The room, bar, and hospitality staff were a 5 star. My last night at this hotel, I kept trying to flag down a waiter at dinner and was ignored for a request for a spoon to eat my dessert by several staff members. I ended up leaving my dessert at the table.
Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful pool gardens were in bloom in November. Lovely breakfast buffet. Cute bar with piano. Would stay here again when visiting Rome as a quick cab ride to most sites.
There is a bus steps away from the hotel that will take you to the tourist spots (we took the 98 or 881 on the days we visited the Colosseum, ruins, and Vatican). Gym is 24/7 and has three treadmills, a cardio room, elliptical machines, bicycle, dumbbells from 1kg up to 10kg, and more. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of sweet and savory items. On our last day, I there was a vegan croissant...
would stay here again! breakfast was included and it was fabulous with great variety. rooms were basic but clean and large. the shower had good water pressure. the staff knew it was my husbands birthday and brought out a slice of cake and the staff sang happy birthday. very friendly staff and great service
We were just here for one night because we got into Rome very late and wanted a hotel somewhat near the airport. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The service was very helpful, especially given the late hour. The pool looked fabulous, but we didn't stay long enough to use it.
The hotel is a little old but well maintained. Rooms are average size with a balcony. I'll stay here for their amenities. The spa and gym are a really nice way to relax after a long day of roaming around the city. Free access to a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a warm indoor pool until 8:30PM. The outdoor lap pool is also great. There is a bus stop right outside and a great restaurant nearby.

Loved staying there over the years when on business trips, very friendly staff and service. Looking forward to its reopening, any updates on that?
Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see. Service : Service was good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt. Food : Their food was simply amazing. The quality and taste of food were superb. Note : They have a free shuttle service which will take you to...
I loved my stay here. The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful...
Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.
For the money, this property offers a very strong value. I have stayed here two different times & the only thing that I don’t like about the property is that the shower water pressure is very low, which means that showers take a while & are not very soothing. The walk to the metro is a bit perilous, with not much room between you & fast moving cars. Please be careful when making this walk! Hotel has...
The hotel is pretty far from the centre of Rome. Its very suitable for conferences and meetings but not if you're here to see the city as its a 25 minute drive out of town.

Fantastic hotel with awesome staff. Food was amazing and the room was really comfy. The gym and spa was really nice and very high quality equipment. Location is ok, Uber available to get into Rome is needed. Drinks 🍷 were very expensive at around €23 a cocktail. Overall, fantastic experience.
Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city. Service here truly shone as 5-star with their helpful and friendly attitude and the little touches they add such as setting out your slippers at night , bathroom mirrors that don’t fog up, and specially scented...
I stayed in this hotel last week for one night and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for the service that has been provided. They have upgraded us and added a nice amenity as a welcoming gift. I was celebrating my cousin’s birthday and they delivered us a nice room with an unrivaled view of Rome. Service and staff are super friendly and professional and I really appreciate the service given...
Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Restaurants are too expensive. Food quality is good but does not command the price. Location is too far out. Would recommend this property for those who do not intend to spend much time in the central part of the city but rather prefer to relax and have a resort experience. The nature/plants and birds on the property, and the adjacent tennis facility are excellent
Rome Cavalieri was an amazing hotel. It feels like a palace with how nice is it. Every restaurant was amazing and had one of the best waffles of my life for breakfast. The hotel also had the nicest steam room/cold plunge I ever experienced and massage was sensational. Also ordered room service multiple nights and food was mouth watering. One thing I also liked is that they have a shuttle service that...
One of my favorite properties all around. Pros: Decor of the rooms is splendid. Lovely touches all around. The grounds are just beautiful. The 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool give you lots of space to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Excellent views of Rome. Cons: A bit far from everything else in Rome. Will take you 25-30 minutes to get anywhere you want to go. There's really only...

This hotel is AMAZING!!! I typically stay in 5 starts hotels, but I do NOT regret staying here. A.Roma is an excellent place to stay because of the following reasons: the rooms are very spacious and the option of the family room is perfect when you travel with family or children, the spa is WOW as they have a variety of treatments available in addition of the massages, the staff is very professional...
My stay at the A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The outdoor pool was refreshing and well-maintained, offering a great spot to relax. The hotel’s restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, blending local and international flavors in...
Amazing Lifestyle hotel, great food, excellent service, polite and helpful staff. We went for buffet but very limited vegan and veg restaurants but a huge variety of food otherwise with unlimited local wine and beers. If you are vegan or vegetarian then I do not recommend this restaurant. Very far from the city taxi takes about €30 one way but it was a struggle coming back. Excellent hotel btw
The hotel is fine, but our room was cold, and the reception didn’t care at all. They told us that the heating season hadn’t started yet. If I’m paying €400 per night, I’d really like the option to have heating. Meanwhile, it was nice and warm at the reception. The wellness area isn’t included in the price at all and is quite expensive.
We had a great stay at A. Roma Lifestyle Hotel. We stayed in a family suite which was two connecting rooms with 4 bathrooms total! Wow! The whole hotel has an elegant vibe to it and many lovely pieces of art displayed throughout. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful with arranging taxi services. Had a wonderful stay here, the staff were very kind and welcoming, the initiative with the €15 off if you hang a sign on your door that says about you and the cleaners not cleaning your room saving water and the environment! Great hotel with very good rooms and breakfast, very easy logistics to the city center, friendly personnel. I would recommend it and 100% will stay her during my next visit to Rome. Igor, VIP member, stay dates 17-24 of August 2024.
I am not impressed! Location is not central. Close to the worst front desk staff that I have ever encountered. I asked for a concierge 3 times and was given a different story each time. The truth is, there is no concierge. It is just the unhelpful gentlemen at the front desk. There was one lady who was helpful and pleasant. Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, great room (got an upgrade to a suite as a VIP member). It's near a bus stop which takes you to and from the Central Termini (and another one goes to the Vatican). Breakfast was very good. We used the rooftop bar for drinks and that was extremely pleasant, especially in the sun. Couple of restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again.
Located directly above the subway terminal, easy to get around Rome using public transportation. Awesome daily breakfast buffet, with lots of food choices! No swimming pool. The Rooftop Restaurant has great views. Quiet.
My second visit to Rome and I stayed at Radisson both times, The hotel is very calm and away from the crowds. It is easy to get to the city by metro and bus station just in front of the hotel! We stayed in a premium room with balcony, I loved the interior. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was around 10 min walking to nearest shopping places cafes and restaurants but the staff made it easier for us to find shortcuts and taxis.
Beautiful hotel with such a sense of class and charm. The rooms are incredible. The suite has a Jacuzzi on the balcony with a nice view. Breakfast is fabulous.
Location is very good. Service is average. Maintenance below average. Staff was very friendly. Very limited options in breakfast menu.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the American Embassy, so it’s a safe area. There are tons of restaurant nearby. We were very satisfied when we stayed there in 2022 ! But this year we would stay in this hotel, but it is closed now. Why ???? No reason is permitted-
The hotel is old. Probably built in the 70's and never renewed. Windows have bad noise insulation. Truly old fashioned. The staff is very friendly and helpful though.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel . The location is very good , close to everything we needed. The rooms are good, but the TV had only channels in Italian language , which is disappointing , The breakfast is very delicious , coffee is amazing, they have coffee machine, its free, The baristas’ and restaurant staff are very kind and pleasant. This is an older establishment conveniently located to visit the old city and its miriad of monuments and sites worth visiting. Dated small room. Needs a rehab. Decent location. What is with the coffee coming from dispensary machines?
Good location. Had 3 in my room - very spacious compared to some of the other hotels we've been to. Staff was very polite and helpful!
The hotel exceeded all expectations; close to city center, walking distance. Everyday cleaning, attentive and friendly personell; tasty italian breakfasts. Highly recommend. Next time in Rome I will choose this place again. The breakfasts were quite traditional for Italy, fresh cakes, bread, cheese&ham, a lot of fruit.

I am here now. The hotel is amazing! The doors are framed with marble, the walls have a suede like material on them, the doors in leather. I had to make a last minute accommodation change due to an emergency at the place I was originally staying. I walked over to Bernini to see if there was a room available. And upstairs at the rooftop bar, the staff...
Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night. I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.
Incredible location! Close to shopping, restaurants and a taxi stand right out front. We had a room with a view of the Piazza and fountain. The sunsets were beautiful from our patio. The staff were very friendly and made great dinner reservations. Our room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as an excellent choice.
Overall, this was a decent stay. I read a lot of reviews and ignored the fact that many people complained about the AC; however, Rome in August is no joke. Our AC was no exception. It would blow air, and at night would finally get down to maybe 78 degrees Fahrenheit (despite having it set on the lowest option). We shared that our room was incredibly hot and were given a fan, which made a little difference...

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. I will give you 5* with the hope you will improve. As a 5* hotel , in my opinion the refreshment drinks in the room should be out of charge. This is certainly not my favorite Radisson. It's on a convenient location by the train station, but walking back to the hotel at night I didn't feel particularly safe in this neighborhood. Fantastic restaurant with impeccable service and good pizza. We had the red pizza with capers and olives. It was very good and fresh especially the capers and olives. I also had Italian white wine. The view was stunning, I really did not want to leave. The server was really knowledgeable and gave great service.
Went for a glass of wine on the (small) roof terrace, waited for almost 20 minutes before being served which was surprising as the restaurant was not busy? Very lovely wine, polite staff and as you'd expect from a hotel of this high standard, beautifully decorated throughout.
I had an amazing time staying there for a few days in August - the staff was so friendly and Walter from the restaurant even made a cappuccino with my face printed on it, which made my mornings while I was staying there :)) grazie mille!!

This hotel does not disappoint - everything from the grounds, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast and even the location in a park like setting. Don’t miss it.
Nice p(a)lace. Good for businessmeetings. Bit out of the city-center, but enough affordable food-places and shops around. Noisy rooms.
Extremely nice barstaff, hotel grounds and main floor lovely, reception staff let it down, as some seemed to speak between themselves about us, rooms 4th floor just have roof light, no windows, claustrophobic, paid to move to 3rd floor with window. Just needs a bit more TLC, but found service in Italy generally the same to be fair, a shame.
First impressions are everything and this has the wow factor. Our room wasn't the best in fairness but we got upgraded the next night. Very enjoyable.
Impressive building but when you step inside it is excessively decorated. It could be more classic to match the outside and the marvellous surroundings that make you feel that you are in the Roman countryside.

An important shortcoming of this 5 star hotel is that it lacks a working airconditioning. This is the case for all rooms. In November the room temperature was 26 °C! Expensive but very close to some of the major sites - walk to Colosseum and Forum, short taxi ride to Vatican City with the Basilica, Sistine Chapel, the Pieta, the museums. Hotel is comfortable, very nice, has two restaurants. Breakfast included.
Great location and nice stuff. Room was tiny, to small for 2 people. Bed was too soft, you won't sleep well if you like non soft matres. Wifi was here, but poor connection quality. Breakfast was very tasty, although quite limited selection.
Great location. Room is compact, no space for a chair or table but adequate for a couple of nights. Welcoming staff and funky decor.

Rooms clean, but small. The staff is very nice, helpful and speaks English well. Only downfall is that the temperature of the water, in the shower, kept changing from really hot to really cold.
Everything was excellent and worth the money. The room was a tad small but this is to be expected of a hotel in the middle of a large city like Rome.
The room was modern and fresh and looked like it did on the pictures online. The front desk staff spoke great english and were very helpful. We left the hotel really early so we didn't get a chance to try the breakfast.

The Albergo is in a remarkably old Roman building, in the same piazza as the Pantheon. The interior has been remodeled and updated, with very contemporary furniture, plush bedding, and modern en suite amenities. Because it's an old building, there is only a small lift...
Wonderful hotel, clean, big room, friendly staff. Excellent location! And the best breakfast!! Omg delicious
I have payed extra for a superior double room and expected to have much more space than those 13m2. Overall, the whole place is pretty tiny, which you don't expect after looking at all those gorgeous pictures on booking. com. But the location is great of course. The breakfast was good. And the hotel has offered free storage for the luggage and a really nice limo service to the airport for 50 euro
Fantastic hotel perfectly located in Rome nextdoor to the Pantheon. The staff was incredibly friendly, rooms were large, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Breakfast was fantastic! Some rooms have a better view than others. Would recommend.
Brilliant hotel, friendly helpful staff and an excellent location. A quirky old building which means the WIFI was not great but a fine excuse to finish work early and explore the area. Breakfast was the best on my trip I imagine the court yard garden is ideal for breakfast in the summer. Would definitely stay again.
We felt like living back 500 years ago in a bohemian still at Sole al Pantheon Hotel! Wonderful atmosphere.

Although the hotel rooms need update, overall the property is well maintained. The front desk service is customer focused. Two front desk staff, Annalise & Lali, are head and shoulders above their peers. The restaurant service and food quality are fair. Although the facility is distant from main Ancient Rome attractions, access is facilitated by a somewhat reliable 30-40 minute tram.
We stayed 1 night @ the Courtyard by Marriott, Rome Central park in September 2024. The hotel was very clean and orderly. The staff was very helpful when we arrived. There's a paid parking lot right across the street in front of the hotel. Parking isn't always available at hotels, so if you have a rental car, make sure the hotel you stay at has parking! Our room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom...
Clean room but small bathrooms. No USB plug outlets. Must bring own changeable adapters to ensure one can recharge devices. Accommodating staff. Offers buffet breakfast which is great. Would love it better if they could offer some variety every day to the buffet menu. Gets quite boring after being in the hotel for a week, eating the same thing every morning. Close to train station, which is definitely...
After a five hour train ride, the last thing I wanted to do was check into the hotel… But Mateo greeted us with the warm, sweet welcome, and made us turn our frown upside down quite literally… his pleasant demeanor and professionalism was not unnoticed… He checked us in smoothly & gave us all of the information that we needed and made sure that we had everything set up before we left the desk. Beautiful...
I booked the 2 bedroom with sofa bed. It was perfect for the family. The service is wonderful as expected from the Marriott group. The staff and especially the front desk are wonderful. It is in a residential area, so nothing much to do if you like to walk around. But the nearby park is great. The train station is nearby. Not too far from Vatican city, but it is farther to Central Rome.
Very Beautiful Hotel! Stayed Here about 3 nights and very efficient with the train station below! Free cold water and a Good Food Selection for the Restaurant. I even got to see the Vatican from room 422 on the Balcony! It Comes with Free Wifi and a Shower Per room!

I’m a little sorry to tell you about this Hotel as it was so lovely it could easily become booked out all the time and then I won’t be able to get a night when I need it. Here goes: Perfect location (quite St, super close to major sites and restaurants/bars), lovely, genuine staff, clean, soft, large beds with thick, soft sheets and fluffy, big, soft towels, wonderful toiletries and soaps by Aqua Di...
Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife visiting Rome from the United States. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was phenomenal (included due to Hilton status). Their workout facility was very robust - I never wound up using it due to how much walking we did every day. This hotel is off a quiet one lane road and not in the very busy center. This means walking to most of the primary sights in Rome (Pantheon,...
Aleph Rome exceeded my expectations on every level. The location is perfect - close to the subway and bus lines. Every single person I interacted with was professional, warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was comfortable. I actually loved my room. It faced the "courtyard" which made it very quiet and cave like. I slept better than I had in 30 years. Breakfast was excellent...
I was really disappointed with this hotel. I’ll start with the negatives and then give the positives. The entry way is small and frequented by smokers, almost ensuring you will be greeted by smoke every time you arrive. They occasionally leave the doors open which lets the lobby fill with the smell of cigarettes. I also don’t know why but there was this unbearable nail polish smell in the lobby and...
Extraordinary service and very attentive staff. Everyone is so nice and go out of their way to get to know you and make your stay special. I was shocked they would greet you by name when you walk out the door. Accommodations are comfy and modern. No exceptional views, but rooms have good AC and nice beds. 1930s lounge was excellent for breakfast each day. Location was okay, around all the other...
What a fabulous stay my wife and I had there recently. Spent a total of 9 nights there and was impressed every single day. The best part was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make the stay unforgettable. Buffet breakfast was perfect and the location could not have been better, close to metro and bus stops. Highly recommend this hotel! Booked into a junior suite and there was more than enough...

The hotel is located outside of the historic city center, and we found only one restaurant within walking distance. We had to take taxis everywhere, which added up quickly. No complimentary shuttle service was available. The AC would not turn on in our room, and it was quite warm in the room. We talked with someone at the front desk, and he said he would have someone look at it. Still no AC. We asked...
We spent a fantastic week in one of the panoramic suites. Room was quiet, comfortable, and we loved watching the sun set over the skyline from our private jacuzzi on an incredible terrace. The staff were all friendly and very well trained. There were a lot of melia member benefits at this hotel so I suggest joining before your stay. The location is an easy walk to anywhere you want to go. I'll be...
As part of a Viking cruise, my husband and I had a two-night stay at this lovely hotel. The room was spotless, the amenities were plentiful, and the service was outstanding. Included in the cost was a delicious breakfast buffet that truly had something for everyone. We would like to give special thanks to Eleonora and Lucrezia, two hostesses at the morning buffet who were so kind, friendly and helpful...
Our time at Villa Agrippina was fantastic. The service was excellent throughout. The staff were polite, helpful and kind. They made me feel so special as I was there to celebrate my 50th birthday. I had a surprise birthday cake in the morning and when I returned to my hotel room in the evening I had another surprise, a bottle of Prosecco and another cake, it was awesome. I would highly recommend if...
Located 10mins away from historic city center, friendly service, modern clean rooms. Unfortunately many loud and badly dressed guests (Americans) and lots of kids everywhere especially the pool. Breakfast buffet is very small and quality could be better, pancakes and egg dishes cost extra… Unfortunately Food and Drinks are extremely overpriced! 12 Euros for a small local draft beer and 30euros for...
Wow, what an amazing experience. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel looked after. The staff were amazingly attentive, especially during breakfast and baggage handlers - nothing was ever too much. Rooms were smart and comfortable, and small touches and welcome gifts made us feel very happy! The pool and spa areas were perfection (especially after a day out in the chaos of...
