Great place close to the city center, easy to communicate with the reception, great value for the money.

Had a very nice stay here for 5 days. The location is very central!! Very close to Piazza Navona and Pantheon (5-10 mins walk). Only the rooms are a little bit noisy. Staff is very kindly and the rooms are clean.

Perfect location 50 meters from spanish steps and via del corso,clean and warm,friendly hosts,average breakfast.we will return soon..

Satisfied!! We were( unfortunately) in Rome for only two days, on the occasion of our anniversary. We stayed at Gravina suite frattina. Location!!!! A few steps from the metro, from piazza di Spagna, via dei condotti and via del corso. It is easy to reach any place from there!! B n B splendid in the centre of Rome, BOOKED ON BOOKING 60 EUROS,double room . Only flaw is the windows old that giving on the street let a little too much noise .

The location is great, everything is close and the street very well,the only thing maybe the noise,should be better sound-proofed.

Law not Ezio in Le Fate provide excellent service, give you a bed and Breakfast budget a boutique experience. From the equipment and internal to the great booking service, I sincerely recommend this hotel. From the act multiplied by the number 8 tram to the centre of Rome, Piazza Venezia takes 1 5 minutes.

The location and the appartement itself, really well equipped

We had a driver arranged by edoardo to take us from the airport to the apartment. Edoardo met us on arrival and explained where everything was and gave us a map of Rome indicating places of interest. The apartment is in a quiet location not far from piazza novona and minutes away from restaurants and cafes. Truly an excellent guest house with a stylish level as it once was. Very very clean you also find the gold-style bathtub in the bathroom and a small cousin for cooking fully equipped. We really enjoyed the price we paid 40 euros a night. The area is practically in the center. Well done

We stayed here due to it's proximity to Roma Termini Station. We took day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii the day's we were here. For that purpose, amazing place. Food accross the street was great, 90sec walk to the station, easy check-in. Room was plenty good for our purposes. Down side was that it's a touristy area. Lots of agressive vendors and loud. Overall very happy with the hotel.

The hotel is located in the central area. The room is very small but for short term stay us ok. In the room has a mold on the wall and has a bad smell from the A/C. Room is clean and a staff very friendly. The neighborhood is not so nice. Dirty street and has lot of vendors front of the hotel. 2 min from the bus a train station. This place is good for tourist.

Wonderful apartment and a fabulous owner who was so helpful on arrival and through out our stay. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Rome.

Absolutely amazing place! The owners are very kind. I can not say how surprised we where when arrived. Very clean, spacios and nice place. 3 flat screen SKY TV"s, friger full of food (it was more than enough for breakfest for 4 days) LOADS of soft drinks, juice and mineral water. Beer, sambuka, wine and sparkling wine ;).

The Location was very good, very near to Metro Cavour, one stop away from Roma Termini. The Colosseum is only about 5 minutes away walking. The apartment was a good size, better than the photos. I highly recommend this establishment for the courteous and attentive service, for the excellent location in the Monti district. It consists of a kitchen, large bathroom with shower, bedroom with Smart TV, large wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a second Smart TV. A beautiful terrace is available to fully enjoy the Roman atmosphere. From the terrace you can see the Altar of the Fatherland...
