Apartments in Rome

We had a driver arranged by edoardo to take us from the airport to the apartment. Edoardo met us on arrival and explained where everything was and gave us a map of Rome indicating places of interest. Site unbeatable. As negative the treads of the stairs to access the apartment. The apartment is a luxury and very cosy. The deal with Eduardo, very nice, with recommendations very successful.

Just a giant balconies in the extreme (North) rooms. Parking municipal, unrelated to the apartment. On the other side of the Tiber at night, the disco - so and earplugs in the rooms. Lived in two rooms and in both poorly drained water in the shower. The rest of the rules.

The flat was clean, tidy and very well situated. The reception staff were very helpful, would recommend!

The apartments are sufficiently spacious and well kept, great for groups of friends. If you are ever in that corner (we had the 634 if I remember correctly) the balcony is huge!

Place very nice, allows you to train even if you are not registered by paying the voucher entry. What can I say? the gym and equipment are good, but "chilly". No instructor that comes to You to say if you are or not working well, the classic gym from the pod and headphones in your ears. I always return when I am in Rome for work. Max

Great hotel, great gym if you want that. However the terrace only had two chairs and a table even though it was very large. Could have used something more. Overall very good, recommended!

Very good location! No bus or metro used at all! Not far from all famous Rome places! The cleanliness of the room is excellent, the bedding white and clean. Towels were changed every day. We stayed here due to it's proximity to Roma Termini Station. We took day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii the day's we were here. For that purpose, amazing place. Food accross the street was great, 90sec walk to the station, easy check-in. Room was plenty good for our purposes. Down side was that it's a touristy area. Lots of agressive vendors and loud. Overall very happy with the hotel.

The hotel is located in the central area. The room is very small but for short term stay us ok. In the room has a mold on the wall and has a bad smell from the A/C. Room is clean and a staff very friendly. The neighborhood is not so nice. Dirty street and has lot of vendors front of the hotel. 2 min from the bus a train station. This place is good for tourist.

Large, spacious apartment on the 6th floor. There is an elevator and a large balcony. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has basic things such as coffee, sugar, milk and glasses. Very good contact with the owner. Isko bus stop, shop across the street. A highly recommended tavern where you can get a discount if you mention La casette. There is a shower in the bathroom.

We felt right at home. Mrs. Simonetta welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness. The apartment is spacious, welcoming and very bright. It was a great stay.

I had the opportunity to host a family of friends from Romagna in this structure who, for logistical reasons, I could not accommodate at home. Leaving aside any considerations on the beauty of being immersed in the center of the Eternal City, I want to point out the welcome of the house in terms of warmth, cleanliness, good taste in furnishings and comfort for getting around the city. Arrive early, no storage, lack of public bathroom, could not come in until 2 am. However great room and many beds. Also includes great kitchenette. Would recommend this.

Great location, clean rooms with all of the facilities. Even though there isn't reception desk, they answered quickly shortly the best service we have ever got at an apartment.

The room was impeccably clean. The cleaners turned over beautifully. The room has everything you need for a city break . The staff are polite and friendly. And straight talking. Plenty of storage . And a safe . The room has a mobile phone you can use free of charge for sightseeing . It has google maps loaded you can also use it to call family etc . The suites are super sell located . They...

The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. The air conditioning is less than impressive. The first room we stayed in had really great shutters on the windows that blocked a lot of light and noise. The second room though, did not and the street traffic was very loud.

Rooms were ok, safety was an issue. When I went to depart any American money that was locked in the safe was gone. Shady front desk, was missing often. And they never let you keep your room key. Very suspicious.

Very central, luxury rooms are well equipped and spacious. Breakfast is simple and gets the day started. Beds are very comfy after a long day of walking. Would stay again.

Hotel with independent apartments located on via nova opposite the Caffarella park. Very quiet apartment located at the bottom of a wooded courtyard. Metro furio camillio 5mm walk. 15 mm from the city center.

The very kind owner, exceptional apartment and top cleaning, with attention to the smallest details, convenient for getting around .... nothing negative to say. We will keep it in consideration for our next stays in Rome.

Nice and cosy place with two bedrooms and a living room with added beds in case needed...with kitchen and also thoughtfully kept utensils, food ,tea and coffee and cakes on our arrival...Clean and very conveniently located to the Vatican ...all the places were within walking distance...we enjoyed our short but beautiful stay...has WiFi too

Amazing apartment. 15 minute walk from the center of Rome. Clean, quite, very comfortable even for 6 people!

Very nice and clean accomodation , near the Vatican and Ottaviano metro station,we come back for sure again.

Very pretty and convenient place to stay. We stayed here with our kids and our parents. It was just perfect, we both had our own private space. Lot of nice details, which shows, that the owner take care.
