It's an excellent place.

First room had no hot water. Had to room move, without any assistance, after midnight as late check in. Not even offered a note or complimentary coffee the next day as an apology.
Lift so old I only used it once. Ended up walking up and down the staircase with my luggage.
Woken up with building noise as the hotel is undergoing renovation, of which I wasn't aware.
Rooms very dark. As for the "view"...please see the pic of the scaffolding.
Couldn't wait to check out.

In summer, AC doesn't work, 28°C in the room at all times.
Air in the hallway was 10° cooler than my room.
Minifridge never worked either, arrived in the room to a dead fridge with a warm bottle of water.
Staff was okay but don't be fooled this is a cheap hotel

The hotel was under construction. The lift was only for two people but if you have luggages you have to go by yourself, the size is really tiny. Also the bathroom, the drain might be blocked as when showering, the water dont go down straight away. It was flooding inside. The bathroom looks old. But the room it self it's okay. Also we are struggling to put luggages in the room as there were no space. There was no complimentary water available.

This is an average hotel. The hotel is located right next to the subway station, which is nice to have. I traveled around the city by metro and the good thing was that the station was right next to the hotel. The rooms are ok. But all the time you feel like you are in an old hotel. The elevators are claustrophobically small. You can't fit two adults with bags inside. They do not offer you parking, because their parking lot is significantly too small for all hotel visitors, so you have to find a parking lot yourself. I found one near the hotel (the cost was €32 per day). To be honest, I would have expected more from a 4 star hotel.

I had a very frightening experience at this hotel. One of the male staffers entered my room, without knocking or even announcing himself while I was asleep. When we encountered each other, he demanded that I allow him one minute to check the mini fridge. I was in my nightgown. I saw him again and he turned to watch me as I waited for the elevator. After that moment, I slept with my suitcase blocking the door and ended up leaving sooner than planned. I would not stay here as a solo woman traveler.

Frontdesk not friendly. Elevator was too terrible and too small. No enough light in the room, so not able to work at the desk.
