The elevator's smart weight sensor counts two people, and apparently luggage too, which is kind of funny. It's also a bit of a walk from the subway station.

We stayed overnight here as we had an early morning flight the next day. The hotel had transport to fetch us to and from the airport for a fee, which was very convenient for us ....

While this is not in the city center of Rome where the big tourist locations are, this is a nice place. It is clean. The front desk was well attended even at night. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was quite good. It is conveniently located between a nice shopping mall and a train station where you can get to Rome (or anywhere else). Bused stop there also. The airport shuttle was reasonably priced and reliable.

I landed at around 21:30 at Roma Fiumicino Airport, hence I missed the last shuttle bus to B&B HOTEL. Luckily, Piazza Leonardo is very close and only one train stop away from the airport.
The hotel is immediately adjacent to the train station so it's very easy to find.
I also had another flight early in the morning, the hotel provided tickets for the shuttle bus and a reminded call right before the shuttle bus departs.
The area is quiet, which guarantees you a good night sleep.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy, the bathroom had the basics (soap, extra towel, hair drier, two paper cups).
They don't help you with the luggage to the room, but the lifts are convenient.
They don't offer complimentary water, but in Rome tap water is drinkable. I suppose not everyone knows that, so it would be nice if they had a note for tourists and non-natives to know they can drink from the tap.
Overall it was a good stay for what I needed: proximity to the airport and easy access, cleanliness and comfort. I recommend it to travelers.

This is the most convenient location for an overnight traveler who needs to reach the airport easily (by shuttle or train) and needs to travel to Rome or elsewhere by train. The hotel is across the train station and 5 min train ride from Fiumicino airport.
The hotel is at a mall entrance, very convenient for shopping and food or restaurant.
I moved to the States from Italy 3 decades ago and I am a frequent flyer to/from Rome.
I travel USA-Italy every 2-3 months and this is where I stay the night before my morning flight back to USA. I have used it also with my family and we find it very easy.
Registration this time was a bit slow.
