Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Rome1 / 50

Rome, Via Cadlolo 101 🧭 Map
Fantastic hotel with awesome staff. Food was amazing and the room was really comfy. The gym and spa was really nice and very high quality equipment. Location is ok, Uber available to get into Rome is needed. Drinks 🍷 were very expensive at around €23 a cocktail. Overall, fantastic experience.
Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city. Service here truly shone as 5-star with their helpful and friendly attitude and the little touches they add such as setting out your slippers at night , bathroom mirrors that don’t fog up, and specially scented...
I stayed in this hotel last week for one night and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for the service that has been provided. They have upgraded us and added a nice amenity as a welcoming gift. I was celebrating my cousin’s birthday and they delivered us a nice room with an unrivaled view of Rome. Service and staff are super friendly and professional and I really appreciate the service given...
Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Restaurants are too expensive. Food quality is good but does not command the price. Location is too far out. Would recommend this property for those who do not intend to spend much time in the central part of the city but rather prefer to relax and have a resort experience. The nature/plants and birds on the property, and the adjacent tennis facility are excellent
Rome Cavalieri was an amazing hotel. It feels like a palace with how nice is it. Every restaurant was amazing and had one of the best waffles of my life for breakfast. The hotel also had the nicest steam room/cold plunge I ever experienced and massage was sensational. Also ordered room service multiple nights and food was mouth watering. One thing I also liked is that they have a shuttle service that...
One of my favorite properties all around. Pros: Decor of the rooms is splendid. Lovely touches all around. The grounds are just beautiful. The 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool give you lots of space to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Excellent views of Rome. Cons: A bit far from everything else in Rome. Will take you 25-30 minutes to get anywhere you want to go. There's really only...

Anantara Palazzo Naiadi, Rome1 / 32
9.1
Rome, Piazza della Repubblica 47 🧭 Map
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance.I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby. What really made...
A fantastic hotel in the most stunning building overlooking a fountain. Beautifully modern lobby, reception, bar and dining area. We stayed in 363 (the blue room - the only one of its kind in the hotel). The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area. The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are...
What an experience we had! It was simply outstanding. The staff were super friendly and helpful, right from the porters, especially Isabella who helped us book the rooms and gave us an amazing welcome, the front desk staff and Salvadore ( I think I got his name right:) who helped us with booking our local train tickets. I would definitely be back and spend some more time in the city and the hotel when...
Wonderful service! We truly enjoyed our two night stay here in August. The best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Our driver from the airport to the hotel was helpful and kind. Arrival staff was fantastic. Room - it was a suite with a view of the plaza with stairs - was beautiful and spacious. Room set up for our children and us with a crib and a pull out already made. We normally stay at Marriott...

The St. Regis Rome truly stands out for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Louise at check-in warmly welcomed us and personally showed us to our room, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. The turn-down service lady was amazing—so meticulous and thoughtful, keeping our room tidy and spotless every evening. Housekeeping was equally outstanding, ensuring our room was always immaculate...
Beautiful hotel in Rome, close to Termini station and walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel is chic and elegant but the staff is warm and welcoming, human. The rooms are small but the suite was of good size. The lobby hosts Lumen, a beautiful restaurant where the Roman elite and guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch as well as a beautiful afternoon tea. Our breakfast was amazing, loved...
The St. Regis Rome exceeded all expectations. The service was truly impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast buffet was exceptional – easily one of the best I’ve experienced at any hotel, with an incredible variety and quality. The rooms were beautifully designed, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and...
Stellar. One of, if not the best hotel I've ever enjoyed. I am grateful the stars aligned and I was able to take my wife here for a birthday trip. We had planned on seeing Valencia, Spain, but quite sadly and horribly they were hit with a massive flood. With only a day to spare I booked the St. Regis Roma, and despite my pathetic Italian , we were able to put together a wonderful trip to Roma for our...
**An Unforgettable Rome Experience – Thanks to The St. Regis** Every time we visit Rome, our stay at The St. Regis transforms the trip into an amazing experience. This hotel is a true gem, offering a level of luxury and service that makes us return time and again. We are already planning our next stay for special occasions in 2025 because no other hotel in the city compares. The rooms are spectacular...
We have had the most incredible experience staying here! This was the first stop on our elopement/honeymoon trip and I don’t know how anything will beat it. We came to Rome to get married and the staff here made it so special for us! We did our vows in the library at the hotel and they went above & beyond to accommodate us. Gianluca, Roberta, and Giovanni were the absolute highlights of our stay! We...

Decent hotel. Good location next to Termini. Makes it easy to hope on the subway to get around the city. They also have a gym, which was a huge plus for me. Good buffet style breakfast as well. Would definitely stay there again.
I will give you 5* with the hope you will improve. As a 5* hotel , in my opinion the refreshment drinks in the room should be out of charge. The room was ok but could be better- even if it was a business room , it didn't looked like online and definitely didn't met our expectations. It's been my boyfriend's birthday and he received a small cake with a card from staff, wishing him the best, which we...
Renovation needed. Glory days are over, for formerly very good hotel, need good and quality handymans teams to repaint, refresh hotel. Everywhere signs of ageing. Hotel deisgn is different than usual hotel but ok, its modern. Location just close to railway station uts good but neighbourhood is dirrrrty, trash could be find around hotel and be awere to go out during nightime. Was conference guest, sweets...
The hotel is good. Location is convenient to Termini and and shopping and some restaurants. The neighborhood is not so nice; maybe safe enough I guess at least during the day, but feels scary especially in the night.
One of the best Hotel in Rome. Really close to Termini station. Modern, with pool at 7th floor and American museum concept (a rarity in Rome). Did not taste the restaurant and cocktail bar yet. Great deep house DJ set on Thursday evening.
This is certainly not my favorite Radisson. It's on a convenient location by the train station, but walking back to the hotel at night I didn't feel particularly safe in this neighborhood. The rooms are cool, modern, but they are very small with almost no storage space. The rooftop restaurant has a nice terrace. Gym is appalling: very small, crammed, some of the equipment didn't work. Good for weekend...

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Excelsior in Rome. The staff was so very helpful - they gave us recommendations for dinner and arranged for a car to take us to the airport (same price as a taxi, but so much more comfortable). The room was fantastic - the bed was so so comfortable, the furnishings impeccable (antique pieces, fabric wall coverings, chandeliers, marble countertops) - it had everything...
Love this place! Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and nice. Tvs in rooms could use an upgrade to bring them into the modern eras. Staff are super kind and accommodating. Bar downstairs is amazing but they need to reconsider their 25€ per drink prices. Very excessive. All in all highly recommend and hope they take my comments I to consideration. Preggo
After traveling through Europe for 2 weeks this was by far my favorite place that we stayed. The rooms were spacious, we had a huge room with columns. I loved the green interior and all the decor. The bathroom and closet were huge!! We even had two balconies. The bed was extremely comfortable, we got robes and slippers. The location was safe, and close to several things. I love this hotel!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is a great hotel and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are very nice..get a room with a Terrace. The housekeeping is on point. This hotel is centrally located to everything. Oh, the restaurant is fantastic. The service is also five star. The food is top notch. Saadia in the dining room was the best! She helped us for our entire stay and she was fantastic...
A fabulous experience - older rooms with older furnishings, but the history and space more than makes up for the lack of updates in the suite in which we stayed. We LOVED having so much room to spread out since we were in town for nearly a week. The breakfast was delicious and the servers were attentive to my needs. The service by every member of the staff was exceptional. When we asked the Concierge...
What a beautiful hotel with amazing staff! We enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back. I will say the men staff tend to lean towards helping out females more than men but maybe that’s just the culture. Overall it was great! The old man piano player was my favorite part of the stay. He truly enjoys his job and is passionate about music.

The hotel has a ancient look. It's quite good experience to love into. But the services is not good enough like 5 star.
Great hotel in a classic style . The hotel is in the heart of Villa Borghese , the first line from the Park. The types. An outdoor swimming pool. Spa includes a full gym 450 sq m, which is also very popular with local residents. However, at any time it is not overloaded. Also has a full indoor pool (and to him all sorts of little bassanini different teperatures or Jacuzzi bathtub, etc.). Great saunas...

I had an amazing stay here, the location is very good! The hotel is very nice, but the best part about my stay was the staff! Especially Giusi and Claudio made sure i felt very welcome and did everything to make sure i was happy. They treated me like a real princess
We had a beautiful experience at this hotel, where every detail was thoughtfully curated. Our room was spacious, filled with all the amenities we needed, and exuded comfort. Overall, a nice hotel in Roma center. Pros: Right next to Termini. Spare you the pain to further transport to the hotel. It may be a walk to tourist attractions but mostly still within 10-40 minutes walk, good to walk off the pasta! We only use subway when going straight to Vatican. A part of Servian wall is inside the hotel premise. A nice view when having breakfast or a drink on the ground floor...
It was an unforgettable experience. Nice, Guest Relations Manager, made our stay very special. All the details of the place, the attention of the staff always at your disposal and located in a spectacular palace near Termini station. We would return a thousand and one more times, thank you again.
Not that 5 stars experience. The hotel was very crowded during our stay and the staff was not prepared to it. Therefore, breakfast was aways missing some dishes and waiters were not that attentive. Location is also a problem, as the hotel is very close to the train station, uber was unable to be called on the reception and...

Loved the marble lion staircase. Class act!
Very beautiful architecture, fantastic paintings and design. I do not like taste of coffee and cookies. Service is good and friendly.
Great location as everything is located literally 20 min walk to all the attractions. The Grand Hotel Plaza has a lot of history and unique design to its credit. Shopping Restaurants n supermarkets all a few minutes away However it seems to have lost its charm due to few issues. Book this Hotel if you wish to be in the middle of the best shopping in all of Italy and just a short walk to the famous Piazza Venecia.
The room itself was OK... Didn't feel like a 5 star though... Hard mattress and pillows..but typical in many Rome hotels. We checked for bedbugs just in case...none. The hotel is very well located. In the centre of everything. The Bed is comfortable but in general the bedroom is tired and needs a refurb. WiFi very slow and hardly any service in most areas. The staff are doing their best and very friendly.
Great location, close to Roma Termini. Walking distance to all major attractions. Breakfast was a bit of a mess at the buffet area, not enough staff to service tables and coffee orders. Room and bed was comfortable however airconditioning didn’t work at all. Free WiFi.
A hotel after renovation. We had a problem with the room, the friendly staff gave as a better room. It was an excellent upgrade, made our vacation. Beautiful hotel with such a sense of class and charm. The rooms are incredible. The suite has a Jacuzzi on the balcony with a nice view. Breakfast is fabulous.
Location is very good. Service is average. Maintenance below average. Staff was very friendly. Very limited options in breakfast menu.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the American Embassy, so it’s a safe area. There are tons of restaurant nearby. Cozy rooms and good views, we had a window that opened into the square with a nice view of the Pantheon.
The place is fantastic. Renovated hotel with great roof top garden. The breakfast is poor, which is strange for a 5 star hotel! But staff is frendly and helpfull. Rooms are specious and comfortable!
Have been at this hotel many times. It's not five star to me, but if you get the right room, it could be a five star. People are always friendly. Very clean. Bar is nice and quiet. And you can't beat the location, just down the street from the Pantheon.
Spacious rooms. Good location. Very clean. Really good reviews from the roof top bar. Would recommend this hotel. Piano in the reception area which is played most evenings. A little pricy in the bar. But then that's to be expected in a 5 star hotel.
The hotel is lovely, very old, located in the historic centre, but in need of renovation already ohhh very long time... If it was a plane, he would have forbidden to fly 10 years ago... All outdated, smelled of old age... the Only thing that could improve the rating, it's low price, but alas the price tag on 5+. So 3 points...

I am here now. The hotel is amazing! The doors are framed with marble, the walls have a suede like material on them, the doors in leather. Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night. I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.
Incredible location! Close to shopping, restaurants and a taxi stand right out front. We had a room with a view of the Piazza and fountain. The sunsets were beautiful from our patio. The staff were very friendly and made great dinner reservations. Our room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as an excellent choice.
Overall, this was a decent stay. I read a lot of reviews and ignored the fact that many people complained about the AC; however, Rome in August is no joke. Our AC was no exception. Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife visiting Rome from the United States. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was phenomenal (included due to Hilton status). I was really disappointed with this hotel. I’ll start with the negatives and then give the positives. The rooms need some attention but other than that a fantastic place. Nothing beats a lunch in the courtyard. Fantastic location to explore Rome.
I am not staying here but I visited to look at the architecture of the building and during our exploration we came across the cutest little kitty kat asleep in the adjacent room to the lobby. A natural way to keep unwanted guests from inhabiting the hotel. Excellent

Great service by the bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Marco, the barman, was a fantastic host, empathic and joyful while working perfectly. The Negroni is great, their secret sauce makes it even better. And you also have a great garden view.

Friendly staff, good service and very good breakfast was included in our room. Christina from front desk was very helpful and gave us a good price to upgrade the room we booked. The room was spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The room service brought all what we asked right away. I wish they had a coffee machine at the room.
wonderful and friendly staff, amazing location for sightseeing and shopping, surrounded with restaurants. the rooms though are not equipped properly....no sockets near the tea kettle...sockets in general do not work...we used the bedroom socket boil water in the kettle for tea...sockets can be used are near the bed only...free TV is only showing news....everything else is paid....not even a single...
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great hotel, fabulous services find the concierge who are great if you have places to visit. The roof top terrace bar is atmospheric & the staff are very helpful. The drinks / food is expensive but worth it if you want to treat yourself
Excellent location and conveniently located not far from center of Rome. Hotel services and accommodation is very good but it needs to be better. Staff some are very good, others need not as much.

Hotel delivered a first class stay with all the amenities one expects at a hotel of this caliber. Moreover the staff were all lovely, attentive and had great attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and for me the location is perfect, close to everything but slightly north of the chaos !
It was our first time in Rome and this hotel was perfect. It was located on the ideal street. The staff was so helpful as we navigated our way around Rome. The rooms were comfortable and the food at the restaurant was great. I wish we had time for the spa treatments because they looked amazing! We highly recommended.
So here’s the thing. If this was a 3 star hotel it would have gotten a 5 star review from me. But as a hotel promoting itself as a 5 star hotel it got my 3 star rating. Here’s why. We rented the highest category suite in the hotel. It was lovely. Definitely “5 star”, and impressed us when we first walked in. Everything then went downhill. The toilet that didn’t work for 2 days. The failure...
Very nice staff and beautiful room. I have been here a month ago in my best trip of my life, an italian tour. Rome was my last stop and I felt in love of this property. Very good located and best view from my room.
Love so much peoples works here , smiling listening, nice energy. And room also very comfortable, with a spa with jacuzzi and sauna was so nice too. Wonderful moment at Rome. Hope can try the suite next time 🫢
This hotel is truly amazing. We stayed there twice on our Italian vacations and were not disappointed. The staff is delightful and knowledgeable, and the hotel's public areas are spotless and shining. The concierge has superb knowledge of Rome and can get you into any museum. Breakfast is awesome and the breakfast area is a work of art. And of course: LOCATION !!!

My grandparents had a lovely lunch here. A rarity to be able to enjoy such a calm rooftop in the middle of busy Rome. The food was great and the staff was friendly. Can recommend!
Hotel de Ville captures the essence of Rome with an effortless charm and sophistication. The service is simply impeccable—from check-in to the smallest detail, every interaction is marked by genuine warmth and professionalism. Dining here is a revelation; each meal feels curated with a devotion to both quality and authentic Italian flavors, which is, quite simply, a treat in itself. The hotel’s interior...
Me and my friend visited the Cielo terrace bar at Hotel de la Ville. The view of the entire city was magical. We ordered 4 different cocktails and each was unique!! The food we tried was amazing, full of italian flavors. The atmosphere was unforgettable and the service excels and everyone was welcoming and gave us great recommendations on what to order. Definitely worth to visit when in Rome!
We had an amazing stay at Hotel de la Ville during our recent trip to Rome. Obviously, Rome has a plethora of 5 star options, and we were extremely pleased with our choice from the moment we arrived. We were traveling to celebrate several special events at once, and we were not only warmly greeted upon arrival by name by Signor Chau, the manager, but the front desk could not have been lovelier, and...
We were traveling our first time to Rome for 6 nights. The first night we stayed at another hotel. It was not to our liking. I called reservations at De La Ville at 9am at spoke with Sonia. She was fantastic and able to make a booking for 5 nights. At 11am we checked in and were greeted by Angelica and Merle. They treated us like family and shows up to probable the best rooms we have ever stayed. ...
Spectacular hotel, the staff, the rooms, the service and the atmosphere made our experience the best hotel experience we have ever had! We entered each day feeling like we were coming home to family. We would highly recommend anyone hoping to have a seamless and wholesome experience in Rome ❤️

Fantastic Hotel in Rome with an exceptional service and breakfast! We stayed here for a few days pre-pandemic and had a lovely few days. The breakfast room was fabulous, overlooking the garden and the pool area. The hotel is slightly away from the historical part of the city but thanks to that it was more quiet and relaxing and there was a complimentary van service that would drop you off in the centre...
Hidden treasure - we were one of the last guest in Feb 2020 (and many times before that). While the building itself could use some fresh paint - the soft product is outstanding. Breakfast / Room service / Dinner are of incredible quality. The whole team always goes the extra mile for guests
We stayed here last year and I can not speak well enough of just how beautiful this place is. We got to relax by the gorgeous pool with music and bar service after our days in the city. The staff was just amazing, catering to our every need. It's an oasis! You won't even know you are in Rome until you walk through the lovely park to get to the city. This is a must! We have done many hotels in Europe...
Amazing evening, we had a special drink made with dovuta infused with sea urchins, cocchi red vermouth, fevertree tonic and cappers, served with a super selection of canapes, we had soon after a selection of cheese with a full body red wine, service was attentive and smarth, we followed the recommendation of Danilo at the bar and Nicola the sommelier,. This place is highly recommended if u want to...
Great hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms are huge! The old-fashioned style hotel. The small garden in the hotel is a great place to sit and with your favorite book. Spa has great range of treatments with top quality products from local brand or internationally recognized cult-favorites. Gym is small but has all the things that you’ll need. The facility is spotless clean, no stinky gym...
The hotel is so gracious and elegant that it felt almost out of a different time. Everyone who works here is warm, helpful, and full of wisdom. The hotel is slightly up the way from the center of Rome which was perfect for us as we could walk to our morning tour of the Borghese Gallery (perfect), take a morning stroll through the Borghese park (beautiful), and enjoy lunch at the gracious Museum of...
