This hotel is very close to the city center. And the stuff was very nice. We arrived early and parked our car there after we checked out.

The hotel is located half an hour's walk from the train station, a little less to Santa Maria del Fiore. Right next to the hotel there is a bus stop, from where a bus goes directly to the train station (relevant if you have a lot of luggage with you, the narrow streets of Florence are not conducive to walking with luggage). My room was large, spacious, beautiful. Breakfast can be rated at 7.5/10. I have been to three-star hotels and even two-star hotels, where they fed me more richly (they gave more types of cheese, vegetables, fruit salads, etc.), but, in principle, the hotel has a normal breakfast.

I stay at this hotel almost every time I bring a group to Florence for business. The price is quite reasonable. The rooms are a bit dated, but I guess that adds to the character of the building. When you step into the hotel, it feels like you have stepped back in time. As for customer service, most of the staff need training and are a bit impatient. But the people outside the hotel are very polite and pleasant. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It is conveniently located and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the city center. If you come by car, there is a Partrerre parking lot one minute away from the hotel (15 euros per day), which is cheaper than the hotel parking fee.

Enjoyed my stay! However, I recommend reaching out to the hotel before arriving to ask for rooms not on the ground floor as it might be noisy since 5 close to the lobby. Luckily, I got a quit room on the 1st floor, so I enjoyed a pleasant stay 🙏

Hotel was good, a bit of a maze to reach your room with long narrow hallways and a very little room but the staff is friendly, the room is tidy and the location is ok.

The rooms are a bit dated but I suppose this adds to the character of the building. It feels like going back in time when you enter the building. In terms of customer service, MOST of the employees need to be trained. They are brash, direct and even somewhat aggressive and argumentative. I could say it's how Italians speak but people outside of the hotel were really polite and pleasant. Only plus is the location of the hotel. Easy access to everywhere and bus stop is right outside

The location is somewhat convenient given that there is a bus stop right outside of the hotel. The service is ok - Vlad is wonderful and helpful but not many were eager to to answer our questions. The rooms are very average - everything is relatively clean but because its old it doesn't feel clean. The third bed (for party of 3) is very bouncy and not comfortable. The AC does not work and there is a mosquito problem that they even provide you with a mosquito vape for the room.

Tired hotel that is not central to downtown. The air conditioning was not turned on I our room and it was 28 degrees in the room. Breakfast was adequate. Was given a room off the lobby which was loud with lobby and street traffic so could not open the window. Clean rooms but overall would not recommend.
