Great hotel located in the center of all of the tourist sites in Rome. The breakfast was decent, and they had gluten-free breads. The 16th century building and the rooms are beautiful and ornately decorated. There was some street noise, however, despite three panes of window glass, but it didn't bother us. Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Location was great. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Lovely hotel, the room/bathroom felt quite luxurious and the breakfast spread was excellent. As we were leaving early in the morning for our flight, the receptionist even kindly offered to put us together a packed breakfast for the journey. Great location too, close to the Trevi Fountain.

Loved our short stay at this beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a fantastic balcony and welcomed with a bottle of champagne and cupcake. The staff was rude and not welcoming to my daughter and me. You have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter/exit the hotel. The breakfast was very basic and the pastries were not fresh. Our room was nice and we enjoyed the rooftop. I would not stay here again.

I booked the 2 bedroom with sofa bed. It was perfect for the family. The service is wonderful as expected from the Marriott group. The staff and especially the front desk are wonderful. It is in a residential area, so nothing much to do if you like to walk around. But the nearby park is great. The train station is nearby. Not too far from Vatican city, but it is farther to Central Rome.

An important shortcoming of this 5 star hotel is that it lacks a working airconditioning. This is the case for all rooms. In November the room temperature was 26 °C! Comfortable rooms with extra amenities and a public area on the first floor to meet and relax. The staff was extremely friendly and d supportive. The breakfast buffet plentiful and reasonably good. Rooms clean, but small. The staff is very nice, helpful and speaks English well. Only downfall is that the temperature of the water, in the shower, kept changing from really hot to really cold.

Great hotel, fabulous services find the concierge who are great if you have places to visit. The roof top terrace bar is atmospheric & the staff are very helpful. The drinks / food is expensive but worth it if you want to treat yourself

Excellent location and conveniently located not far from center of Rome. Hotel services and accommodation is very good but it needs to be better. Staff some are very good, others need not as much.
