Great value for money - the spa and the location are big pluses. The rooms aren't the best but for the price they're alright, hotel was clean and staff was friendly, would come again

I recommend this hotel very much. It's a very comfortable place and a good value. Beds very comfortable spa very nice and everything is in good working order. Possibly just renovated. Restaurant was good enough, nothing amazing, but i enjoyed the night i ate dinner. 30 euros for dinner and no drinks might be expensive in most of Italy but Ischia seems to have expensive food everywhere

We went 2 hours in the spa. Had it almost for ourselves. There is a smaller spa-area with several pools, sauna and a larger outdoor pool. The Turkish steam bath and waterfall bath did not work. But got a nice discount.

Great location of this 3 star hotel very nearby the cozy walking street with shops and restaurants. Walking distance from the port in Ischia no need to take a taxi. The reception is helpful arranging taxi to the thermal baths at at reasonable price.

Overall … incredibly friendly and helpful staff; a very clean and lovely hotel with a great pool area as well as spas and wellness centre. Will return! Recommended!!!

Perfect hotel for a stay in Ischia
The rooms are clean and have that italian charme. The pool area seems to be newly renovated and thanks to the location of the hotel you reach everything you need in a few moments by foot

Very nice hotel, with good pools.
It’s centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shops all around.
The personnel is very kind—All of them. Whatever need you might have, even during the night shift, you’ll find someone ready to help.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that is more efficient at daily housekeeping than Hotel Terme Oriente. Close to the beach and some of the best restaurants on the island of Ischia. Terrific Pool & Spa 👌🏻

Let's start with the highlights. The hotel is in the FULL center ... a stone's throw from anything that could be useful. Supermarket, sea, all kinds of bars, restaurants. The staff is very kind, super helpful in solving any type of problem / information etc. The idea of putting books of all kinds everywhere is very nice. There is a terrace with two hot whirlpools. The pool is very nice, I just recommend adding a few sunbeds. We had lunch once at the hotel and we were very happy. The price, considered all this, is really very very affordable. Now what we didn't like. The cleaning of the room. Leave something to be desired. Also, once you knock and there is still someone in the room, the correct answer should be "come back later", especially if it is Sunday at 9 in the morning! I understand that you are working, but we are on vacation and would like to have the pleasure of relaxing. In addition, some maintenance of the hotel. The walls are really thin, you can hear everything and the light filters through the door. These things are small, but really important, so since the potential is really excellent, the 4 stars I give them as an incentive to improve.
