Great place where to stay. All people working in there are super friendly and the rooms are squeaky clean
Good central location and perfect sweet spot between price and quality. Good size room, quiet and modern bathroom with a powerful shower (better than at home!). Very clean and they took extra precautions for COVID which was important for us. Staff friendly and accommodating even when we arrived late at hotel (23:30). Highly recommend
Nicely furbished and great breakfast. You will have to pay a city tax by cash. Walls are a bit thin so it can get a bit noisy at night. But overall very good value for money
Hotel Was amazing! Claudia was lovely, we had such a comfortable stay, the staff are so kind, I would love to come back! Everything was very clean and comfortable 😄
Fabulous place, Excellent location, rooms really nice, modern and clean. Staff wonderful particularly the young man at breakfast he makes a mean omelette and is always really smiley, a great way to start the day. Will definitely return ?
Brilliant location. The layout is a bit odd - as you have to leave the building to get to the elevator, though that's not really a problem. The rooms are very solid for the price, and a continental breakfast is included.

Fantastic hotel, clean modern rooms and really friendly staff. We also rented the apartment that is above the hotel and it was perfect for our stay in rome with an amazing terrace
Great hotel. So clean, comfortable and well presented. Perfect location for the classic Rome sights and easy access to Vatican City.
Great acomodation! Best location! Welcoming staff!

Very good experience for our first time in this hotel and not the last i hope. The staff are perfect, very welcoming thank you to all for that :) the hotel is very next to almost every beautiful monument of Rome. I recommend for sure !
Be sure you know what you want. This is not a luxury hotel. But it is a clean, comfortable local pensione with lots of charm. Rooms are small but well maintained. Rooms on the front of the hotel are very noisy from people in the street until 2am. If quiet is important ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Very convenient to everything, including Termini train station just 10 minutes walk. Coliseum...
Typical Italian hotel. The price is reasonable but you'd probably get more for it at an Airbnb. The breakfast was sugar filled but okay. My room smelled a bit funny, but the employees were mostly nice and the reception is open 24/7. The hotel was generally silent, but I'd say that depends on your neighbours. I could definitely hear my neighbours conversations and phonecalls.
Great localisation! The room was very nice, clean, and with a hairdryer :) I loved croissants for breakfast. People who work there were very nice, helpful, and professional. I will definitely recommend that, and if I'll be back in Rome, I will be back in the same hotel for 100%.
It's a good place to stay if your budget it's not huge but not as low to go to hostel , the hotel is old but the location 5 stars, walking distance from the Colosseo and other touristic places as well as Termini Station so a strategic place for first time travelers. The breakfast is basic , every day it's the same , the bedrooms were fine, I think the sheets should be changed , they're really uncomfortable...
The stuff was very nice and the rooms was good. Maybe it need some renovation, but it has his own charm! The location is great! Definitely will stay again!
I had a wonderful stay in Tirreno Hotel! The best location, I was able to reach any sights on foot! The room was small but comfortable and cozy, didn't expect more, I had everything what I need! The staff was very polite and friendly!

The decoration of this hotel is relatively old, and the single room is very small. There were some hiccups during check-in. I would like to thank the front desk staff for patiently helping me solve the problem. It's very close to the terminal train station and can be reached on foot.
Perfect! Close to Roma termini train station (5 min walk) lovely breakfast selection, rooms cleaned every day. Nothing but praise. Also there are lots of lovely outdoor seated restaurants right in the same street and a great supermarket only around the corner! Don't be put off by 3 stars and don't believe all the rubbish reviews! Trust me...if it was rubbish...I would say so!
I stayed here last September on my first trip abroad in my life. While sightseeing, I lost my favourite sandals that I had left in my room, and when I checked with the male staff at reception about it, I was turned away because they said they would check again, and when I checked with the same male staff the next day, I was turned away. The next day I checked with the same male staff member and was...
Had a very friendly staff member. The man with long curly hair (forgot to ask his name) was a great help and spoke/understood English very well. The location lost a star as we were next to an active construction site. The service loses a star because the woman waved off a request on our final morning. Which was rather rude. And 2 stars were lost for the room because 1: The TV didn't work, 2: It didn...
Loved it very much! Special things for me: Jacuzzi in our bathroom was perfect after long walks, breakfast was very good, specifically coffee and prosciutto, we had a room with an inner balcony, no view, but still it was very nice, beautiful lobby and waiting room for the aesthetics suckers.
The receptionist who checked us in was pleasant and spoke very good English. On the other hand, when checking out, there was another receptionist, who was difficult for me to understand. He made a mistake and wanted to charge us 600+ euros after we had already paid in advance... After we showed him the voucher, he checked again and apologized for the mistake. Great location, clean room, the staff is very helpful. Small fridge in the room and the bath towels are warm!
Wifi is extremely poor in the rooms. Room was fine. Hotel is right beside Termini and in walking distance from everything you need.
My experience was really good with Hotel Lazio. Good location, close to Termini, nearby countless restaurants and shops. It was nearby a chuch and a busy street so when you open the window, you hear a lot of church bells and sirenes, but the room has airconditioning, so opening the window is not a must. I loved the fact that the window have a double door behind it, so you can open the window, the wind...

Loved this hotel! First of all, you can’t beat this location. It’s like a 2 minute walk to the trevi fountain and 10ish minutes to most other things. Nice staff, but very expensive for what they offer. WiFi did not work, and the room could have more sockets next to the beds. Good for a weekend in Rome, but quality-price not fair.
Great location and an awesome breakfast for €4. We stayed in the suite on the top floor.

Good location however...the toilet was a mess, water leaking from the floor, the shower takes at least 15 min to get warm and if you dont want to break your neck bring your own pillow. At least the staff was polite.
Staff on the ground level restaurant is extremely professional and well attended. Honestly the room was very small.
I did not stay at this hotel but while traveling alone my phone died at midnight and the staff was sweet enough to call me a taxi. They stayed with me until it got there and made sure I was safe. Make sure you speak a bit of Italian if you stay here!! Thank you!!!!

I enjoy the hotel due to its location, the service. When ever I come to Rome I stay in this hotel
Three stars based on convenience and location. I always keep an open mind when traveling abroad, and when staying in bigger cities I expect to pay more for a hotel room. This hotel is definitely on the pricier side. However, I wasn’t in Rome to hang out in a hotel room. It was a place to sleep and served its purpose. Pros: Convenience and location. It’s around the corner from the Trivi Fountain...
Good location but rooms in need of a lot attention. We moved as the first room was facing the road and very noisy. The second room had a bad smell in the bathroom the entire stay. It’s very noisy in the morning, it’s mixed up with construction on 3rd floors start on 8:00 am. They put the construction material around the elevator and not safe enough to walk from Room to the elevator
Stayed at Hotel Miami in December- price was great, very nice staff, and good location. There is an elevator also. Very quite not a luxury hotel but for the price point excellent.
Location is right next to various areas and the service was nice. The hotel stuff is kind and friendly. But the problem is it is facing main street and there's live house pub across the street. The wall is thin. So it's very noisy in the night time. I couldn't sleep well the whole stay.

Good: Big room Good location Very friendly staffs Nice breakfast Good service ******** Bad: Very old furniture I could feel mold everywhere 😫 I sneezed and had runny nose for all 2 nights because of mites. Old and nasty carpet
The front desk staff is amazing, but boy the rooms need some serious attention. It was hot as a lasagna in Rome and our AC was really struggling to keep it at manageable temperatures. Bathrooms are really old, our toilet seat was completely detached from its base and you can see mold/mildew building up on the bathtub. This hotel and the staff is a gem; the owner just needs to spend some money on it...
This hotel is close to a lot of metro options. They will also call you a taxi so you don’t have to hail one yourself. The staff was super nice. They can provide you with a map so you can see where the tourist attractions are in relation to the hotel. It is also next to an aqua duct water fountain to fill up your water bottles. The room itself can use an uplift. To compare it with some U.S. hotels...
Nice hotel, staff were excellent. I wouldn't drive here, the motorists are nuts! For some reason the toilet didn't have a seat!?
The staff members are so nice. The rooms are nice as well and the location is really convenient. It’s not too far from the bus stop (Porta Pia), which can take you to Termini station. Very easy. We arrived late in Rome, in transit to Naples. Decided to stay close to the train station. Elevator didn't work. Place is decent for the buck
This hotel was perfect for a couple of nights in Rome! In my opinion, it was definitely worth the price. Full breakfast included (bacon, scrambled eggs, pastries, deli meat & cheese, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, etc.). WiFi was in the hotel and we was somewhat in and out when we were sitting on the bed, but it worked best when we were stationed over by our room's window. WiFi was good enough for searching...
Nice, but small and 1 in 10 rooms are worth staying in. If you get one of those rooms you get a good deal. Staff variable from friendly to grumpy.
Only stayed here because the hotel we booked had cocked up and sent us to this, their sister hotel. Its OK, nice and clean, not bad location, however if you like sleep avoid this hotel. There was loads of lights in the room (from plug sockets(?)) and something flashed green every few seconds, and the place was generally very noisy.

Great experience in the stay. All great including well functioned the AC, clean room maintained, near the Roma Termi station, and breakfast. One thing they hope to inspect the bed condition.
It is the most affordable hotel near Central. I think it does everything I ask for, including working ac, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, breakfast services. I enjoyed my three days living here. Of course, the look of the room is a bit vintage, but for these prices, I couldn’t ask for more. However, it would be better if there is also toothbrush and toothpaste.
Room is small...especially the bathroom. The room was noisy in the evening because it was close to an elevator...possibly from the other building. . Each even there was a mechanical sound and a bell ring.
It’s an old building at a rather ghetto and dodgy neighbourhood. Won’t really be safe for solo female travellers since i was catcalled and disturbed by men there as i was walking by. It is near Roma Termini though so public transport is highly accessible. Plenty of souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The hotel itself has thin walls so you can hear other people’s snoring and noise pollution from the streets...
Giving 3 🌟 because its pne of the situations were you get what u payed for … we definitely wanted something cheaper and this was it ! Its perfectly located in the centre lots of shops and restaurants to chose from just a short wall away. Very easy to get to main attractions either by transport or walking! We had breakfast included… wasnt a buffet, it was quite simple , bread , ham , cheese , jams...

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience at this hotel. The staff were not welcoming and were quite rude. While the hotel is clean, the service did not meet my expectations for a three-star hotel in Rome. The room was very small, and the bathroom shower was even smaller. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that provides easy access to the heart of Rome. The room, staff, and breakfast were acceptable. However, the shower experience was unpleasant due to water spilling everywhere. Additionally, they didn't replenish the water and provided unlabelled toiletries in the bathroom. The noise level at night was very high, with both external and internal sounds...
A beautiful hotel. I advise everyone to visit it. The service is great and the staff are very friendly... It is recommended for Arab Muslim tourists as there are showers, which is a rare thing in European hotels. There are several restaurants near it that sell halal food to Muslims...
