Hotel Cerretani Firenze - MGallery Collection

Great hotel in the heart of Florence. It has a modern style decoration. It is good if you don’t enjoy very romantic and traditional decoration which is very common in Florence hotels. Bathrooms are particularly spacious. Super clean, staff is very helpful. There is valet parking (before 00:00). Very secure, locks the doors in the night and during the day entrance is via room key.

Some rooms might be dark, breakfast is good enough but has the same options everyday. There is no room service or any food available after mignight, plan ahead.

Hotel is just perfect. The central location, the style, the staff, breakfast and beautiful rooms. I really enjoyed my stay there. The perfect hotel in the most beautiful city. Loved it ❤️

We were on an organized tour through Firebird Tours and this was the room selected for us in Florence. Check in was nice and smooth and our room was on the first floor.

Nice clean room but it was smaller than expected from the photos on the tour group itinerary. Only minor issue in the room was the water pressure was quite a bit lower than we are accustomed to.

Breakfast was good, but if you are looking for a US style breakfast you can order whatever you'd like from the staff.

Location was amazing, a very quick and easy walk to anywhere and more food and drink options than you can experience.

The staff were all fantastic, and the hotel was immaculate. Only other minor issue, which I reported to staff at checkout was that there was a very foul odor in the hallway outside our room, Room 101 or 100. It was only by our room and dissipated as we walked towards the elevator.

All in all it is a fantastic place to stay while in Florence!

What an amazing stay! We loved loved everything, the staff and the location! Alessandro that checked us in was so welcoming as well as Claudio at the bar (such a friendly guy) and an amazing bar tender that served wonderful drinks! Juliette at breakfast, Aldo that helped us with the luggage was so great! We loved everyone we interacted with and we can’t wait to be back! Amazing hotel!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cerretani very much! The hotel has the best location close to the station and all the main sights of Florence. You can explore everything on foot. Our room was very quiet, stylish, well equipped and maintained and included free items from the minibar. The bed was super comfortable with very soft sheets. We started our days well with the excellent breakfast with lots of choice and homemade food and freshly squeezed juices. Eggs could be ordered to your liking. Each and every member of the staff has been very kind and helpful, they are a true asset to the hotel. Looking forward to come back!

Lovely hotel. The rooms are great and spacious, the location is fantastic. Breakfast is particularly great. Nice selection of foods, and a kind waitress named Delfina is wonderful, remembers the exact coffee you like, and really helps make the morning a pleasant experience.

My room was large, and everything inside was new and of top quality.

The stairs of the hotel are magnificent and are worth avoiding the elevator for.

Valentina at the front desk is very nice. The only negative is the lobby area which is maybe below the standard of other Mgallery hotels in the world.

This was a great place to stay and they offer luggage storage! The front desk staff were very friendly and there was also someone to take our bags to the room. However I do recommend hanging the “do not disturb” sign on the door immediately. I was woken up from a nap by an employee knocking on the door and before I could open it she unlocked it and came in with candy. She seemed shocked that the room was occupied so it was likely an accident, but just be aware.

First of all…All the staff was super polite, kind and always with a smile ready to assist you and that’s the spirit of the hospitality and the most important thing! The room was very clean and warm with a nice decor and all a the comforts! Anything that a tourist needs in a stay will be in the room! The bed was so comfy and that’s exactly what you need after a long day of strolling around in the city the sheets was smelling freshness as well the towels .. also the bathroom was very clean and comfortable again with all the details and the stuff that you will need! The mirrors in the bathroom was a surprise… is everything that a woman needs!!! Mini bar is also great you have your own coffee machine to start your day and a fridge if you need anything! The breakfast was also excellent.. you have plenty of choices for drinks salty and sweet stuff and the quality of food was great..I was impressed by the honeycomb!!! Cerretani hotel has the best location 1 min walk from the cathedral! You can go everywhere by foot! Again I would like to mention the staff that made our stay unforgettable!! The most important thing in a hotel is the people that work there because they can make your stay memorable and enjoyable! I would like to comeback to Firenze and of course I will definitely stay again in the cerretani Firenze MGallery Hotel as I will suggest to everyone who wants to visit Firenze to stay in this hotel! You will have the best experience of hospitality!! Quality is the word that describes this hotel which is beyond your expectations!!! You will receive good vibes and you will feel welcomed in your stay!!

From the minute we checked in until we departed the service was excellent. Reception, breakfast and bar staff were engaging and nothing was too much bother - great attitude that is reflected in the overall culture of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a great choice to suit all requirements. Room was bright and spacious and the shower very adequate. Keep up the good work!
