The room was spotless and very comfortable, equipped with everything I needed, including a full set of toiletries and a safety box for added peace of mind. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day right.

A nice staff for great serviceminded thinking and the hotel was nice. A bit old and less modern, but perfect for a few days in Milan:) great staff!
However, when we got to the hotel, I suspect we encountered the same guy others have been talking about. We received no info at all at check-in and had to look up all the info about breakfast, room location and important times. I felt like if I had asked about that I would have gotten yelled at, so questions had to wait until other staff was available.
The other staff however was really nice and kind and gladly answered questions.
Room was okay, the beds maybe a bit too hard. Overall a good option.
However, the room was very very tiny and I could not get the AC to lower in temperature so I woke up sweating.
It's a great hotel if you're just going to be sleeping there and you don't run hot in your sleep.
We booked a double superior room and when we arrived it was for a single person .The man at the reception was really rude and wouldn t give us the room we paid for.He was rolling his eyes at us when we asked nicely for another room and told us it s just in our head and basically called us stupid because we dared to say that inconvenience out loud.
We wanted to speak to the manager and he said it s impossible.Staff attitude was really something else and it really gave us a hard time. Now to persons who payed for a double room are sleeping in a room for one person. Absolutely disappointing!
However the cafe barista is a nice fellow, so are the room cleaning staff.
