The apartment was very big and had kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, large fridge freezer etc. Staff were friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was decent (bacon, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals etc). The apartments are of very good quality, pretty big. The kitchen has just the minimum to be able to cook, the bathroom is standard. Friendly, helpful front desk. Breakfast is a lot of bread items, fruit, yogurt, meat & cheese slices and you can get soft boiled or hard boiled eggs on request. Nice terasse. There is much less space than compared to photos. We were bitten by ants. There are a lot of them on the 1st floor. There are only 2 chairs for 3 people. I liked everything. For me the location was convenient, because I am not the first time in Rome, but for someone it may be inconvenient to get to the center. Convenient remote access via the application. The hotel is always in touch.

Third time we stay here. Very comfortable and clean

The wifi dies randomly and there are only two laundry machines for the entire building. One of the machines does not even work properly. The cleaning service is fantastic and the rooms are also very nice. However, the communication with the staff is not so great - I was not informed that I would have a roommate. Additionally, the doors inside the apartment di not have locks.

I found it almost by chance and I was glad. the suites are cozy, clean and with new furniture; they are situated in the city centre; it maybe slightly difficult to reach by car or taxi but is the main characteristic of ROME... you have to walk ;-) the services offered are good but do not reach those of the best hotels. the owners are courteous and kind prices aligning in the top recommended

As an abroad student, this works just fine. Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty, but other than that, it's good enough for what I need.

Rooms and Hall's are spacious with plenty of storage. Laundry machine did not work upon arrival. Fridge does not get very cold. Two bathrooms function well. Kitchen appliances function well and come with basic pots and pans. Towels provided. Cleaned weekly. Acceptable WiFi.

I'm here as a study-abroad student from the states. Everything has been great so far, including the location and the space. While I love that the Porta Portese is right outside my window, the windows aren't very well sealed so the sound comes in clearly. Additionally, the small bathroom has a tenancy to flood. Despite these issues, everyone is extremely kind and the amenities included are great.
