You get what you pay for at this hotel and for an expensive city like Naples, it is great value if you just need a bed.
The host was lovely and was very helpful everytime we spoke to him. Patient with non native speakers as well which was a huge help.
The room was basic. Bed and closets as well as an ensuite. No refreshments or hairdryer on hand but comfortable enough.
The location is slightly sketchy as you access the hotel through an alleyway or through a backstreet which always seemed full of lingering people that put me on edge.
Also, there were 2 key issues with our stay: a constant smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room from people smoking in the building, and also the cleaner threw away my 2 takeaway pizzas that were on the windowsill.
Overall, good value but don't expect much.

Excellent stay close to the hub of Naples tourist sights and restaurants. Yaha is a friendly hostess and very helpful.

Absolutely would not recommend this place, and here are the reasons why:
- got a thing stolen from my room, maybe not very valuable, but still, after telling the receptionist he tried to laugh it off
- paper thin walls, a child was having a breakdown at about 11 pm, parents were not doing a great job since it lasted a long time.
No reaction from the "hotel" staff
- rooms and bathrooms need renovation, it's visible and you can also smell it
- surroundings are crazy loud, and very sketchy, especially at night. You shouldn't bring children to experience this part of the city

My room is comfortable. The hotel is clean and check in fast and easy. The neighborhood is quite run down. Overall great value but the surrounding area isn't the best.

The worst accommodation I’ve ever had! Extremly noisy any hour of the night. It was not possible to fall asleap. Horrible room, horrible aquipment - heating without valve, AC dropping off electricity when running. Non english speaking staff.

If was possible to give 0 I would give it. Breakfast was disgusting, only 1 croissant and a sweet juice. The room was horrible as well… I definitely don’t recommend

The hotel is located near the Garibaldi station. Kind of a bad neighbourhood, you have to watch out for pickpockets. The rooms are extremely small,the sound-proofing is bad,but you get cleaning every day. The breakfast is only sweet stuff. Not a single person speaks english in the hotel. I think the price was not worth it, but it's hard to find a cheaper one in Naples.

Rooms should be cheaper for the price. Rooms need renovation, very small. Next to busy street. Took very long time for hot water for shower. Overall looked outdated. Location close to train station which means overall not that safe area as you will find out Sunday evenings, nevertheless it looked like it had very popular ice-cream mixer just next to it and I mean very popular - crowded with young Italians.
