The hotel's location is excellent, situated close to Termini station. However, the furniture is quite outdated, and the lighting in the room is very poor. There were no tissues provided in the bedroom, which was inconvenient. Additionally, they ask for our credit card details, claiming they won’t charge anything unless there’s damage to the already worn-out furniture. The reception staff were extremely...
Customer service and location is top notch. Nicholas checked us in and explained overall everything and also arranged a breakfast to go when we said that we will have to skip breakfast to catch a train early in the morning. The location is perfect as it is a road crossing to the Roma Termini. However, a perfect stay was ruined because the temperature in the room was warm. They have a centralized air...
Just outside Roma Termini. Old styled big, clean, classic rooms with comfortable bed and nice attached bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing is you need to make your way through maze like structure to your room, saw almost every guest struggling to find their way, may be proper signs would help.
The main reason I booked this place was for the advertised air conditioning as it was summer and extremely hot, the air conditioning consists of a fan inside the wall which seems to blow warm air in and nothing much more useful, the rooms are extremely hot and uncomfortable due to this!! Seemed to be quite clean, and bed comfortable. Wall signage for directions to find your room is like a maze, if...
We chose this property because it is located right next to the station and we were there for a very short period of 2 nights. There is an elevator in the hotel. The room was clean and had all the basics. In the morning the water pressure was low. The hotel walls are little thin. The staff is very very kind and speak English really well. They will help you with all things you need. While travelling...
Loved our stay here! Clean ( a bit small rooms) hotel was in a great location. Knocked out star off the fact that our light switch broke in th middle of cour stay and they kept saying that they sent someone to fix it but after that it stopped working all together. When we arrived the staff was so nice and got our rooms ready as fast as they could - we were extremely exhausted travelling for 24 hours...

The location is convenient, which is close to Main Station. The staff are nice and willing to provide travel tips. The breakfast is great. The rooftop restaurant has a great city view. The room is clean & spacious, but the hair dryer not functioning well.
Classic style hotel that the location is nearby Rome Terminie station and no bad service with smile, and the cozy fitness room which facilities is basic. And I would like to say that breakfast is so good, which include beverage like coffee and juice.
Don't be fooled by the score. The service was average, no real like or dislike to it. Getting to the hotel was easy as its around the corner and getting to the room was no problem either, clealiness was as expected, however the walls were fairly thin, you could hear next door fairly easily. The thing I really disliked though was the room was not the image that I thought I was paying for, I thought...
Great location, nice hotel. Not perfect, I'd give it 4 out of 5. Shower door was broken, room was small. Otherwise all fine.
Room is very small. Breakfast is good. Room is too dark and bath is super mini which cannot be used for bathing
Excellent porter service by Kimo. Loved the hotel location and look of our room! It's super spacious with each of us having our own cupboard. There is also a sofa, both a bath tub and shower area, and a nice street view. It would be great if non-disposable cups were provided for rinsing our mouths.
Within 5 minutes of the termini, and 20 minutes of major sites in Rome (Trevi , Spanish Steps, The Colleseum Hotel very clean, always tidy Staff very attentive, pleasant and chaty

Pretty mediocre for the price, noise is the main problem. There is no door from reception and dining to the rooms. Everyone seems to bang around making noise early in the morning. Glad I was only staying one night
Great hotel for the price. On the 4th floor of a decrepid building, but really nice once you step off the elevator
Great location- spacious rooms. A bit tight getting the small elevator to the 4th floor- the building has a number of hotels in it and this is one of the only issues. Front desk is very friendly. After 11pm enter the hotel with a key code. Breakfast is quite a spread in the morning and it’s excellent value for money - being almost half the price of other hotels nearby. A 8 minute walk to Roma termini...
Very nice hotel on the 4th floor of a building in Via Nazionale (elevator). It is a 15-minute walk to the Termini train station, approx. 40 to the Colosseum, 20 to the Spanish Steps. There is a metro station nearby. Clean hotel, reception staff very nice and helpful. The room was large, with air conditioning and a fridge. Bathroom in a room with a large shower (only a shelf for storing cosmetics...
Very good hotel, the area around it and the building were not that good.
The breakfast it was nice. The staff friendly and professional and the most important closed to metro.GOOD CHOICE

Five star service for a budget friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend for their service. Rooms are a lil shabby but did the job. They had tile floors which was nice and clean.
Much older building, with freshly renovated rooms, offers the convenience of being centrally located. Walkability to the train station (5 minutes), Coloseum, a multitude of restaurants, and vibrancy of the city. Staff was super friendly and inclusive breakfast, perfect. A definite recommendation here.
Room and bathroom small but adequate, room safe and fridge provided. Great location easy walk to central rail station and great local public transport or reasonable walk to many Rome attractions.
It was the best hotel I could get,the room was clean and nice.you can hear the voices from the street but it is close to the train and bus station, which is great. The staff was phenomenal! Adequate! The room was very clean and the staff was nice. But this supposed 3 star rating is ridiculous. The hallways were a bit loud, as the marble floors really echo the sounds of doors closing, suitcases rolling, etc, so if you are a light sleeper I would definitely bring ear plugs and a white noise machine. Old fashioned does not begin to describe this place, but hey, you came to Rome to experience...
Very nice hotel. Basic but well worth the money you are central to the termini and buses and metro.

Nice hotel, people and location, the thing that needs to be worked out, I think is the breakfast, lots of room for improvement there. Thank you!
Nice stay. Front garden. Near Roma Termini
Rooms very small but staff were very nice and hotel very convenient to the city
Totally fine for a group seeing and singing in Rome a weekend. Friendly front desk. Had enough scrambled eggs and bacon to walk Rome for hours.
Very nice 3* hotel, good location, clean rooms, great breakfast. Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy day and night due to traffic. Would recommend.
the positive points: cheap hotel very good location there are 2 bus stations in front of the hotel, a tram station and the subway is about 6 minutes from the hotel. the staff is friendly The negative points: the room is very small and the bathroom is not clean and small as well. I do recommend that they make effort for making the bathroom cleaner and the room a little bit bigger

Very good location. Super friendly staff. Check-in and check-out process is very fast. Hotel is a bit old but doesn't matter too much as I wasn't in the room a lot of the time. Overall very good experience.
Clean and tidy hotel and judging from the guest appearance, it seems to be more common for business traveller rather than leisure. Im not sure if its the perfect location but it works for me as I purposely choose the hotel due to its proximity to every pinned places that i’d planned to visit. On the side note, I do feel there are more affordable food places around here than the hotels near to the Colloseum
The structure is well organized, clean and above all it is located in a strategic central point that allows you to reach many tourist attractions in a few minutes. The room that was reserved for me also had a small terrace that overlooked the city! I would return and I would highly recommend it!
Great location! Directly behind the Pantheon! Breakfast is great!
The room is clean and the overall facilities are OK, but the area is too small. But the location is good, nothing to say! It's suitable for people who don't want to walk. There are scenic spots and various restaurants and shops just outside the door. They are all exquisite.
Not bad, after all, they are all expensive

We stay there for few nights. Comes with kitchen. Very happy as we are able to cook some food. House keeping everyday. Clean and neat.
Really friendly service and made us feel welcome from the beginning to the end! Rooms were clean and near the bus stop

Truly a hidden gem! Pros: Central location close to Colosseum / Roma Termini. Wifi worked great. Quiet street, and a little courtyard to relax in. Super clean rooms. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was included. Based on some of these reviews, I had pretty low expectations going in, but I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! It was an incredible place for the price. Cons: Mattress was a bit hard, and like...
It is outside of ZTL zone, so we arrived there buy car. Also there was a paid parking place at 50 meters. Hotel was very close to metro, but we mostly walked, 10 minutes to Coliseum. Sadly there are no much options in breakfast menu. Bathroom also not so modern looking.
My hotel room was kinda small. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by my bed. The Tv is tiny, the bathroom was a good size. The everyday breakfast wasn't nothing great. The great parts are close to the Colosseum and other historical buildings and places to eat. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Very good experience for our first time in this hotel and not the last i hope. The staff are perfect, very welcoming thank you to all for that :) the hotel is very next to almost every beautiful monument of Rome. I recommend for sure !
Be sure you know what you want. This is not a luxury hotel. But it is a clean, comfortable local pensione with lots of charm. Rooms are small but well maintained. Rooms on the front of the hotel are very noisy from people in the street until 2am. If quiet is important ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Very convenient to everything, including Termini train station just 10 minutes walk. Coliseum...
Typical Italian hotel. The price is reasonable but you'd probably get more for it at an Airbnb. The breakfast was sugar filled but okay. My room smelled a bit funny, but the employees were mostly nice and the reception is open 24/7. The hotel was generally silent, but I'd say that depends on your neighbours. I could definitely hear my neighbours conversations and phonecalls.
I had a wonderful stay in Tirreno Hotel! The best location, I was able to reach any sights on foot! The room was small but comfortable and cozy, didn't expect more, I had everything what I need! The staff was very polite and friendly!

It was surprisingly difficult to get around because it was in the opposite direction from the tourist areas from Termini. Overall it was neither good nor bad, and the room was clean.
The room is excelent and more importantly, the bathroom is very clean.. Very recommended👍👍👍👍👍
The overall feeling of the hotel is good, the sanitary conditions and environment are good. The location of the hotel is easy to find, not too far from the train station and subway station, you can walk there.
Good location, nice staff and perfect wifi connection.
Paper towels are only available in the bathroom, not in the room. You must hand the key to the front desk every time you go out. The only bright spot is that the bedding is thick enough. Bottled water, toothpaste and toothbrushes are also not provided There is no direct elevator access, you need to walk up half a floor and go through a thick white door.
It can be regarded as the level of county guest houses in China. Maybe it’s because prices in Rome are too high, but the price/performance ratio seems to be good.

It has merged with Daniela hotel. Reception is in Daniela. Just go around those two houses and your will find the entrance. Has been a luxurious hotel but now it's a little 'tired'. Nothing too bad. There were renovation works in process. Staff is really kind and helpful. Free private parking for motorcycles inside the garden.
It’s a good hotel with good price, delicious breakfast, nice and kind staff, except for a very very rude receptionist (older, dark hair, frothing at the mouth). He was very rude to me twice. It seemed to be his ordinary mood... I booked a room for 2 persons. It was late in the night when my friends got in town 3 hours before me, so they checked in. One of them was going to leave to airport a few hours...
Charming hotel, perfect for a 1-night stay. 10/10 breakfast with croissants, fruit, and coffees. Building was a bit outdated but was very affordable and reasonable walking distance from attractions like Trevi Fountain, Forum, and the Coliseum. Staff were extremely accommodating and kind
The airport travel agent booked this hotel for us and we were told it was told 7 minute walk from bus terminal. It unfortunately was about 45 minutes and of course it was raining. The hotel changed our day around upon arrival and the concierge showed us where we could visit around Rome for our short stay. The hotel was beautiful, quaint, and yet spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the staff...
Decent enough. Friendly, helpful staff. Fairly near centre - 20 mins walk to Colosseum. Minor problems: fixtures and fittings have seen better days; cleaning can be bit patchy; breakfast coffee could be better. Would stay again, just not with high hopes.
Charming and quirky! A little far from the centre but good for cheap(er) eats! See the local church! Good choice!
10-15 minutes to Colliseum by walk, all other city's historical places are not far also (for me as for a person who loves to walk and enjoy) There was one trouble with a room on the first day of accomodation and when I asked Recepionist to solve it, I was immediately provided by another room (many thanx for it!). It was absolutely amazing room, everything is clear, very cosy and nice.

The advantage of the hotel is its good location, it is close to the station, from where you can get everywhere by train and metro. The price is favorable, there are typical Italian streets around with markets during the day and restaurants open until night, so don't count on it being quiet. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is simpler, but everyone can choose: toast, ham, cheese, salami, cereal...
Great location, polite and helpful staff. There is no "luxury" here - this is a place to have a comfy bed to sleep in and warm water to have a nice shower with. For the price, I definitely cannot complain about my stay at Hotel Noto. I stayed here for three nights as part of a school group and received excellent service. Great location close to the train station and the real center, the Coliseum is a 20-minute walk away. It was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very kind. We had an issue late at night getting into our room but the desk attendant was helpful and fixed the situation in just a few minutes. The location is very convenient. Loved the rooftop bar...
The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast delicious. It’s in the perfect location for walking to stops like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Forum. There were a few concerns such as a lamp whose wires weren’t really attached to the wall and a shower wall that didn’t stick out far enough so we ended up with water all over the floor, but overall it was a pleasant, clean, comfortable stay
This is the best, price, friendly, quiet, clean. From the owners to all staff, they are very professional
Good location. My room is small but cozy. Staff are nice. There's a pretty good selection of pastries at breakfast.
