LHP Hotel Napoleon

Great hotel. Great location. Close to metro, supermarket opposite 3 steps away, bars and cafes, but very quiet. Great staff and very good breakfast. We will definitely choose it again when we are in Milan.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel during our stay in Milan, and one of the highlights was the incredible service provided by Rosa at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly at home. Rosa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed; whether it was offering spot-on local recommendations, helping us find specific places, or simply greeting us each day with genuine warmth. She was efficient, thoughtful, and incredibly well informed and more like having a personal version of Google and even better right at the reception. Rosa is a real asset to the hotel, and thanks to her, our Milan experience was even more memorable.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a few meters from a metro station, making it very easy to access all the main city attractions. It’s also situated in a safe and elegant area, close to Milano Centrale station, but in a much quieter and more pleasant neighborhood than the immediate surroundings of the central station.

Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, better than what we experienced in hotels in other parts of Italy, with good variety and quality. The room was also very clean and well maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay.

Highly recommend for both location and service - especially if Rosa is there! Thank you so much Rosa.. Looking forward to seeing you again our friend.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating over the one night stay! Location is conveniently near the metro.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the central station. We appreciated it when there was a public transport strike in Milan.
The rooms are clean and bright. The heating was great, we didn't freeze. The breakfasts were delicious, we didn't go hungry. But not very varied.
The downside is that the towel dryer in the bathroom works strangely. Sometimes it's warm, sometimes it's cold.

A great hotel except for the construction work on the adjacent building and the mattress where the springs were noticeable in some places.

The Napoleon hotel is located a stone's throw from the central station and the metro stop. Its position allows you to visit the city easily. Good quality rooms and services as well as breakfast.

Great hotel. Beds are really comfortable. Room was well equipped with coffee machine and mini bar. Bathroom had nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Hair dryer was the one on the wall. Breakfast was amazing, great selection of baked goods, bacon and eggs. The staff very friendly. 12 mins walk to the station.

The location is good, the room size is not big. The price-performance ratio can only be said to be average. Maybe the price is higher because of the exhibition.

Really nice location and clean rooms, within an area with the metro, restaurants and shops. Not too far from the train station too.

My only criticism was the slightly stinky smell from the toilets. Easy enough to put up with, but it's the only complaint that made it not perfect.
