B&B Hotel Roma Fiumicino Aeroporto Fiera 1

Had the misfortune of staying before
A long haul flight and we surely regretted it. Upon arrival the hotel room was noticeably dirty ( as in not cleaned well ) and run down. Moldy rusty showers and mirrors, The cherry on top was finding a bug and hair in the bed sheets. This hotel is located close to Fiumicino airport and that's about the only reason it deserves any starts at all. B&B do better , this was unacceptable. We are completely disappointed as we have already stayed with b&b elsewhere in Italy And it wasn't like this at all. Honorable mention to the stained pillow case with a hole In it ! AVOID THIS PLACE

poor information, dirty and worn-out superior room, poor noise insulation. I contacted the hotel prior to my stay to ask information regarding the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It took several email exchanges to obtain a somewhat clear information on the shuttle service. The evening I arrived at the airport (22.30 c.ca) I could not find the shuttle at the location indicated by the hotel, and had to take a taxi to reach the hotel. When at the hotel, I asked where I could have found the hotel shuttle, because I did not find any shuttle with a sign indicating it was the shuttle from the hotel. I was told that the shuttle is "a black shuttle, with no sign on indicating that it is the hotel shuttle", to which I express my concern and disbelief to the hotel staff regarding the fact that all the other hotel shuttles had indications written on, and that as a woman travelling on my own, I cannot feel safe taking a "dark shuttle with no sign" at night in Rome. The hotel did not offer to refund my taxi drive.

Moreover, I booked the superior room and it was very worn-off, with marked walls and with stained bedsheets, and very noisy in the morning when guests in nearby rooms would close their doors.
