The room, bar, and hospitality staff were a 5 star. My last night at this hotel, I kept trying to flag down a waiter at dinner and was ignored for a request for a spoon to eat my dessert by several staff members. I ended up leaving my dessert at the table.
Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful pool gardens were in bloom in November. Lovely breakfast buffet. Cute bar with piano. Would stay here again when visiting Rome as a quick cab ride to most sites.
There is a bus steps away from the hotel that will take you to the tourist spots (we took the 98 or 881 on the days we visited the Colosseum, ruins, and Vatican). Gym is 24/7 and has three treadmills, a cardio room, elliptical machines, bicycle, dumbbells from 1kg up to 10kg, and more. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of sweet and savory items. On our last day, I there was a vegan croissant...
would stay here again! breakfast was included and it was fabulous with great variety. rooms were basic but clean and large. the shower had good water pressure. the staff knew it was my husbands birthday and brought out a slice of cake and the staff sang happy birthday. very friendly staff and great service
We were just here for one night because we got into Rome very late and wanted a hotel somewhat near the airport. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The service was very helpful, especially given the late hour. The pool looked fabulous, but we didn't stay long enough to use it.
The hotel is a little old but well maintained. Rooms are average size with a balcony. I'll stay here for their amenities. The spa and gym are a really nice way to relax after a long day of roaming around the city. Free access to a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a warm indoor pool until 8:30PM. The outdoor lap pool is also great. There is a bus stop right outside and a great restaurant nearby.

Loved staying there over the years when on business trips, very friendly staff and service. Looking forward to its reopening, any updates on that?
Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see. Service : Service was good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt. Food : Their food was simply amazing. The quality and taste of food were superb. Note : They have a free shuttle service which will take you to...
I loved my stay here. The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful...
Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.
For the money, this property offers a very strong value. I have stayed here two different times & the only thing that I don’t like about the property is that the shower water pressure is very low, which means that showers take a while & are not very soothing. The walk to the metro is a bit perilous, with not much room between you & fast moving cars. Please be careful when making this walk! Hotel has...
The hotel is pretty far from the centre of Rome. Its very suitable for conferences and meetings but not if you're here to see the city as its a 25 minute drive out of town.

Fantastic hotel with awesome staff. Food was amazing and the room was really comfy. The gym and spa was really nice and very high quality equipment. Location is ok, Uber available to get into Rome is needed. Drinks 🍷 were very expensive at around €23 a cocktail. Overall, fantastic experience.
Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city. Service here truly shone as 5-star with their helpful and friendly attitude and the little touches they add such as setting out your slippers at night , bathroom mirrors that don’t fog up, and specially scented...
I stayed in this hotel last week for one night and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for the service that has been provided. They have upgraded us and added a nice amenity as a welcoming gift. I was celebrating my cousin’s birthday and they delivered us a nice room with an unrivaled view of Rome. Service and staff are super friendly and professional and I really appreciate the service given...
Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Restaurants are too expensive. Food quality is good but does not command the price. Location is too far out. Would recommend this property for those who do not intend to spend much time in the central part of the city but rather prefer to relax and have a resort experience. The nature/plants and birds on the property, and the adjacent tennis facility are excellent
Rome Cavalieri was an amazing hotel. It feels like a palace with how nice is it. Every restaurant was amazing and had one of the best waffles of my life for breakfast. The hotel also had the nicest steam room/cold plunge I ever experienced and massage was sensational. Also ordered room service multiple nights and food was mouth watering. One thing I also liked is that they have a shuttle service that...
One of my favorite properties all around. Pros: Decor of the rooms is splendid. Lovely touches all around. The grounds are just beautiful. The 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool give you lots of space to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Excellent views of Rome. Cons: A bit far from everything else in Rome. Will take you 25-30 minutes to get anywhere you want to go. There's really only...

This hotel is AMAZING!!! I typically stay in 5 starts hotels, but I do NOT regret staying here. A.Roma is an excellent place to stay because of the following reasons: the rooms are very spacious and the option of the family room is perfect when you travel with family or children, the spa is WOW as they have a variety of treatments available in addition of the massages, the staff is very professional...
My stay at the A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after exploring Rome. The outdoor pool was refreshing and well-maintained, offering a great spot to relax. The hotel’s restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, blending local and international flavors in...
Amazing Lifestyle hotel, great food, excellent service, polite and helpful staff. We went for buffet but very limited vegan and veg restaurants but a huge variety of food otherwise with unlimited local wine and beers. If you are vegan or vegetarian then I do not recommend this restaurant. Very far from the city taxi takes about €30 one way but it was a struggle coming back. Excellent hotel btw
The hotel is fine, but our room was cold, and the reception didn’t care at all. They told us that the heating season hadn’t started yet. If I’m paying €400 per night, I’d really like the option to have heating. Meanwhile, it was nice and warm at the reception. The wellness area isn’t included in the price at all and is quite expensive.
We had a great stay at A. Roma Lifestyle Hotel. We stayed in a family suite which was two connecting rooms with 4 bathrooms total! Wow! The whole hotel has an elegant vibe to it and many lovely pieces of art displayed throughout. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful with arranging taxi services. The buffet breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods but certain items would get snatched...
Had a wonderful stay here, the staff were very kind and welcoming, the initiative with the €15 off if you hang a sign on your door that says about you and the cleaners not cleaning your room saving water and the environment! The breakfast was unreal and very filling with lots and lots of delicious pastries and items, although the apple and orange juice tasted like flavoured water. The rooms were very...

Great location, nice big room (had interconnected rooms for my family of 5), comfy beds and all. Front desk was quick to respond when items were missing in the room and when we had key card issues. Excellent location Beautiful hotel close to the train station (5 min walk) and excellent for walking to the sites of Rome and finding restaurants. The room was very modern and elegant, a great value for the price in comparison to other nearby hotels. This hotel is in a great location and close to many points of interest. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and we had fun chatting with Marco. Our room was nice and spacious. Stayed here for 6 nights. The buffet breakfast is excellent, the air conditioning was fantastic. All the staff were so friendly, especially the greeter lady at the breakfast. I wish every hotel had this. I would stay here...
We had an amazing time in the hotel, rooms are neat and spacious. The bathroom is big with both bathtub and a shower area with an overhead and hand held shower. We were very satisfied when we stayed there in 2022 ! But this year we would stay in this hotel, but it is closed now. Why ???? No reason is permitted-
The hotel is old. Probably built in the 70's and never renewed. Windows have bad noise insulation. Truly old fashioned. The staff is very friendly and helpful though.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel . The location is very good , close to everything we needed. The rooms are good, but the TV had only channels in Italian language , which is disappointing , The breakfast is very delicious , coffee is amazing, they have coffee machine, its free, The baristas’ and restaurant staff are very kind and pleasant. This is an older establishment conveniently located to visit the old city and its miriad of monuments and sites worth visiting. The hotel only serves breakfast, it has no on premises restaurant, but you are in a good place to find all kinds of eateries, trattorias, cafés and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, but date from an era where travelers would only need to plug in a shaver,...
Dated small room. Needs a rehab. Decent location. What is with the coffee coming from dispensary machines?
Good location. Had 3 in my room - very spacious compared to some of the other hotels we've been to. Staff was very polite and helpful!
The hotel exceeded all expectations; close to city center, walking distance. Everyday cleaning, attentive and friendly personell; tasty italian breakfasts. Highly recommend. Next time in Rome I will choose this place again. The breakfasts were quite traditional for Italy, fresh cakes, bread, cheese&ham, a lot of fruit.

A very well kept and comfortable little hotel in the heart of Rome. We had a very enjoyable stay here, with comfortable rooms, a very attentive staff and a great rooftop terrace to enjoy the sites of Rome from in the afternoon. From arrival to departure, our stay was excellent. The room was amazing with outstanding views and the staff were so helpful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Within close walking distance of all major sites and security was good given the hotel is close to the Parliament building.
Service was amazing! Front desk staff was very attentive. What made the stay even better, was Georgia at the bar. She was such a treat, truly cares about all of the guest and treated everyone like a close friend. We stayed here for a few nights and every time she saw us she made sure to check in on us. She even remembered us when we came back a week later towards the end of our trip. She makes amazing...
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. Great location, quiet area and quick walking distance to just about all the sites! Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. I am not impressed! Location is not central. Close to the worst front desk staff that I have ever encountered. I asked for a concierge 3 times and was given a different story each time. Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, great room (got an upgrade to a suite as a VIP member). It's near a bus stop which takes you to and from the Central Termini (and another one goes to the Vatican). Breakfast was very good. We used the rooftop bar for drinks and that was extremely pleasant, especially in the sun. Couple of restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again.
Located directly above the subway terminal, easy to get around Rome using public transportation. Awesome daily breakfast buffet, with lots of food choices! No swimming pool. The Rooftop Restaurant has great views. Quiet.
My second visit to Rome and I stayed at Radisson both times, The hotel is very calm and away from the crowds. It is easy to get to the city by metro and bus station just in front of the hotel! I will give you 5* with the hope you will improve. As a 5* hotel , in my opinion the refreshment drinks in the room should be out of charge. The hotel is good. Location is convenient to Termini and and shopping and some restaurants. The neighborhood is not so nice; maybe safe enough I guess at least during the day, but feels scary especially in the night.
One of the best Hotel in Rome. Really close to Termini station. Modern, with pool at 7th floor and American museum concept (a rarity in Rome). Did not taste the restaurant and cocktail bar yet. Great deep house DJ set on Thursday evening.
This is certainly not my favorite Radisson. It's on a convenient location by the train station, but walking back to the hotel at night I didn't feel particularly safe in this neighborhood. This hotel does not disappoint - everything from the grounds, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast and even the location in a park like setting. Don’t miss it.
Nice p(a)lace. Good for businessmeetings. Bit out of the city-center, but enough affordable food-places and shops around. Noisy rooms.
Extremely nice barstaff, hotel grounds and main floor lovely, reception staff let it down, as some seemed to speak between themselves about us, rooms 4th floor just have roof light, no windows, claustrophobic, paid to move to 3rd floor with window. Just needs a bit more TLC, but found service in Italy generally the same to be fair, a shame.
First impressions are everything and this has the wow factor. Our room wasn't the best in fairness but we got upgraded the next night. Very enjoyable.
Impressive building but when you step inside it is excessively decorated. It could be more classic to match the outside and the marvellous surroundings that make you feel that you are in the Roman countryside.

The service was exceptional, with...
Beautiful experience in this Hotel, the design is very modern and elegant. The room was very colorful, comfortable and very clean. Was very impressed because my sheets where changed every day for all of my stay. The corridors were very quiet and with a pleasant perfume. Will definitely come back. Thank you Villa Pamphili 🫶🏻
We were placed in the hotel by Qatar on a layover. The hotel is wonderful, the staff so friendly. Every one of them was so helpful, smiling, they went out of their way to make our experience an enjoyable one. The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. The food was really tasty and well presented. Tonight for dinner we had 3 young waiters who excelled, Alessandro, Amedao and Prince.
The hotel has been wonderful, the food and restaurant is great. The decoration is wonderful even though you’re a little outside the city the view is amazing. The pool is huge. It included a breakfast buffet. Our waiters name was Alessandro and he was great. We had dessert in the evening and some tea. We would definitely stay again.
Fantastic hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The rooms were neat and clean. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful with our rooms, calling a cab whenever we needed, and providing us information for our first visit to Rome. The food in their restaurant is beyond delicious. Breakfast came with our hotel stay and it’s something you don...
Very stunning hotel and some nice staff. Annoyances were the mosquitoes, ridiculously early cleaning times for rooms and the pool being closed for more than half of our stay with no prior awareness of this as well as extra costs for ridiculous things like 5euros for spa robe, 8euros for breakfast omelette.

The room was decent—nothing special, but clean. The bathroom quality varies depending on the room. Unfortunately, mine had a moldy ceiling this week, while others were fine. It seems like my bathroom is due for a renovation, but they haven't done it yet. Breakfast options: toast, kind of roll, cheese, ham etc. Nothing special but you won't get hungry. On the positive side, the terrace view was amazing...
Tourist hotel with much going for it and a bit missing too. Great location, spotlessly clean, 24 hour concierge, and nothing is too much trouble. So all good there. But can't switch Sky TV to English, no gentle side lights, and no tea making in room. No big deal, but why spoil a good experience for such trivial issues .
We booked this hotel for a 6-nights stay and it was overall a pretty good experience. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They clearly understood the agreement about how to behave with clients. The rooms are clean, big enough. Ours had the shower in the bedroom space, which is kind of disturbing but didn’t bother us that much. We had a locker and fridge in our room. The breakfast...
Very good location, buses, metro and most of the attractions quite close, 6 min to Vatican. Clean rooms with super comfortable bed. Reception is on 4th floor. Beautiful terrace.
Good location, 10 minutes walking to Vatican City. Reception staff were amazing. On the top of the room they have a terrace with a bar , with a nice view over the Basilica St. Peter. I would recommand !
A nice hotel 🏨 in a good location in Rome. I paid 238.20 euro for 3 nights here with breakfast excluding tourist tax. The hotel is good value for money with a rooftop garden on top floor, gym and massage services available. The highlight of the hotel for me was the rooftop garden which gives you great views of the city of Rome. The hotel breakfast was nice and there was a good selection available....

The staffs were really nice and friendly especially Michela (sorry if the spelling is incorrect (:) She was very accommodating. It was very 5-star hotel like! We would stay in Rome Times Hotel again when in Rome! Everything was accessible, the location was great! Room was amazing & clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be staying in Rome! Again, thanks a lot, guys! See you again!
Rooms nice and clean and modern. Could do with proper cups instead of paper ones. Reception staff friendly and helpful about where to visit. Nice and quiet at night. No views from the windows.
The best location!! Walking distance from everything! Warm and friendly staff, clean spacious room. Would come back and stay here again!
Close to major attractions. Walking distance to the train station. Up scale and modern. Free phone in room. Great AC. Great bed on the firm side. Nice continental breakfast.
Amazing hotel with excellent service. The room is very nice, plus the free mini bar on the first night is a great addition. The staff are extremely friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasent. Would definitely recommend.
In general, the hotel is ok but you have to ask for everything such as, the tooth brush, iron machine and tea bags. However, the location is amazing

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was spacious, clean, and smelled amazing. Every little detail thought of. I also LOVED the bathroom and shower. The staff were amazing, endless reservations made for us with great recommendations. We never had to touch our luggage, and a taxi was called for us when we checked out. I've never experienced such a great place. I loved the area and got to get to know it very...
Great property. Amazing rooms and service, very friendly and responsive staff, the included breakfast could be better with more options but apart from that all good, will be going back for sure.
Great hotel and kind staff. The location is not central, but it is not bad either. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, and the option of booking the private spa is encouraging for any couple that would like to book. Overall, it is a 4-star to 5-star hotel.
Loved our short stay at this beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a fantastic balcony and welcomed with a bottle of champagne and cupcake. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Rome. I also love that the lobby had free umbrellas to rent which was perfect for a rainy afternoon.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Really nice stuff, very helpful. Room has the most beautiful bathroom I have ever stayed at and I love traveling.the room is spacious with gorgeous tall sealing and beautiful architectural details. Location is superb, 10-15 min to all major attractions such as Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Coliseum is a little further but still walking distance. They gave us great recommendations...

I am here now. The hotel is amazing! The doors are framed with marble, the walls have a suede like material on them, the doors in leather. The on-site breakfast was fantastic, the staff amazingly warm and friendly. I spend >150 nights per year in a hotel and this has to be a top 5 of my lifetime. I was upgraded to a corner suite and am enjoying every minute here at the hotel. Note: The subway...
I had to make a last minute accommodation change due to an emergency at the place I was originally staying. I walked over to Bernini to see if there was a room available. I explained what was happening and that it was my birthday and the hotel was able to accommodate my room need. As a way to make me feel special, I got a surprise dessert sent to my room. And upstairs at the rooftop bar, the staff...
Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night. I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.
Incredible location! Close to shopping, restaurants and a taxi stand right out front. We had a room with a view of the Piazza and fountain. The sunsets were beautiful from our patio. The staff were very friendly and made great dinner reservations. Our room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as an excellent choice.
Overall, this was a decent stay. I read a lot of reviews and ignored the fact that many people complained about the AC; however, Rome in August is no joke. Our AC was no exception. It would blow air, and at night would finally get down to maybe 78 degrees Fahrenheit (despite having it set on the lowest option). We shared that our room was incredibly hot and were given a fan, which made a little difference...
Took my family here and had an amazing time. There is a taxi stand right outside which was great for my Nana since she was exhausted by the end of our trip. They also let us keep our luggage their until our room was ready so we could explore the city, which was just amazing. Breakfast was insanely nice, but having drinks on the rooftop at night looking out at the city and the fountain in front was...
