Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge. Pool is great when its sweltering! Location is peaceful but be prepared to use a lot of taxi's for going into Rome or the shuttle bus.

We had a bad experienced with the hotel because they gave us the wrong key and worst that wrong key was able to open the room which was already occupied. Our concerned is the privacy of the hotel guest due to wrong key provided by the staff.

The hotel is pretty far from the centre of Rome. Its very suitable for conferences and meetings but not if you're here to see the city as its a 25 minute drive out of town.

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The hotel is fine, but our room was cold, and the reception didn’t care at all. They told us that the heating season hadn’t started yet. We were placed in the hotel by Qatar on a layover. The hotel is wonderful, the staff so friendly. Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. Although the hotel rooms need update, overall the property is well maintained. The front desk service is customer focused. The hotel accommodations were fantastic. What made our stay so special was the staff. Everyone from the front desk staff to the bell captains to the restaurant manager and his staff were beyond amazing. Everyone went out of their way to tend to our every need. Hotel delivered a first class stay with all the amenities one expects at a hotel of this caliber. Moreover the staff were all lovely, attentive and had great attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and for me the location is perfect, close to everything but slightly north of the chaos !

It was our first time in Rome and this hotel was perfect. It was located on the ideal street. The staff was so helpful as we navigated our way around Rome. The rooms were comfortable and the food at the restaurant was great. I wish we had time for the spa treatments because they looked amazing! We highly recommended.

This hotel is truly amazing. We stayed there twice on our Italian vacations and were not disappointed. The staff is delightful and knowledgeable, and the hotel's public areas are spotless and shining. The concierge has superb knowledge of Rome and can get you into any museum. Me and my friend visited the Cielo terrace bar at Hotel de la Ville. The view of the entire city was magical. We ordered 4 different cocktails and each was unique!!
