I don’t understand why people rate this hotel that low. The AC runs pretty well, you can’t say it doesn’t work, because you feel the difference when you’re in and out. The hotel is close to the train station of Genova Brignole, it deserves plenty of stations, there’s even local stores you could visit, and even beaches so close of this spot.

What a lovely find. Centrally located hotel. Close to Brignole station. Well connected to all of Genoa, including Boccadasse. The bus stop is just around the corner. Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and professional staff. Convenient vending machine for snacks and coffee. Quiet but not isolated area. Congratulations.

The room was very cozy and nice. The quality/price ratio was really good for a 1-star hotel in high season. The only drawback was the outside noise from traffic. The reception was friendly. Excellent for a 1-2 night stay and a quick visit to the city.

Bad experience we had, although the rooms were apparently clean but strong smell of tobacco in all the rooms, in addition to the noise from the street, very poor sound insulation, we did not like it. Staff nevertheless kind and caring.

Near the brignole station, lot of breakfast areas around, had a farmacy nearby. Soundproofed windows. Clean. Staff was great. She waited for us until we arrive late. Hot water in the shower was great. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids, they had a double decker bed and me and my wife at the matrimonial bed. Room space was more than enough.. very good price value!! The acquarium of genova is just 3 metro stops! We highly reccomend for a budget family overnight stay!

Had difficulties locating it as sign was faded. Room was dated, but bed quality was very nice, good bathroom and had a very nice reverse - cycle A/C to keep the room cool.

It was very clean, the room was modern and the beds were also ok (little bit hard). Although the location was not perfect (20 minutes walk to the centrum), we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very nice.
