Some rooms might be dark, breakfast is good enough but has the same options everyday. There is no room service or any food available after mignight, plan ahead.
If you are looking for service, sorry please dont expect anything.
At least 3 calls for room service (refilling our shampoo). No one will reply to your email. We have left our personal belongings there, still no reply even we’ve contacted via trip.com and personal email.
One of the lobby restuarant is under construction, dont know if this is the reason of a bad smell in the public area.
The breakfast was great, with a fantastic selection to start our days right. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area. And the service at the hotel was top notch!
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly enjoyable experience.
One thing to complain was when we arrive at the hotel for check-in. The front desk couldn't find my reservations. I told the women in-charge that I booked the room from trip.com but she keeps saying I booked it from *********** where she couldn't find my reservation. At the end she end up finding and said : I don't know why your booking has been cancelled.
Fourtunately, another staff showed up. His attitude was way better and asked me not to worry even if my reservation was cancelled they still have spare room for us.
At the end he made it to find our reservation and we did our check-in.
Overall, the experience during the stay was good. Besides from the little accident during check-in, I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Firenze again.
Nice clean room but it was smaller than expected from the photos on the tour group itinerary. Only minor issue in the room was the water pressure was quite a bit lower than we are accustomed to.
Breakfast was good, but if you are looking for a US style breakfast you can order whatever you'd like from the staff.
Location was amazing, a very quick and easy walk to anywhere and more food and drink options than you can experience.
The staff were all fantastic, and the hotel was immaculate. Only other minor issue, which I reported to staff at checkout was that there was a very foul odor in the hallway outside our room, Room 101 or 100. It was only by our room and dissipated as we walked towards the elevator.
All in all it is a fantastic place to stay while in Florence!
