Hotel Mozart

This is an average hotel. The hotel is located right next to the subway station, which is nice to have. I traveled around the city by metro and the good thing was that the station was right next to the hotel. The rooms are ok. But all the time you feel like you are in an old hotel. The elevators are claustrophobically small. You can't fit two adults with bags inside. They do not offer you parking, because their parking lot is significantly too small for all hotel visitors, so you have to find a parking lot yourself. I found one near the hotel (the cost was €32 per day). To be honest, I would have expected more from a 4 star hotel.

Really friendly staff at the reception. The room was rather small but still nice and modern. Maybe bring a Amazon fire tv stick or something like that with you it’ll make working with the tv a lot easier. The bathroom looks really nice with a really big shower which can easily fit two people. There’s no ventilation which leads to a smelly room as soon as the bathroom is used. The AC is pretty noisy and the bed sheets are thin since it’s a sheet below and above a fleece blanket which had suspicious stains on it. There was construction noises which were pretty annoying from time to time. They have a small fridge which is filled with two water bottles. The view from our room was very nice and the metro station is only a minute away. There’s no buffet for breakfast due to corona so the staff is stressed by the amount of „orders“ they get. There’s not a big variation for breakfast but the food and drinks they have are good. Considering it’s a 4* hotel we definitely expected some chocolates on the pillows or slides or even a bathrobe, something that makes the difference between a hostel and a hotel. We saw other people wearing hotel slides but at a 4* hotel we shouldn’t be asking for obvious stuff like that.

Hotel doesnt look like a 4 Star hotel but the breakfast was really good
