The room, bar, and hospitality staff were a 5 star. My last night at this hotel, I kept trying to flag down a waiter at dinner and was ignored for a request for a spoon to eat my dessert by several staff members. I ended up leaving my dessert at the table.

Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful pool gardens were in bloom in November. Lovely breakfast buffet. Cute bar with piano. Would stay here again when visiting Rome as a quick cab ride to most sites.

There is a bus steps away from the hotel that will take you to the tourist spots (we took the 98 or 881 on the days we visited the Colosseum, ruins, and Vatican). Gym is 24/7 and has three treadmills, a cardio room, elliptical machines, bicycle, dumbbells from 1kg up to 10kg, and more. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of sweet and savory items. would stay here again! breakfast was included and it was fabulous with great variety. rooms were basic but clean and large. the shower had good water pressure. the staff knew it was my husbands birthday and brought out a slice of cake and the staff sang happy birthday. very friendly staff and great service

We were just here for one night because we got into Rome very late and wanted a hotel somewhat near the airport. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The service was very helpful, especially given the late hour. The pool looked fabulous, but we didn't stay long enough to use it.

The hotel is a little old but well maintained. Rooms are average size with a balcony. I'll stay here for their amenities. The spa and gym are a really nice way to relax after a long day of roaming around the city. Free access to a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a warm indoor pool until 8:30PM. The outdoor lap pool is also great. There is a bus stop right outside and a great restaurant nearby.

Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. For the money, this property offers a very strong value. The hotel is fine, but our room was cold, and the reception didn’t care at all. They told us that the heating season hadn’t started yet. If I’m paying €400 per night, I’d really like the option to have heating. Meanwhile, it was nice and warm at the reception. Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night. I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.

I have payed extra for a superior double room and expected to have much more space than those 13m2. Overall, the whole place is pretty tiny, which you don't expect after looking at all those gorgeous pictures on booking. com. But the location is great of course. The breakfast was good. Fantastic hotel perfectly located in Rome nextdoor to the Pantheon. The staff was incredibly friendly, rooms were large, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Breakfast was fantastic! Some rooms have a better view than others. Would recommend.

Brilliant hotel, friendly helpful staff and an excellent location. A quirky old building which means the WIFI was not great but a fine excuse to finish work early and explore the area. Breakfast was the best on my trip I imagine the court yard garden is ideal for breakfast in the summer. Would definitely stay again.

Although the hotel rooms need update, overall the property is well maintained. The front desk service is customer focused. Two front desk staff, Annalise & Lali, are head and shoulders above their peers. The restaurant service and food quality are fair. Although the facility is distant from main Ancient Rome attractions, access is facilitated by a somewhat reliable 30-40 minute tram.

I booked the 2 bedroom with sofa bed. It was perfect for the family. The service is wonderful as expected from the Marriott group. The staff and especially the front desk are wonderful. It is in a residential area, so nothing much to do if you like to walk around. But the nearby park is great. The train station is nearby. Not too far from Vatican city, but it is farther to Central Rome.
