This is my favourite hotel in Rome. Its old world charm and architecture, gr8 service and our room was stylish and spotless. The bars r devine and at Christmas the decorations and tree really beautiful. The Nazis occupied it during WW11. Exudes history. Excellent location. Good value for money. We stayed 4 nights. Loved the marble lion staircase. Class act!

Very beautiful architecture, fantastic paintings and design. I do not like taste of coffee and cookies. Service is good and friendly.

Located in Central Roma, Fabulous Hotel, The service is excellent and morning breakfast is very well attended, as you have a great variety of foods for everyone's taste. Book this Hotel if you wish to be in the middle of the best shopping in all of Italy and just a short walk to the famous Piazza Venecia.

Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night. I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.

Incredible location! Close to shopping, restaurants and a taxi stand right out front. We had a room with a view of the Piazza and fountain. The sunsets were beautiful from our patio. The staff were very friendly and made great dinner reservations. Our room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as an excellent choice.

It's a real nice hotel, the rooms are large and spacious and very nicely decorated. My TV did not work but maybe that's a plus i didn't ask for it to be fixed. In terms of location it's a bit farther off from some of the main attractions so take that into account. The neighborhood it's is very upscale without really any cheap options for gifts or memorabilia. All in all a very nice experience.

If I could give 6 stars I would in a second. The service is better than any 5-star establishment worldwide. The rooms are modern chic. And the food is excellent. Offseason prices are a bargain. In season it does tend to be very expensive. Location is walking distance to the Spanish steps. Ideal. Treat yourself you will not be disappointed. Oh, forgot even if you’re not staying in the hotel definitely...

This hotel deserves 5 stars. It has luxury European style with amazing marble floor and walls. I stayed in suite with view of main street in Feb 2020. I am rating it at four seasons hotel level. Well deserved! The hotel location is amazing walking distance to all hot touristic spots. Even shuttle bus to Castle Romano outlet is steps away. Their lift is very antique and unique it reminds me of old style...

Don’t go there if you expect good breakfast and good food. Good location, small rooms, very friendly staff and efficient service but a bit too old and over priced place .

Very good staff, rooms are very clean and comfortable, buffet breakfast is excellent. Location is close / walking distance to plenty of sightseeing. Quieter part of town walking distance to a nice green park.

A great hotel wich deserves some improvement

Great hotel. Nice location. Perfect service and facilities! The only problem is sound isolation. Via Veneto is too noisy.

Very nice staff and beautiful room. I have been here a month ago in my best trip of my life, an italian tour. Rome was my last stop and I felt in love of this property. Very good located and best view from my room.

Love so much peoples works here , smiling listening,nice energy. And room also very comfortable, with a spa with jacuzzi and sauna was so nice too. Wonderful moment at Rome. Hope can try the suite next time 🫢

This hotel is truly amazing. We stayed there twice on our Italian vacations and were not disappointed. The staff is delightful and knowledgeable, and the hotel's public areas are spotless and shining. The concierge has superb knowledge of Rome and can get you into any museum. Breakfast is awesome and the breakfast area is a work of art. And of course: LOCATION !!!

Excellent hotel very well located away from caos of downtown. Easy to get around from it’s location. Spanish steps is a 10 min walk. Friendly staff, excellent concierge and bar staff. Give them a four star due to AC issues and missing turn down service one night. It’s rated 5 stars so this should not have happened.

I stayed here two different times for a few days each, within a month. I enjoyed my stay both times, but also had very different experiences each time. On my first stay the staff was incredible, the room ready early, sweet gestures from the team. All around fantastic. When I came back the service was still good, but I received a different explanation of the American Express Fine hotels and resorts...
