Staff was extremly friendly and nice and that alongside a good position in respect to Duomo and a train station Santa Maria della Novella is about anything worth mentioning about this place. Rooms were clean but the looks, the quality of beds and the smell were horrible. All in all it is way too expensive for what you get.

Rooms were okay, felt pretty basic but functional and clean. Location is not very close to anything major for tourists except the local market. We couldn’t easily find it, get a taxi if going. There’s no lift in the hotel and we struggled with our luggage up and down the stairs. They only offered to help with one bag. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff friendly and fixed our leaky air conditioning within a day

Not sure why this hotel claim as 3stars hotel, which 3stars hotel city tax paid was worthless. Being arranged in third floor with no lift( with no help offered from reception, even with my 70s parents) , extreme loud air conditioner, rude reception who can’t help me to solve the problem. Staying in 3rd floor, I need to go down every time when I have a request. Shower water is flow unstable; The room will not clean everyday , unless request. No drinking water provided. Room is very small for 3people. Overall, I’m not very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel location was nice. Around 10 min walk from firenza S.M train station. The AC was very loud so we could not sleep very well. But overall a nice hotel

The hotel didn't have a lift. The room wasn't very good. The room and the furniture were old. The toilet was really small, and the shower didn't have warm water. There was only one window, and it didn’t even lead outside.

The night was pretty quiet, though. The beds weren't too bad. The room had a fan.

Breakfast was okay. the selection was pretty good. It included some cakes, hot foods like scrambled eggs, everything for making a sandwich and a coffee brewer.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

In the end, the room was bad, but the breakfast was good. I wouldn’t recommend it in the first place, but it wasn’t the worst possible either.

The hotel is well placed near all central attractions of Florence, bar and restaurants. The room and bathroom were quite small. The breakfast was ok, with real italian coffee. Overall, it was good money for what I got.

There's no free parking, the rooms are small and the door is rotten. The images are fake. There's no lift, so you have to drag your luggage through the stairs. The floor is dirty. I do not recommend it!!!
