The best asset the Crowne Plaza Hotel - St Peters Rome has is its staff. Happy, polite, friendly and always willing to help with enquiries. Hard working and the standard of care staff supply is outstanding

Our experience in this Hotel are excellent and beyond our expectation the front desk people are helpful and polite they even help us getting taxi if we need to. Room are clean since we book for 2 rooms

and the housekeeper is doing good cleaning and refilling coffees and toiletries. The deli store were friendly and their shuttle service are always on time and affordable

It’s not just the beauty of the property, surrounded by greenery and away from the chaos of the city center, nor the impeccable services that make it an excellent choice for any type of stay

The restaurant Aurea restaurant is so convenient for us and affordable. They serve delicious food and excellent customer service

We stayed there for a conference and the large scale catering outside was not as good as inside

This is a very good hotel. I will come again next time. The transportation is convenient. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy. It is a good hotel for travel.

It was a beautiful hotel! The access is not so good, but it is cheap so I recommend it. The drinks at the bar were also delicious.

They arranged out taxi to the airport for 4 am for a fixed charge of €40 (12 minutes drive). The hotel is surprisingly large and functions as a convention hotel. The room was very large with a balcony (see photos)

I’m a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member and have rarely noticed any benefit to that until I checked in at this place. They have an awesome 24/7 executive lounge with breakfast, happy hour, snacks etc

The hotel is very large, and both the concierge and front desk services are very, very good 👍. It is not yet breakfast time for the early flight, and the hotel has carefully prepared snacks

All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good

We spent 5 nights at the Hoxton for our first ever trip to Italy. It is a very nice hotel withe modern rooms, a nice restaurant with inside and outside seating. The neighborhood is primarily residential, so is very quiet

If you want to be in the center of it all, this is not the hotel for you. Indeed, the throngs of tourists stumbling around the cobblestoned streets of the historic center are nowhere to be found here

The cutest hotel in Rome! We only stayed for three nights so we will definitely stay again next time we’re in Rome. The queen room was so cute and a good size for two people

There are many breakfast varieties, but no Chinese food. The hotel is in a great location. There is a subway 650 meters away, close to the US Embassy in Italy, and it feels very safe. The waiter has a very good attitude

Rooms are big and modern, but what irritates me is open bathroom, no doors except for toillete. So if you are with someone who is not your partner or very close family it is not practical

the staff were incredible and this was the first hotel where they didn’t make a big deal about wanting to check in early and were very accommodating and friendly, location is excellent as it’s a 5 min walk from the main train station and the metro is very close by as well

Rome was very clean and had good amenities. Also I left a personnel item behind and they located it promptly and are organising shipping to my home which is fantastic

Our 4-star rating was owing to the breakfast service in the mornings waiting on a cappuccino (minimum 15 minute wait on any of the mornings), a couple of lighting-related maintenance nuisances in the room (when we advised the front desk, it didn’t appear to be noted, but may have been), and TVs that were not working in a manner one might expect

We found the hotel well situated: it is around the corner from the opera house and a fabulous rooftop restaurant nearby, a 20-35 min walk (for those able to manage cobblestones) to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and the Roman Forum ruins

The breakfast buffet was an extensive selection of options catering to N American, European, and (I believe) mid-Eastern palettes. The check in and check out process was fluid

We stayed for 3 nights in early October after touring northern Italy. The suite we had was lovely, clean and the bed comfortable

Just one night, but it was very good. I hope the price can be better next time.

I didn’t get a single good night’s sleep during my three-night stay. The minibar was also quite loud, which added to the room’s warmth and made sleeping even more difficult

There’s also a very nice happy hour — definitely worth experiencing at least once! Two small notes: the hotel restaurant is quite expensive and the portions are small, and the shuttle to the city center has only eight seats

We ate breakfast in the rooftop restaurant and it was impeccable. We could not have asked for anything more. From the fresh flowers in each of the bedrooms to the the bottle of wine in our living room
