Hotel Blaise & Francis

Everything was amazing until the check out.
Before going to the hotel I asked where to park, I told them about a few streets around the hotel which I thought they were free and I wanted some guidance.
The women told me we could park at the garage, I was surprise but she was very sure on it.
Everything was fine, days went by and she did told me I needed to pay the city taxes at check out.
At check out to my surprise, they told me I had to pay garage parking for 3 nights + city taxes. I explained the situation and the guy seemed to understand. However, he asked me how I wanted to pay my city taxes which were 14 euros. I said card and he said “okay so 14 euros by card”. Well he charged me the parking + city taxes since I was paying with my card. He totally took advantage of me….
Such a dishonest and disrespectful situation. I saw the charges on my card on the way back home. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!

Arrival in the late evening. Need a relaxing bath, let's talk about a 4 star, it seems impossible. No room available has a working bath plug! In the first room that is proposed to us on the second floor, the water from the tub comes out brown. The air temperature it's very cold. Really ugly carpet full of stains of all colors. We ask for a room change and after 30-40 minutes, where the staff was still kind and helpful, we settle for another warmer room but without the possibility of taking the dreamed bath.
Fridge bar in all rooms empty!
Breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff but breakfast with prepackaged industrial products. Not adequate for the class of the hotel. Only on request can we have some ham and cheese.
Excellent underground parking, albeit with additional payment. M3 underground at 1 km by walk.

AC didn't work properly n the front desk officer was very rude, she needs to learn manners n learn that hotels are all about good hospitality n good sanitation. Other than the AC n mannerless front desk Chinese looking officer, rooms are relatively spacious n clean. Breakfast was ok!
