Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. Since, it’s a 5 star premium hotel I would be brutal to rate it’s facilities. The amenities weren’t great, room was decent size but room doesn’t have decent setup, sofas, chairs, TV to bed distance all messed up. Everyday house keeping was horrible, they didn’t change the bidet towel, bedsheets without asking, didn’t filled tea-coffee etc. need to do lot of detail improvement because you are 5 star

Fantastic restaurant with impeccable service and good pizza. We had the red pizza with capers and olives. It was very good and fresh especially the capers and olives. I also had Italian white wine. This is a great spot to call home when visiting Rome. It's close to the ancient forum but is a little bit of a walk. But more importantly the hotel is immaculate. Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night. I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Agrippina for a week before Easter. The hotel is beautiful, well located for accessing Rome’s key districts and has views of St Peter’s Basilica which is pretty special. This is not a Hotel, this is not just an experience. This is "home" with the most friendly and courteous staff that always goes beyond and above. The amazing breakfast with music accompaniment (I even got a chance to play a duet with the harpist). Fantastic place to stay if you want to go see the historic attractions of Rome. Centrally located fantastic property. The breakfast is unreal. I couldn’t recommend it more.
