We have visited the Radio Hotel from Australia 5 - 6 times over the past 8 years and have always enjoyed our visits. It is easily accessed from the airport, easy to reach all Rome's tourist sites, close to the cafes and restaurants of Trastevere. The rooms and facilities cannot be faulted and the breakfasts are great. Above all, the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will keep coming back for as long as we are able!

I found the hotel hard to find and it wasn’t well signposted, but once I got inside it was a very friendly and nice place. The room was large and relatively quiet (for Rome). The reception staff were really friendly and on hand 24/7. There was a nice bar where I could get drinks or a snack at any time. Overall this hotel surprised me with how nice it was. Thank you!

I loved it! Nice and friendly staff, rooms clean, the whole place smells amazing.. Just absolutely nice!
Even if we got the room with shared bathroom - not a big deal, everything is super clean and amazing. (considering that we're in one of the most visited cities in the world, it's totally worth the money)

Radio Hotel has a good location since it’s very easy to go to the center of Rome with transports and very close to Trastevere so very good places to eat. Rooms are okay, and they clean it well but in our room the bathroom was too small. Very nice service with nice people.

I booked this place using booking.com, and payed in advance, and in the confirmation it was written that I would pay 6 eur more for taxes during check in. However, on the spot hotel staff told me to pay 10 euro instead and said that this is a mistake in the website page. I had to pay 4 euro more:((. I booked the double bed room with a private bathroom. Note that there are rooms with a shared bathrooms (which means you will need to share it with other hotel guests) and this aspect is not mentioned on the booking. com too(((

NOT RECOMMENDED! Dirty hotel, dirty bathroom, dirty bed!!! They put AC but it was so cold at night! Shampoo is not enough for one person! Dirty room! Find a better place!

Due to Rider Cup Rome was fully booked and this was the only place where a room was less than 500 euros a night. The rooms are very simple but clean and poorly soundproof. Location is good, it's an actual neighborhood with Romans - not predominantly tourists- a lot of e-bikes/scooters around that can get downtown quite quick

The room we were given had not an actual a double bed but two single beds next to each other. The fire alarm triggered for no reason which caused some stress. Website photos of the bedroom did not look the same. However we did see some other bedrooms looking better. Didn’t understand why we had to have a very poor room given we paid for an upgrade for a private bathroom. It was concerning that we had to give our keys back each time we would leave the room. Lastly, the walls were paper thin, we could hear people at all hours of the nights which was very disruptive.

Very noisy hotel. they were renovating some room and they were making a lot of noise from the morning So we havent got a good sleep even on holidays.
The cleaning lady took my shorts and they dont care about that situation so i have to buy a new one.
Smelled of sewage in the bathroom All the Stay.
Breakfast? - No comment. We took our money back.
We had our Room on 8th floor and there was eternal problem with the elevator.
Only one guy from reception desk was very nice to us and gave us a lot of information bout the city.
Unfortunatelly we dont recommend this hotel.

This was the worst experience i have ever had, the staff was the most rude and had no respekt for their guests. The rooms was awfull and the bathroom smelled very bad. The beds had bugs in them and i left the hotel with red dots all over my body because of it. I encourage every one to find somewhere else, i don't think it's difficult to find somewhere better than this dump.
