Wonderful amenities (complimentary access to the spa, breakfast and the shuttle bus was a SUPER PLUS). Wonderful staff and service. The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars was because the room although Spacious with a nice view from the balcony, left much to be desired in the ways of cleanliness/upkeep. The sofa was all stained, dirty and completely sunken in (not suitable for sitting so...
Visited in mid-July and cannot thank the staff enough for going above and beyond. They catered to our every need and ensured our stay was extremely positive. Loved the fact that the hotel had a pool, as it was a great way to wind down after a day out sightseeing. The location is great, as all the main sights are easily accessible within 20 minutes. Restaurant options within hotel were good and rooms...
Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge. Pool is great when its sweltering! Location is peaceful but be prepared to use a lot of taxi's for going into Rome or the shuttle bus.
My family of 12 stayed at the Crowne Plaza (St. Peter's) for 4 days. We booked everything via IHG website, which you can text at anytime with any questions you might have and they actually reply right away. The hotel personnel was very accommodating. Fantastic for kids as it offers a pool and A/C for the hot summer days. The hotel transport services were very reliable, they picked us up on time at...
Every time I walk through the entrance of the Crowne Plaza St. Peter’s, I feel like I’m coming home. It’s not just the beauty of the property, surrounded by greenery and away from the chaos of the city center, nor the impeccable services that make it an excellent choice for any type of stay. It’s above all the welcoming, authentic atmosphere that can be felt in every corner of the hotel. A special...
We had a bad experienced with the hotel because they gave us the wrong key and worst that wrong key was able to open the room which was already occupied. Our concerned is the privacy of the hotel guest due to wrong key provided by the staff.

Loved staying there over the years when on business trips, very friendly staff and service. Looking forward to its reopening, any updates on that?
Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see. Service : Service was good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt. Food : Their food was simply amazing. The quality and taste of food were superb. Note : They have a free shuttle service which will take you to...
I loved my stay here. The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful...
Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.
For the money, this property offers a very strong value. I have stayed here two different times & the only thing that I don’t like about the property is that the shower water pressure is very low, which means that showers take a while & are not very soothing. The walk to the metro is a bit perilous, with not much room between you & fast moving cars. Please be careful when making this walk! Hotel has...
The hotel is pretty far from the centre of Rome. Its very suitable for conferences and meetings but not if you're here to see the city as its a 25 minute drive out of town.

Fantastic hotel with awesome staff. Food was amazing and the room was really comfy. The gym and spa was really nice and very high quality equipment. Location is ok, Uber available to get into Rome is needed. Drinks 🍷 were very expensive at around €23 a cocktail. Overall, fantastic experience.
Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city. Service here truly shone as 5-star with their helpful and friendly attitude and the little touches they add such as setting out your slippers at night , bathroom mirrors that don’t fog up, and specially scented...
I stayed in this hotel last week for one night and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for the service that has been provided. They have upgraded us and added a nice amenity as a welcoming gift. I was celebrating my cousin’s birthday and they delivered us a nice room with an unrivaled view of Rome. Service and staff are super friendly and professional and I really appreciate the service given...
Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Restaurants are too expensive. Food quality is good but does not command the price. Location is too far out. Would recommend this property for those who do not intend to spend much time in the central part of the city but rather prefer to relax and have a resort experience. The nature/plants and birds on the property, and the adjacent tennis facility are excellent
Rome Cavalieri was an amazing hotel. It feels like a palace with how nice is it. Every restaurant was amazing and had one of the best waffles of my life for breakfast. The hotel also had the nicest steam room/cold plunge I ever experienced and massage was sensational. Also ordered room service multiple nights and food was mouth watering. One thing I also liked is that they have a shuttle service that...
One of my favorite properties all around. Pros: Decor of the rooms is splendid. Lovely touches all around. The grounds are just beautiful. The 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool give you lots of space to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Excellent views of Rome. Cons: A bit far from everything else in Rome. Will take you 25-30 minutes to get anywhere you want to go. There's really only...

Very good 👌 Very good service
Just one night, but it was very good. I hope the price can be better next time.
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance.I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. very nice stay . you can go to the down town in 10 minutes with a small train . very satisfied
I liked the service of the staff, they are polite, answer questions. I liked the breakfast: there is a boiled egg, and greens, and sausages, and cakes. Every guest will find something for themselves. The room is generally comfortable, in winter the hotel is warm. But the windows are a bit leaky and you can hear the noise from the road periodically. The towels and robe are good. Average cleaning...
I stayed at the Radisson Grand Hotel Ritz and overall the experience was good. The room was clean and well-organized, with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. However, the soundproofing leaves much to be desired: external noises and those from other rooms are clearly audible, making it difficult to rest. A particularly negative aspect was the taxi management: I had booked a car for 7:30...
Location is really good. Public transportation is close, and taxi distance from main tourist points are not bad (15 euros). The staff was amazing! Fantastic hotel. Hard to see why this isn't 5 star. Everything was excellent. About 15 minutes outside the city but transfer / shuttle bus / taxis are all organized by the hotel
This hotel is AMAZING!!! I typically stay in 5 starts hotels, but I do NOT regret staying here. A.Roma is an excellent place to stay because of the following reasons: the rooms are very spacious and the option of the family room is perfect when you travel with family or children, the spa is WOW as they have a variety of treatments available in addition of the massages, the staff is very professional...
My stay at the A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The outdoor pool was refreshing and well-maintained, offering a great spot to relax. The hotel’s restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, blending local and international flavors in...
Amazing Lifestyle hotel, great food, excellent service, polite and helpful staff. We went for buffet but very limited vegan and veg restaurants but a huge variety of food otherwise with unlimited local wine and beers. If you are vegan or vegetarian then I do not recommend this restaurant. Very far from the city taxi takes about €30 one way but it was a struggle coming back. Excellent hotel btw
The hotel is fine, but our room was cold, and the reception didn’t care at all. They told us that the heating season hadn’t started yet. If I’m paying €400 per night, I’d really like the option to have heating. Meanwhile, it was nice and warm at the reception. The wellness area isn’t included in the price at all and is quite expensive.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy and stylish decor that made for a very enjoyable dining environment. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I especially enjoyed the [insert dish name, if you’d like], which stood out as a highlight of the meal.
The hotel accommodations were fantastic. What made our stay so special was the staff. Everyone from the front desk staff to the bell captains to the restaurant manager and his staff were beyond amazing. Everyone went out of their way to tend to our every need. The Hotel de Russie is an oasis on every level. We will be back!
Exceptional service, quality, and wonderful staff! Mario makes breakfast in the solarium feel like a beautiful family meal that you never want to end! Every detail is attended to and they always strive to do better. Highly recommend staying here when in Rome.
Located in the centre of Rome but far enough from chaos & close to the Spanish steps we were in a beautiful deluxe junior suite overlooking the secret garden. What we really really love is the friendliness off all the staffs. The location is great. We spent the best in Rome. Will definitely back when we have the chance
All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.
The St. Regis Rome truly stands out for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Louise at check-in warmly welcomed us and personally showed us to our room, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. Beautiful hotel in Rome, close to Termini station and walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel is chic and elegant but the staff is warm and welcoming, human. Super satisfied! We forgot our valuables in the room and they kept them for us! ! ! !
The reason for the 3 stars is that it is basically at the level of a 3-star hotel... Rome is just expensive and lousy... The housekeeping staff will take the money on the table as a tip, and will not take the initiative to replace the disposable items in the bathroom. The room is not very big, and there is no welcome fruit or dessert after booking for 5 nights. The view from the balcony room is also...
The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the security is good, the service attitude of the hotel staff is good, and the breakfast is also very good; the hotel facilities are relatively modern and comfortable, and the advancedness is relatively high. The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city. The room is a little small but fairly new. The air conditioner is very quiet and you can have a good rest.
The room is large, but the bathroom is small and you need to turn around to get around. The room was renovated and the floor is very beautiful. The hotel is high-end and exquisite in every way. Hotels in Rome are expensive, but staying at the InterContinental is worth it.
The room size listed on Ctrip is a bit small, but the actual space is quite large. It has been renovated and is very elegant and comfortable.

We were very satisfied when we stayed there in 2022 ! But this year we would stay in this hotel, but it is closed now. Why ???? No reason is permitted-
The hotel is old. Probably built in the 70's and never renewed. Windows have bad noise insulation. Truly old fashioned. The staff is very friendly and helpful though.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel . The location is very good , close to everything we needed. The rooms are good, but the TV had only channels in Italian language , which is disappointing , The breakfast is very delicious , coffee is amazing, they have coffee machine, its free, The baristas’ and restaurant staff are very kind and pleasant. The location is excellent. The hotel is not big, the rooms are not big, but it is exquisite. The breakfast is great, but the soundproofing is not good.
I had to make a last minute accommodation change due to an emergency at the place I was originally staying. I walked over to Bernini to see if there was a room available. Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night. I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.
Incredible location! Close to shopping, restaurants and a taxi stand right out front. We had a room with a view of the Piazza and fountain. The sunsets were beautiful from our patio. The staff were very friendly and made great dinner reservations. Our room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as an excellent choice.
Overall, this was a decent stay. I read a lot of reviews and ignored the fact that many people complained about the AC; however, Rome in August is no joke. Our AC was no exception. I will give you 5* with the hope you will improve. As a 5* hotel , in my opinion the refreshment drinks in the room should be out of charge. The hotel is good. Location is convenient to Termini and and shopping and some restaurants. The neighborhood is not so nice; maybe safe enough I guess at least during the day, but feels scary especially in the night.
One of the best Hotel in Rome. Really close to Termini station. Modern, with pool at 7th floor and American museum concept (a rarity in Rome). Did not taste the restaurant and cocktail bar yet. Great deep house DJ set on Thursday evening.
This is certainly not my favorite Radisson. It's on a convenient location by the train station, but walking back to the hotel at night I didn't feel particularly safe in this neighborhood. The location, the rooms, and the hotel itself are perfect and amazing, but WOW the service here is just something else. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST service, super friendly staff, we’ve encountered in Europe. Francesco at breakfast was the best. We miss him already. And yes, the restaurant has some of the best views in the city
Fantastic restaurant with impeccable service and good pizza. We had the red pizza with capers and olives. It was very good and fresh especially the capers and olives. I also had Italian white wine. The view was stunning, I really did not want to leave. The server was really knowledgeable and gave great service.
Went for a glass of wine on the (small) roof terrace, waited for almost 20 minutes before being served which was surprising as the restaurant was not busy? Very lovely wine, polite staff and as you'd expect from a hotel of this high standard, beautifully decorated throughout.

We were placed in the hotel by Qatar on a layover. The hotel is wonderful, the staff so friendly. Every one of them was so helpful, smiling, they went out of their way to make our experience an enjoyable one. The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. The food was really tasty and well presented. Tonight for dinner we had 3 young waiters who excelled, Alessandro, Amedao and Prince.
The hotel has been wonderful, the food and restaurant is great. The decoration is wonderful even though you’re a little outside the city the view is amazing. The pool is huge. Fantastic hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The rooms were neat and clean. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful with our rooms, calling a cab whenever we needed, and providing us information for our first visit to Rome. The food in their restaurant is beyond delicious. Breakfast came with our hotel stay and it’s something you don...
Very stunning hotel and some nice staff. Annoyances were the mosquitoes, ridiculously early cleaning times for rooms and the pool being closed for more than half of our stay with no prior awareness of this as well as extra costs for ridiculous things like 5euros for spa robe, 8euros for breakfast omelette.

Incredible customer Service, the girls from reception and the bell boys are just wonderful. My friend´s agent hadn´t book a room for me as we talked about, got messed up with the dates, and they could kindly resolve it for me, including a bed into one of my friends´room. Very thoughtful and just lovely.
Lovely hotel in the heart of Rome
Not a bad hotel at all. The rooms are small for the price but they are well appointed and very clean. The bar is very limited in drink selection and closed early on a Friday. The hotel is well located to the termini and then will placed for the Trevi fountain and Colosseum. It's quite accessible for those with mobility and visual needs. Rome in general, less so. Enjoyed our stay and will consider...
Hotel dei Borgia is one of the best, if not the best hotels my husband and i have stayed in! From the moment we walked in, it as very nice and those at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. The room was clean and spotless with a modern bathroom. Breakfast is AMAZING here and my husband could not wait for the next morning to more. Would highly recommend

It is a good hotel in a perfect location and it is affordable as well. If I ever go back to Rome, probably I will stay in the same place. The employees working at the reception are super helpful
The room was decent—nothing special, but clean. The bathroom quality varies depending on the room. Unfortunately, mine had a moldy ceiling this week, while others were fine. It seems like my bathroom is due for a renovation, but they haven't done it yet. Breakfast options: toast, kind of roll, cheese, ham etc. Nothing special but you won't get hungry. On the positive side, the terrace view was amazing...
Amazing view from the roof of the hotel!
The hotel is in a good location for the Vatican but not very good for anything else. The staff are lovely and very helpful but the rooms are very old and quite run down. The “gym” can’t even be classified as such and there wasn’t even complimentary water in the fridge. It’s not a cheap hotel either, the quality/price ratio is very poor. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Not very recommended. There is no quilt on the bed, only a sheet. It is not very clean. We brought a disposable four-piece suit.
Tourist hotel with much going for it and a bit missing too. Great location, spotlessly clean, 24 hour concierge, and nothing is too much trouble. So all good there. But can't switch Sky TV to English, no gentle side lights, and no tea making in room. No big deal, but why spoil a good experience for such trivial issues .
