The room, bar, and hospitality staff were a 5 star. My last night at this hotel, I kept trying to flag down a waiter at dinner and was ignored for a request for a spoon to eat my dessert by several staff members. I ended up leaving my dessert at the table.

Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful pool gardens were in bloom in November. Lovely breakfast buffet. Cute bar with piano. Would stay here again when visiting Rome as a quick cab ride to most sites.

There is a bus steps away from the hotel that will take you to the tourist spots (we took the 98 or 881 on the days we visited the Colosseum, ruins, and Vatican). Gym is 24/7 and has three treadmills, a cardio room, elliptical machines, bicycle, dumbbells from 1kg up to 10kg, and more. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of sweet and savory items. We were just here for one night because we got into Rome very late and wanted a hotel somewhat near the airport. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The service was very helpful, especially given the late hour. The pool looked fabulous, but we didn't stay long enough to use it.

The hotel is a little old but well maintained. Rooms are average size with a balcony. I'll stay here for their amenities. The spa and gym are a really nice way to relax after a long day of roaming around the city. Free access to a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a warm indoor pool until 8:30PM. The outdoor lap pool is also great. There is a bus stop right outside and a great restaurant nearby.

Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. For the money, this property offers a very strong value. The hotel is fine, but our room was cold, and the reception didn’t care at all. They told us that the heating season hadn’t started yet. If I’m paying €400 per night, I’d really like the option to have heating. Meanwhile, it was nice and warm at the reception. We stayed in a premium room with balcony, I loved the interior. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was around 10 min walking to nearest shopping places cafes and restaurants but the staff made it easier for us to find shortcuts and taxis.

We were placed in the hotel by Qatar on a layover. The hotel is wonderful, the staff so friendly. Every one of them was so helpful, smiling, they went out of their way to make our experience an enjoyable one. The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. The food was really tasty and well presented. Tonight for dinner we had 3 young waiters who excelled, Alessandro, Amedao and Prince.

The hotel has been wonderful, the food and restaurant is great. The decoration is wonderful even though you’re a little outside the city the view is amazing. The pool is huge. It included a breakfast buffet. Our waiters name was Alessandro and he was great. We had dessert in the evening and some tea. We would definitely stay again.

Very stunning hotel and some nice staff. Annoyances were the mosquitoes, ridiculously early cleaning times for rooms and the pool being closed for more than half of our stay with no prior awareness of this as well as extra costs for ridiculous things like 5euros for spa robe, 8euros for breakfast omelette.

The room was decent—nothing special, but clean. The bathroom quality varies depending on the room. Unfortunately, mine had a moldy ceiling this week, while others were fine. It seems like my bathroom is due for a renovation, but they haven't done it yet. Breakfast options: toast, kind of roll, cheese, ham etc. Nothing special but you won't get hungry. Tourist hotel with much going for it and a bit missing too. Great location, spotlessly clean, 24 hour concierge, and nothing is too much trouble. So all good there. But can't switch Sky TV to English, no gentle side lights, and no tea making in room. No big deal, but why spoil a good experience for such trivial issues .

A nice hotel 🏨 in a good location in Rome. I paid 238.20 euro for 3 nights here with breakfast excluding tourist tax. The hotel is good value for money with a rooftop garden on top floor, gym and massage services available. Great hotel and kind staff. The location is not central, but it is not bad either. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, and the option of booking the private spa is encouraging for any couple that would like to book. Overall, it is a 4-star to 5-star hotel.

Loved our short stay at this beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a fantastic balcony and welcomed with a bottle of champagne and cupcake. Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night. I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.

Incredible location! Close to shopping, restaurants and a taxi stand right out front. We had a room with a view of the Piazza and fountain. The sunsets were beautiful from our patio.
