Fantastic hotel with awesome staff. Food was amazing and the room was really comfy. The gym and spa was really nice and very high quality equipment. Location is ok, Uber available to get into Rome is needed. Drinks 🍷 were very expensive at around €23 a cocktail. Overall, fantastic experience.
Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city. Service here truly shone as 5-star with their helpful and friendly attitude and the little touches they add such as setting out your slippers at night , bathroom mirrors that don’t fog up, and specially scented...
I stayed in this hotel last week for one night and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for the service that has been provided. They have upgraded us and added a nice amenity as a welcoming gift. I was celebrating my cousin’s birthday and they delivered us a nice room with an unrivaled view of Rome. Service and staff are super friendly and professional and I really appreciate the service given...
Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Restaurants are too expensive. Food quality is good but does not command the price. Location is too far out. Would recommend this property for those who do not intend to spend much time in the central part of the city but rather prefer to relax and have a resort experience. The nature/plants and birds on the property, and the adjacent tennis facility are excellent
Rome Cavalieri was an amazing hotel. It feels like a palace with how nice is it. Every restaurant was amazing and had one of the best waffles of my life for breakfast. The hotel also had the nicest steam room/cold plunge I ever experienced and massage was sensational. Also ordered room service multiple nights and food was mouth watering. One thing I also liked is that they have a shuttle service that...
One of my favorite properties all around. Pros: Decor of the rooms is splendid. Lovely touches all around. The grounds are just beautiful. The 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool give you lots of space to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Excellent views of Rome. Cons: A bit far from everything else in Rome. Will take you 25-30 minutes to get anywhere you want to go. There's really only...

Great hotel with great location. I recommend the property.
Beautiful hotel it ticks all the boxes excellent stay.
I liked all the staff here who were extremely warm and very accommodating. I am glad I stayed here.
100/100 recommend Very welcoming staff. We had my sister's birthday at the hotel restraunt and it was a great experiance, the service was very nice and it went even better than planned. The staff were generous and delivered a beautiful cake to our room.Very clean room and gorgeous furniture. Overall we had great experiance. Luxurious hotel with a warm homey feel❤️
Excellent, experienced staff. Great service and food. Calm and and quiet facility. Highly recommended
The front desk service was excellent. They should get a raise. The front door fell captain and people at the front door were amazing. They help us out Immensely and getting taxis

Very good 👌 Very good service
Just one night, but it was very good. I hope the price can be better next time.
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance.I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby. What really made...
It was a nice, clean hotel! I'd love to stay here again if I go to Rome! The service was great too.

very close to train station, if you want to travel Italy by train. great breakfast!
Great location! Everything was perfect during the saty!
Booked 2 rooms but only 1 bottle of drinking water per room, that is very less
Since, it’s a 5 star premium hotel I would be brutal to rate it’s facilities. The amenities weren’t great, room was decent size but room doesn’t have decent setup, sofas, chairs, TV to bed distance all messed up. Everyday house keeping was horrible, they didn’t change the bidet towel, bedsheets without asking, didn’t filled tea-coffee etc. need to do lot of detail improvement because you are 5 star
NH Collection is amazing the team is friendly and very supportive. They go all out to make you feel welcomed. Met Miss Nice the Guest Relations Manager who is very warm and kind
I had an amazing stay here, the location is very good! The hotel is very nice, but the best part about my stay was the staff! Especially Giusi and Claudio made sure i felt very welcome and did everything to make sure i was happy. They treated me like a real princess

This is my favourite hotel in Rome. Its old world charm and architecture, gr8 service and our room was stylish and spotless. The bars r devine and at Christmas the decorations and tree really beautiful. The Nazis occupied it during WW11. Exudes history. Excellent location. Good value for money. We stayed 4 nights. Loved the marble lion staircase. Class act!
Very beautiful architecture, fantastic paintings and design. I do not like taste of coffee and cookies. Service is good and friendly.
Great location as everything is located literally 20 min walk to all the attractions. The Grand Hotel Plaza has a lot of history and unique design to its credit. Shopping Restaurants n supermarkets all a few minutes away However it seems to have lost its charm due to few issues. The reception and lobby area can get a bit busy as they don't have a dedicated check in and check out area. The rooms...
Located in Central Roma, Fabulous Hotel, The service is excellent and morning breakfast is very well attended, as you have a great variety of foods for everyone's taste. Book this Hotel if you wish to be in the middle of the best shopping in all of Italy and just a short walk to the famous Piazza Venecia.
Prestigious and historic hotel, Guide tour Rome Alex on Facebook
The room itself was OK... Didn't feel like a 5 star though... Hard mattress and pillows..but typical in many Rome hotels. We checked for bedbugs just in case...none. Linens were pressed and bright white...no stains. The hotel itself was a 5 star in the breakfast buffet (discounted when purchased while booking your room -- a bargain well worth it with supreme selections and variety and polished servers...

Decent hotel. Good location next to Termini. Makes it easy to hope on the subway to get around the city. They also have a gym, which was a huge plus for me. Good buffet style breakfast as well. Would definitely stay there again.
I will give you 5* with the hope you will improve. As a 5* hotel , in my opinion the refreshment drinks in the room should be out of charge. The room was ok but could be better- even if it was a business room , it didn't looked like online and definitely didn't met our expectations. It's been my boyfriend's birthday and he received a small cake with a card from staff, wishing him the best, which we...
Renovation needed. Glory days are over, for formerly very good hotel, need good and quality handymans teams to repaint, refresh hotel. Everywhere signs of ageing. The hotel is good. Location is convenient to Termini and and shopping and some restaurants. The neighborhood is not so nice; maybe safe enough I guess at least during the day, but feels scary especially in the night.
One of the best Hotel in Rome. Really close to Termini station. Modern, with pool at 7th floor and American museum concept (a rarity in Rome). Did not taste the restaurant and cocktail bar yet. Great deep house DJ set on Thursday evening.
This is certainly not my favorite Radisson. It's on a convenient location by the train station, but walking back to the hotel at night I didn't feel particularly safe in this neighborhood. The rooms are cool, modern, but they are very small with almost no storage space. The rooftop restaurant has a nice terrace. Gym is appalling: very small, crammed, some of the equipment didn't work. Good for weekend...

Our family of 4 stayed at the Hotel Eden last month. The rooms were classy, thoughtfully renovated, and impeccable. The experience was brilliant the food was amazing these chefs deserve Michelin stars.the service was top class if there were Michelin stars for waiters or servers they deserve them especially Danielle he was very respectful when I pointed a finger at the food to see it 2 waiters came fast to see if something was wrong.this restaurant is recommended the whole hotel is.
Beautiful room, a very warm welcome, the highlight (among many beautiful moments) was Daniele in the bar with kind and excellent service and especially the suggestion of the delicious (best dessert in 30 days!) pistachio Crema dessert. We have a restaurant on the Cape and will be bringing it to our clients (grazie tanto, chef). Lovely lovely lovely thank you hotel Eden for a perfect stay from start...
The location, the rooms, and the hotel itself are perfect and amazing, but WOW the service here is just something else. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST service, super friendly staff, we’ve encountered in Europe. Francesco at breakfast was the best. We miss him already. And yes, the restaurant has some of the best views in the city
Fantastic restaurant with impeccable service and good pizza. We had the red pizza with capers and olives. It was very good and fresh especially the capers and olives. I also had Italian white wine. The view was stunning, I really did not want to leave. The server was really knowledgeable and gave great service.
Went for a glass of wine on the (small) roof terrace, waited for almost 20 minutes before being served which was surprising as the restaurant was not busy? Very lovely wine, polite staff and as you'd expect from a hotel of this high standard, beautifully decorated throughout.

Positive stay experience and very kind and qualified staff
The front reception was not too nice and they also did not mark down that we already paid the city tax upon checking out. The roof was also leaking water when it rained that night and woke me up. It was not the best experience.
Very unique room and very spacious It is close to the train station and has a high cost performance The exterior of the hotel is very Roman, and although the interior is older, it is still well maintained. The bathtub is large and comfortable
The food is excellent the staffs are very engaging. The location is central five minutes from Metro train to go to Airport.
Location is great ! Everything is a walking distance! The reception looks all nice and new However the rooms are old. Also the main dishes we had weren’t to our taste.
A good hotel near republica metro station, lot of shops nearby and extremely good location.Good breakfast. The rooms don’t have AC ,especially if you travelling from UAE that might be a news for you.Overall good one!The easiest and economical way to reach the hotel is to take Train Italia from Rome to Termini and take bus no 62 to reach the hotel ,its just 2 stops away.

What we really really love is the friendliness off all the staffs. The location is great. We spent the best in Rome. Will definitely back when we have the chance
All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.

Super satisfied! We forgot our valuables in the room and they kept them for us! ! ! !
The reason for the 3 stars is that it is basically at the level of a 3-star hotel... Rome is just expensive and lousy... The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city. The room is a little small but fairly new. The air conditioner is very quiet and you can have a good rest.
The room is large, but the bathroom is small and you need to turn around to get around. The room was renovated and the floor is very beautiful. The hotel is high-end and exquisite in every way. Hotels in Rome are expensive, but staying at the InterContinental is worth it.
The room size listed on Ctrip is a bit small, but the actual space is quite large. It has been renovated and is very elegant and comfortable.

Excellent hotel. Felt welcoming at the point I stepped into the hotel. The reception staff was professional and we even had a small talk regarding my travel plans. It's close to all the tourist attractions, and has a very good, tidy room and good cleaning service. I recommend the breakfast option here.
Such a lovely hotel with staff who couldn't do enough to make it a perfect stay. I saw some of them being given a hard time by not-so-gracious guests, and all of them were able to handle it with complete professionalism. Very well trained and kind to us. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
This is a great spot to call home when visiting Rome. It's close to the ancient forum but is a little bit of a walk. But more importantly the hotel is immaculate. The only detail that I didn't like is that when paying the rates they ask you if you want to include a tip. Have been at this hotel many times. It's not five star to me, but if you get the right room, it could be a five star. People are always friendly. Very clean. Bar is nice and quiet. And you can't beat the location, just down the street from the Pantheon.
Spacious rooms. Good location. Very clean. Really good reviews from the roof top bar. Would recommend this hotel. Piano in the reception area which is played most evenings. A little pricy in the bar. But then that's to be expected in a 5 star hotel.
The hotel is lovely, very old, located in the historic centre, but in need of renovation already ohhh very long time... If it was a plane, he would have forbidden to fly 10 years ago... All outdated, smelled of old age... the Only thing that could improve the rating, it's low price, but alas the price tag on 5+. So 3 points...

Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. Overall, this was a decent stay. I read a lot of reviews and ignored the fact that many people complained about the AC; however, Rome in August is no joke. Our AC was no exception. We were not fond of the 'expensive' or 'gourmet' restaurant. It was too expensive and the food was terrible. However, the breakfast and the daily restaurant were fantastic.

The hotel is beautiful, well located for accessing Rome’s key districts and has views of St Peter’s Basilica which is pretty special. A special mention for Emma and Eleanora in the concierge team who were super helpful and wonderful with our two boys. We had a brilliant stay and will be back again, thank you!

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.
Fantastic place to stay if you want to go see the historic attractions of Rome. Centrally located fantastic property. The breakfast is unreal. I couldn’t recommend it more.
