cleaned thoroughly between guests.
3. Hotel takes over room temperature at night. There is one duvet on the bed. Hope you’re not a warm sleeper because you will leave a pool of sweat behind just like me. I write this review at 2am after finally getting up to check the thermostat I set to 20 degrees Celsius. This has pushed me over the edge to actually write a review to help others know what they’re getting into.
3a. Evidently, this is an energy saving hotel with signage everywhere to turn off the lights and water when not necessary. It is a step too far to take over room temperature at night while not providing a lighter sheet to sleep with of a bottle of water to hydrate. Maybe they want all guests to have a “deluxe” sauna experience each night. Or they are desperately trying to cut spending at their guests’ expense.
This hotel room appeared fine at first glance then quickly progressed to nightmare. At least the bed was comfortable as I lay awake sweating off pounds of body weight instead of sleeping.

Perfect distance from the airport with convenient shuttle service and inexpensive + yummy breakfast as well. Rooms are super clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bed is very comfortable, towels are soft, etc. Highly recommend if you are needing a place to stay before a flight the next day!

Great little hotel, rooms are good a little tired but really comfy beds, good shower. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Super easy to get to by train from the airport for €8. Just make sure you know which hotel you are in, as there are two on either side of the train station but only a couple mins apart.

We chose this hotel because it’s located near the airport — convenient after a late-night arrival and before picking up a rental car in the morning. However, despite being only about a 10-minute drive from the airport, the only way to get there at night is by taxi, with a fixed fare of €35–40, which makes the location much less practical than it seems.
I specifically booked a double room, but the staff seemed surprised we arrived as a couple and charged us an additional €10 — an unexpected and unnecessary fee.
The room itself was small and very basic — fine for a single night, but not more. We added breakfast, which was quite good. However, the overall service from the hotel staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming.
All in all, it’s okay if you need a place to sleep near the airport for one night, but be aware of the extra costs and underwhelming service.

Hotel staff at the hotel were super friendly. Helped me with my bags to the train station when I had major pain from my sciatica. They were very compassionate and made sure I was able to catch my train ride to Rome. Very thankful for their help.
Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. They even provided soda and chocolates for free. Well worth the price of the room. Great value.
