🤩good location to termini station😟Breakfast is too simple, dont even have Egg and sausage. Nutella always empty and i have to request for it 😟cannot work with the Aircon, too hot that i need to open balcony whole night. 😟poor bathroom design, must spilt water during shower
The advantage of the hotel is its good location, it is close to the station, from where you can get everywhere by train and metro. The price is favorable, there are typical Italian streets around with markets during the day and restaurants open until night, so don't count on it being quiet. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is simpler, but everyone can choose: toast, ham, cheese, salami, cereal...
Great location, polite and helpful staff. There is no "luxury" here - this is a place to have a comfy bed to sleep in and warm water to have a nice shower with. The breakfast is fine as well, everything I've had a taste of was of decent quality. The nights were very quiet and I barely heard noise even with balcony door opened through the entire night.
What could be definitely improved are things like...
For the price, I definitely cannot complain about my stay at Hotel Noto.
I stayed here for three nights as part of a school group and received excellent service. A group of 39, we were checked in quickly and directed to our rooms. There was a plumbing problem in one room but the staff immediately resolved the issue and gave us a new room.
All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms...
Hotel with good location near Termini station. Breakfast is good.
Rooms are small and outdated. The bathtub curtain is missing so when you are in a shower whole bathroom is wet...
It is, in theory, but a budget hotel, and it is more for a place to sleep, rest, and eat.
There are multiple elevators, and the breakfast wasn't perfect, but enough to keep me full. The bathroom is not that big, and there was no shower curtain. I was in a 3 person room, and the beds were awkwardly close. The walls were thin, and the views not the best. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The...

Great location for us as we had an early train to Florence. Unfortunately our air-conditioning was not working and in spite of being winter, the room was like a sauna. Nice breakfast.
Having read the previous review i was suspicious to say the least. However I think this place took a lesson from the feedback and changed. Surely it could be a little more clean, but generally speaking the room was comfortable, they changed the bed and the bathroom in my room was spacious. I was really surprised! Also the breakfast is a must cause it s huge!
Here are some facts: the hotel is definitely a transit hotel. It's clean, kind service but it's worn-out and has small rooms. All that in acceptable conditions for transit. The rooms are quiet in the ideea that you can't hear the neighbors doing what they do but the plumbing is very very loud. As soon as somebody flushes...well...it will wake you up from ur sleep..probably. t
The general experience...
The location was very convenient just cross street from the train station Termini.
The hotel is old. Do not expect anything fancy but the hotel is very clean for sure.
The front desk clerks are super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good, I wish they had eggs.
The shower water pressure is very strong. Good !!
The only negative thing about my experience it was the "mattress" room# 515 is...
This hotel is directly across from the main train station in Rome, which is why I selected it. It is not altogether a bad place to stay, but it is a bit dated. It could certainly use some updating, especially with the beds and pillows. They seemed older and a bit worn. Plus, the decor is worn and dated. Also, many of the room's outlets were broken or nonfunctional. Otherwise, it was mostly clean with...
First of all, the staff were very professional and pleasant the whole time. Francesca was particularly helpful and smiled (as did her colleagues) The renovated rooms are fine and room preparation and cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast buffet was fine and had strong coffee. My wife and I would not hesitate to return.
Overall, great value for money.
Great location. Termini station, literally across the road. The room was small, cozy and clean. Best of all was the breakfast!!

The first room was in 3rd floor and not only was very hot but also the bathroom was old and had mold and ants were everywhere. There was a leakage on the ceiling too. Upon discussion with the front desk they gave us another room which was newly renovated. We were happy with the new room. But I can't recommend the hotel to anyone as they may get an old room with mold. I believe the management shall...
Our stay at Hotel Roma Tuscolana San Giovanni was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean with a decent view. The location near San Giovanni metro station was convenient for exploring Rome. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Rome.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was alright, but we did have better breakfasts in other hotels during our stay in Italy.
Our biggest complaint was that despite the extremely warm temperatures, they refused to turn on the air conditioning. Their excuse was that they don't turn it on until June. I'm not sure why the calendar dictates whether air conditioning is needed...
My friend recommended this hotel so I checked and it looked nice at first sight. And he wasn't wrong. The hotel is nice, rooms are spacious with nice beds, TV and lights.
Breakfast was also nice and neat.
I would recommend it and IMO it is good value for the price we paid.
Had a great time at B&B Tuscolana :) Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms are sufficient and clean. At breakfast I would prefer few more healthy options, otherwise great.
The location is really good with 20min by bus to Colosseum and by train to the station close to the Vatican. Anything closer easily costs 3x as much
Travelled from Canada and visited Rome, Florence and Venice. B&B Hotels Roma Tuscolana San Giovanni was by far the best stay. The service at the hotel was impeccable both Roxanna and Julianna were very helpful and professional. The hotel is conveniently located near a Metro station making it easy to get around Rome. It has merged with Daniela hotel. Reception is in Daniela. Just go around those two houses and your will find the entrance.
Has been a luxurious hotel but now it's a little 'tired'. Nothing too bad. There were renovation works in process.
Staff is really kind and helpful.
Free private parking for motorcycles inside the garden.
It’s a good hotel with good price, delicious breakfast, nice and kind staff, except for a very very rude receptionist (older, dark hair, frothing at the mouth). He was very rude to me twice. It seemed to be his ordinary mood...
I booked a room for 2 persons. It was late in the night when my friends got in town 3 hours before me, so they checked in. One of them was going to leave to airport a few hours...
Charming hotel, perfect for a 1-night stay. 10/10 breakfast with croissants, fruit, and coffees. Building was a bit outdated but was very affordable and reasonable walking distance from attractions like Trevi Fountain, Forum, and the Coliseum. Staff were extremely accommodating and kind
The airport travel agent booked this hotel for us and we were told it was told 7 minute walk from bus terminal. It unfortunately was about 45 minutes and of course it was raining. The hotel changed our day around upon arrival and the concierge showed us where we could visit around Rome for our short stay. The hotel was beautiful, quaint, and yet spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the staff...
Decent enough. Friendly, helpful staff. Fairly near centre - 20 mins walk to Colosseum. Minor problems: fixtures and fittings have seen better days; cleaning can be bit patchy; breakfast coffee could be better. Would stay again, just not with high hopes.
Charming and quirky!
A little far from the centre but good for cheap(er) eats!
See the local church!
Good choice!
10-15 minutes to Colliseum by walk, all other city's historical places are not far also (for me as for a person who loves to walk and enjoy) There was one trouble with a room on the first day of accomodation and when I asked Recepionist to solve it, I was immediately provided by another room (many thanx for it!). It was absolutely amazing room, everything is clear, very cosy and nice.

Rome, Piazza Di Portamaggiore 25 🧭 Map
Nice hotel, people and location, the thing that needs to be worked out, I think is the breakfast, lots of room for improvement there.
Thank you!
Totally fine for a group seeing and singing in Rome a weekend. Friendly front desk. Had enough scrambled eggs and bacon to walk Rome for hours.
Very nice 3* hotel, good location, clean rooms, great breakfast. Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy day and night due to traffic. Would recommend.
the positive points:
cheap hotel
very good location there are 2 bus stations in front of the hotel, a tram station and the subway is about 6 minutes from the hotel.
the staff is friendly
The negative points:
the room is very small and the bathroom is not clean and small as well.
I do recommend that they make effort for making the bathroom cleaner and the room a little bit bigger
Hotel is quite good: nice breakfast, clean room and helpful staff. Ideal for city break, suitable for families. Hotel located within walking distance from Colosseum and Central Train Station. Tram and bus station outside hotel.
I would like to give it four and half stars. The room space is limited and facilities not very good. But the receptionists are really helpful, showing us the direction, allowing me to use the reception telephone and helping store our luggage after check out. And the breakfasts which are included into the room fare is also good.

Satisfied with the overall experience. Old building with some areas under refurbishment. The room we had on the 6th floor had amazing views from the balcony. Breakfast was great! Would recommend.
The hotel was very conveniently located with easy access to the metro. The room was clean and quiet and had everything I needed although the air-conditioning struggled a bit (it was August!). The staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty of choice at breakfast.
Really spacious triple room. Tiny elevator that wasn’t available most of the time (but we were in the 1st floor so just used the stairs). Excellent choice for breakfast.
Air Conditioner in the room worked hard to keep the room around 22 although it was set to 18.
Vey close to railway station (10 min walk) and easy access to hop on hop off tour busses. Would stay there again for sure.
The decoration of this hotel is relatively old, and the single room is very small. There were some hiccups during check-in. I would like to thank the front desk staff for patiently helping me solve the problem. It's very close to the terminal train station and can be reached on foot.
Perfect! Close to Roma termini train station (5 min walk) lovely breakfast selection, rooms cleaned every day. Nothing but praise. Also there are lots of lovely outdoor seated restaurants right in the same street and a great supermarket only around the corner! Don't be put off by 3 stars and don't believe all the rubbish reviews! Trust me...if it was rubbish...I would say so!
I stayed here last September on my first trip abroad in my life.
While sightseeing, I lost my favourite sandals that I had left in my room, and when I checked with the male staff at reception about it, I was turned away because they said they would check again, and when I checked with the same male staff the next day, I was turned away. I’ve booked our rooms three months before we travel. It is my first time in Rome and was very excited. The location from the terminal was perfect as well as the other tourist spots were walkable from there.
As soon as we arrive at the hotel, the receptionist were not so welcoming but the other staffs were hospitable especially the man who’s on duty when we checked-out.
We went to our room and it...
Our experience at Hotel Regio had a rocky start. Despite booking our stay through Booking.com, we were informed just two days before our arrival that our reservation had been arbitrarily changed to another hotel. Hotel Regio in Rome provides a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for travelers looking for proximity to Termini Station. Breakfast is good, with a decent variety of options. However, the rooms are a bit small, and some amenities could...
Very close to Termini station which is very useful. Rooms are a bit old but very clean.
Staffs are not the friendliest but still correct.
It’s a nice deal seeing the price and location. They allowed me to do a late checkout too.
Clean rooms and just a 5-6 mins walk from the Roma Termini. Breakfast could have been little better. The staff was quite friendly and they let us stay in lobby for some time even after we had checked out. Rooms are little outdated and not too spacious but no complaints. Lift size is small but serves the purpose. There is a vending machine in the lobby that one can use for buying coffee and snacks....
Nice clean rooms just like the pictures, good breakfast and friendly service at the front desk. A couple of stars off for service just because it was not possible to get in touch with the hotel by phone or email prior to our booking to confirm everything. But we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

I stayed there for three nights. Rooms were small but were compensated by nice and helping attitude of the reception staff. The lady at the evening shift was very helpful and always smiling. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast a big plus, very nice variety and plentiful.
Definitely, will return on my next visit to Rome.
A cool hotel, they offer breakfast, 24hours front desk assistance. More suitable for group stay. It's always important to ask assistance or clarification at the front desk. Also if you need somethings changed, contact the front desk.
I recently stayed here, its near Roma Termini and had an excellent experience. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options. First of all, in some reviews people had mentioned smell and dated interior(some people call it a feature) of this hotel, which can be true as building is old ( perhaps protected structure). The hotel is stylish with a beautiful courtyard. However our room was small with a small window, but the bathroom was large enough. It seems like the bathroom was renovated and new. Affordable price for what was paid. The location is convenient. Breakfast not included.
Excellent price to quality ratio! The staff is really nice and very attentive.
The breakfast had only sweet things, though, but it is not included in the stay. Would be nice if they changed it.
I LOVED this place. The staff are amazing and the restaurants around are amazing. Not touristy but close enough to everything. 10/10 this is the only place I will stay in Rome.
Loved our stay here, from the warm welcome to the chic styling, it was better than I had hoped for. The breakfasts were generous. Not the nicest looking of neighbourhoods but the hotel is set in a little oasis of a courtyard and very quiet. We really enjoyed our 3-Nights-Stay in this lovely little hotel. The staff is curteous, very friendly and they want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was cute and clean. Clean, Basic, Cheap.
Normal continental breakfast, nothing special, but still good.
Not the nicest area, 15 min walk to the Metro (Rebibia) and that is at a fast (anxious of the area) pace.
I would advise getting off at a nicer station and ubering
Rooms are spacious and clean. Stayed at this hotel to minimize commuting time. However, location isn't great at all... Not a lively area... Metro is a 15-20 minutes walk. Restaurant service could be improved. Took them 1h30min to serve two dishes. Menu was pricy and didn't include dessert or coffee.
If you want to be here for two to three days, it is good. It is cheap, with a restaurant and nice look. The bathrooms are big and beds are good. Also a great thing is, that you can sit outside. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was very good, everyone was very kind and the room was very comfortable. I Can highly recommend the vintage rooms they have.
I stayed at Hotel Pacific Rome while visiting some friends who lived in the area. The room was clean, spacious, and had enough room for all of my clothing. My room had a balcony with great views which was a major plus. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The people at the front desk were nice and very helpful. Would stay again.
The staff were wonderful, so welcoming and attentive. The room we had was recently refurbished, light and airy and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy and the view was fantastic, we could see St. Peter’s Dome from the window! I highly recommend and I hope to be back soon to stay again.

Our room was a little basic furnishing wise, but this was more than made up for by having complete black out shutters (!!) and aircon. The breakfast was delicious, varied and well stocked.
The rooftop bar is also a gem, watching the sunset over Rome was magic. We would definitely come back.
Standard style hotel with decent air conditioning and lovely view from the terrace.
Appreciated the concierge’s enthusiasm and effort in organising our airport transfer. However, the process ended up being a bit more confusing and stressful than anticipated.
He did ensure we had fresh espresso and pastries upon departure so cannot fault him too much.
A hotel from which you can actually see its namesake!
Our room was lovely, facing the street you hear a little noise but it is a living capital city after all.
The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful, if there were 10 stars they would have them from me!
Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
We enjoyed our stay here so much, I'm minded to only give one star just to make sure I can get a future...
Great location- on a quiet street, yet within walking distance to most sites, as well as bars and restaurants in Monti. Staff was amazing- very friendly and helpful- always available to answer questions or help in any way possible. The nice, little rooftop bar was fantastic bonus! I also enjoyed the free breakfast. I would definately recommend this hotel.
Ideal location. Room wasn't the biggest but wasn't too bad because we spent most of the time sight seeing. Tomasso was absolutely the highlight of the hotel he made the place so much better, he was attentive and hilarious and also full of knowledge about the whole area from landmarks to food. In general was a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
Lovely hotel in a location close to the local landmarks - The Colosseum 20 minutes walk. Roof terrace with wonderful views of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful; breakfast was lovely. Bad:

The front desk staff is amazing, but boy the rooms need some serious attention. It was hot as a lasagna in Rome and our AC was really struggling to keep it at manageable temperatures. Bathrooms are really old, our toilet seat was completely detached from its base and you can see mold/mildew building up on the bathtub.
This hotel and the staff is a gem; the owner just needs to spend some money on it...
This hotel is close to a lot of metro options. They will also call you a taxi so you don’t have to hail one yourself. The staff was super nice. They can provide you with a map so you can see where the tourist attractions are in relation to the hotel. It is also next to an aqua duct water fountain to fill up your water bottles. The room itself can use an uplift. To compare it with some U.S. hotels...
Nice hotel, staff were excellent. I wouldn't drive here, the motorists are nuts! For some reason the toilet didn't have a seat!?
The staff members are so nice. The rooms are nice as well and the location is really convenient. It’s not too far from the bus stop (Porta Pia), which can take you to Termini station. Very easy. The staff was very friendly, let us check in earlier. Meme the doggie at the front desk was great. Good, convenient location, close to public transport and the station. Because of Covid, breakfast was brought to the room, and it was great to have cappuccino in bed every morning. The room was clean and...
My stay was pleasant. Very good value for money.
The room was clean and comfortable, cleaned everyday of my stay.
The location is great and the staff are very accomadating!
Hotel is really very centrally located.
Many attractions in the Rome are at walkable distance from the hotel.
Hotel staff is polite and helpful.
Only drawback with the hotel room is bathroom are too cozy and it's difficult task to bath in such a cozy bathroom.
Complimentary breakfast is also good.
Roma termini station is very near by.
All hop on hop off bus tour stop is very near.
So pleased with our choice to stay here. Perfect location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Very quiet, friendly staff, great WiFi (unable to stream, but fine for social media, google, etc), clean, and they’ve held our luggage all day before a 8pm departure. Would recommend.

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality, and all the guys at the hotel. Especially Cristiano and Sabrina for their immediate response at every moment. Iwant to point out only two things that i think will improve the stay. The lack of even a basic breakfast, as it was in our previous stay 3 years ago. And finally the not so good choice for a bathroom door with glass, which did not close very...
We stayed there this past weekend. The hotel location is 5 meters!! from via del corso!!!! The room was lovely and comfortable. Coffee was available next to the lobby every day and the staff was very helpful. We will be coming back.
I had an incredible experience staying at Hotel Vite by Naman Hotellerie. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering every comfort I could need. The location was ideal—close to all the main attractions in Rome. I didn’t need to take a taxi at all, as everything...
This hotel has recently changed management and the transformation is incredible! The entire place has been beautifully renovated, and everything looks fresh and modern. The rooms are stunning, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always available to help with any request. The location couldn't be more perfect – just a few steps from Piazza Venezia and the Pantheon, making...
We stayed at this hotel for just under a week in October. Great location within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Clean rooms and has all the usual amenities. Helpful staff. Only slight negative was that the shower tended to leak quite a lot onto the bathroom floor - so be careful!
Very nice place. The room was clean and organized. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful. The place is beautiful. I wish there were less plastic toiletries in the bathroom, or reusable options. Totally recommend. The only problem might occur for people who have problems walking, at the entrance because there are quite a few stairs and no elevator or aid to climb them

stayed at Hotel California from 8 to 11 oct 17. pre cruise visit to Rome.
we both loved the place, very conveniently located, 2-3 city blocks from Termini station, 15 minute walk to coliseum. hotel easy to find. we were in room 306, away from street traffic, as we had requested. the lift worked perfect. the continental breakfast was better than our expectation. also near Hop on Hop off, city transit...
Great hotel. The location is fantastic, Roma Termini Station is nearby as well as good restaurants and a fantastic gelato place. The rooms are nice, the beds good and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Good central hotel. Helpful staff. Rooms on to the street are a bit loud and you can also hear the tram.
