All of the staff I encountered was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and a nice bathroom. My experience would’ve been a 5/5, BUT, during my short stay I saw 2 cockroaches (1 in the breakfast room and one in the hallway near my room). It was quite disturbing and made me question the cleanliness of entire hotel.

Very friendly reception staff. They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. I don't know if it's a bad location or that the city is kind of ugly. Although the hotel is located at a super-strategic train and bus stop, the city has a lot to talk about. They were very attentive with the cleanliness of the room, which surprised me. They serviced my room without me asking, so don't leave anything of value inside. I didn't lose anything, but it's still better to be cautious.

It takes 5 minutes to transfer to the center circle of the pier, subway and train station. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Along the seaside line, you can reach the Maritime Museum and Diving Aquarium. During the period, you can enter the retired submarine, making it suitable for family travel.

We really enjoyed our one night stay! The bed was comfortable and we stayed in a corner room, which had two windows that opened up to a nice view. It made for a lovely breeze through the room. The shower was wonderful and the hotel is located in a convenient, very walkable area. Would recommend!

Not recommended. I stayed in a room on the second floor. The next day, I found a lot of ants on the floor. I reported it to the hotel and they said they would deal with it. When I went back at night, I found more ants on the windowsill... Although I was given a new room, the room was smaller... And the mattress was uncomfortable and had a pit. I was sore all over after sleeping for two nights.

Recently,I had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Vittoria very close to the Principe Railroad Station.I stayed at the Vittoria for 4 nights.I enjoyed my room,I appreciated the nice breakfast,and I liked the hospitality of the Vittoria's staff. The staff helped me find my way to Genoa's delightful art museums(Bianco Palazzo,Rosso Palazzo,Frugone,Diocesan,Saint Augustine)and awesome cathedral.

Two nights in Genoa Great location and large room. Check in was good and receptionists was gave plenty of infabout the city. Breakfast was partial buffet and partial order service. The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham. However, no bread...

I stayed for a weekend with a group of friends. Basic rooms but very clean. Bed ok. Nice view over the neighbouring villas and partial sea view from the balcony. This is a small, family run hotel. Everyone who works there is very kind and helpful, and many speak English. It is clean, quiet, and convenient to the train and Parco Nervi. There is breakfast and it is possible to book lunch and dinner. They introduced me to strawberry risotto one lunch - it is delicious. If you come in summer bring insect repellent; Nervi has mosquitos.
