Spa-Hotels in Rome

Location of hotel is good. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a autograph collection hotel. I just don’t feel right that there is no any kind of coffee machine in the room. They just leave instant coffee and this room costs more than 600 dollars a night. I thought Italians are picky about coffee but not in this hotel.

Incredible location! Close to shopping, restaurants and a taxi stand right out front. We had a room with a view of the Piazza and fountain. The sunsets were beautiful from our patio. The staff were very friendly and made great dinner reservations. Our room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as an excellent choice.

Overall, this was a decent stay. I read a lot of reviews and ignored the fact that many people complained about the AC; however, Rome in August is no joke. Our AC was no exception. It would blow air, and at night would finally get down to maybe 78 degrees Fahrenheit (despite having it set on the lowest option). This hotel is almost perfect. The location is so great (very close to Roma Termini). The free minibar was such a nice touch and the snacks and drinks provided were delicious. We arrived at the hotel and were shown to our room it was number 10... do not stay in this room it’s not good(bins outside window and facing a wall) we quickly got changed to another room and this was perfectly ok. Excellent hotel very well located away from caos of downtown. Easy to get around from it’s location. Spanish steps is a 10 min walk. Friendly staff, excellent concierge and bar staff. Give them a four star due to AC issues and missing turn down service one night. It’s rated 5 stars so this should not have happened.

The hotel is good. Location is convenient to Termini and and shopping and some restaurants. The neighborhood is not so nice; maybe safe enough I guess at least during the day, but feels scary especially in the night.

This is certainly not my favorite Radisson. It's on a convenient location by the train station, but walking back to the hotel at night I didn't feel particularly safe in this neighborhood. Great service by the bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Marco, the barman, was a fantastic host, empathic and joyful while working perfectly. The Negroni is great, their secret sauce makes it even better. And you also have a great garden view.

I love everything about this hotel. And continue to return. The breakfast in the garden with beautiful trees as a canopy, attentive service and beautiful selection of food, is the perfect way to begin your Rome visit. At the end of the day, weary from walking shopping touring and enjoying all that Rome offers, returning for a cool aperitif at the outside bar is an oasis.

We recently went to this place that has been on my list for a year! It is an absolute must if you are coming to Rome! What an amazing service from everyone here: gentleman working at the door, reception lady and all restaurant staff. The garden is mesmerizing! I will definitely come back again!
