Marco sent us a nice gift of fruit and Prosecco. He also came over to see how we were doing when we were at the bar in the hotel lobby later in the evening. The only downside is that the hotel is not near anything
The guest relations manager, Marco, welcomed us personally and offered any assistance we needed. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite that was spacious, spotless and very comfortable
Parco de medici 2: hotel with good price / quality ratio, especially here in Rome Rooms are clean and relatively spacious Restaurant with a limited menu but very good cuisine and curated A bit slow on the service but more than acceptable
We booked this hotel to be close to the airport on our final day in Rome. I was worried about staying at this hotel due to previous reviews but figured it was only for one night
We were delightfully surprised at how wonderful it was. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted with smiles and friendliness
The pool here is the best I've seen. It is older and does not use chlorine. Water temperature and smell was amazing

Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful pool gardens were in bloom in November. Lovely breakfast buffet. Cute bar with piano. Would stay here again when visiting Rome as a quick cab ride to most sites.
Free access to a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a warm indoor pool until 8:30PM. The outdoor lap pool is also great. There is a bus stop right outside and a great restaurant nearby
The service was very helpful, especially given the late hour. The pool looked fabulous, but we didn't stay long enough to use it
The hotel is a little old but well maintained. Rooms are average size with a balcony. I'll stay here for their amenities. The spa and gym are a really nice way to relax after a long day of roaming around the city
My family and I very much enjoyed our visit to the Crowne Plaza Rome
The facilities themselves are great- the gym is spacious and well equipped, there are two pools one indoor and one outdoor. A good location as well with many eateries and cafes within walking distance

The gift shop next to the bar within the hotel is a tourist trap
The hotel itself is actually quite ok. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was not spartan but left you with a longing for a bit more. What's the word, it was a bit dull
We had buffet for lunch and the dishes were good. They have gluten-free, dairy free selections which is not something you find everywhere. The location of the hotel is rather far from everything
Nice rooms with proper amenities, had a little slight odor when we arrived, but we aired out the room and it was fine. Great for big groups and dinners.
To go downtown you need to take the subway and to go to the subway you either walk for 20 mins or you may take the bus and walk for 3 mins. The walking is not very pleasant
The hotel was beautiful. our room was great and comfortable, food was outstanding, hotel staff very helpful and it had free internet. Would recommend it to anyone making a trip to Rome.

Brilliant hotel. Free shuttle for guests to the centre of Rome too, saved a fortune in taxis! Pool was nice and the food was brilliant, always good service despite the language barrier.
Loved staying there over the years when on business trips, very friendly staff and service. Looking forward to its reopening, any updates on that?
Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see
The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful sites
The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable
Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive

Well maintained and smells great. great room!) For Bonvoy members, they have an executive lounge, which is open 24 hours a day. 5-7 pm, they offer "happy hour" with free wines and beers
The hotel is a complete work of art. retrodesign welcomes you everywhere. It is great that it offers 2 separate bathrooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The conference rooms are amazing
Since the hotel is near the airport, the taxi charge from downtown Rome was €55 (the fixed charge). The hotel is 13 km (9 miles) from the airport
Stayed only for one night, we had the view on the huge tropical pool but didn't had a chance to go in it. I saw there was some activities late at night even if the pool was closed
They arranged out taxi to the airport for 4 am for a fixed charge of €40 (12 minutes drive). The hotel is surprisingly large and functions as a convention hotel. The room was very large with a balcony (see photos)
Nice and huge hotel located near the airport. I would suggest having car to stay there since there is literally nothing around. Check-in was fast though I had only 1 person in front of me

Absolutely amazing!! This hotel has it all. Great spa and both indoor and outdoor pools, amazing grounds, wonderful private art collection. The views of Rome are great if your room faces the city
Service here truly shone as 5-star with their helpful and friendly attitude and the little touches they add such as setting out your slippers at night , bathroom mirrors that don’t fog up, and specially scented closets
They can help with any reservations you may need. They have two pools, a Spa, restaurants, a bar and great views. It’s super quiet, and the rooms have the ability to be blacked out and noise free for a great nights sleep
Fantastic hotel with awesome staff. Food was amazing and the room was really comfy. The gym and spa was really nice and very high quality equipment. Location is ok, Uber available to get into Rome is needed
One thing I also liked is that they have a shuttle service that takes you very close to attractions. Pool was great, staff was great and they took care of our every need
The only downside is it’s about 25 minutes outside of the city and they have only one shuttle that runs into the city once per hour and back to the hotel once per hour. I hope to make it back here one day

Plus there is an ice machine I guess near the door so I hear every single piece falls down. The pool is good enough very relaxing. The gym is very small so if you are into gym absolutely it's not good enough
I had to ask her about everything step by step for example I asked her if I can have a drink on the evening outside in the swimming pool zone she said I don't know you can ask the bar man
Not only were the mayor part of the common area installations usefully redesigned but also was the food quality excellent in line with outstanding customer service, that coming from a spoilt German VielTraveller
Checking out they asked me for the credit card to pay when I did the reservation by a friend's card and I said :you have the card details. so they can easily use it and we are done but they asked for it in hand
Maximum kg they have is 4 kg and very few machines and some of them are broken. The sauna was good but it's small so it's just for 2 people. Let's jump on the reception Part
I avoided to tell them about the noise near my room since I noticed they don't care about the clients ( room price was 218 € per night)

The location is perfect because quite but very convenient with San Pietro and the subway to other tourist locations. The pool was a nice relief at the end of the hot summer days of my conference
The outdoor pool is a great feature, especially during warmer months. The attentive staff ensures a welcoming and seamless experience
No traditional Italian meals on offer and what was on offer was very expensive. Hotel room was lovely and clean and the bed was just heaven! So comfortable. Not very generous with towels
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to all major attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped
I attended a conference organized there and really enjoyed the experience. The management of the hotel was super helpful in every moment
With excellent transport links to the city center, NH Roma Villa Carpegna is an ideal choice for both relaxation and exploration in Rome

In General, a good hotel, but already tired of life. Certainly used to be very good. First, given a smoky room, but changed without problems. A little awkward to get him in the center of the city
Were the days 4 5 and 6 march 2016 and it really is a hotel splendid, with an excellent attention of all the staff and especially Maria Luisa's breakfast, a luxury hotel with rooms super spacious, breakfast and dinner excellent, we were in a group of Panavision hired by the ceibo viajes of Argentina
The rooms were big enough and very comfy but regarding the location , I have a lot to say... maybe better lightning outside would be a good improvement.
its nice have gym swimming and have free parking and the stuff is friendly and the buffet i give 60 % at all nice ah note the swing pool if not including in the booking there is a fee 5 euro
Hoyel very nice puloto ordered, the dinner and the food in general quite good, the tv has few channels
The tickets can be bought in the campsite across the road. Near supermarket, Shoe store and an electronics store

You may spend between 20 to 30 euros for one trip to go to the center of Rome, but for us it was perfectly OK. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel surrounded by the typical noises of a busy city
The only fact is that the location can be an inconvenient depending on the case because the hotel is 20 minutes away from the center of Rome
The taxi service is so great in Rome that we only had to wait 3 to 5 minutes after the receptionist requested a taxi for us
If you want to stay in a hotel to walking distance from the center, this hotel is not the right place for you
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Such a great find in a city that can be very hit or miss with accommodations. Will definitely be staying here next time
This hotel is AMAZING!!! I typically stay in 5 starts hotels, but I do NOT regret staying here

The pool area was great to cool off on the hot June days of Rome
The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area. The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are exceptional
The staff were super friendly and helpful, right from the porters, especially Isabella who helped us book the rooms and gave us an amazing welcome, the front desk staff and Salvadore ( I think I got his name right:) who helped us with booking our local train tickets
After this stay, will be trying more Anantara properties!! They catered to our children even having small robes and slippers in the room for them! As well, my son has severe egg allergies and they made sure his food was safe each time we ate
A fantastic hotel in the most stunning building overlooking a fountain. Beautifully modern lobby, reception, bar and dining area. We stayed in 363 (the blue room - the only one of its kind in the hotel)
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance

the bathrooms are clean and the shower is relaxing. it makes me want to get clean. the lobby is great and it has a bar. besides the bar there is a pool table as well as a ping pong and foosball table outside
the pool is small but it's nice and warm, not cold. the breakfast options are delicious and i would have seconds if i had the time. the hotel also has its own restaurant and gym which are all accessible
Rooms were okay not brilliant.. but clean ..staff okay..Bar prices were high I thought..better price for beer at local bistro.. Wasn't impressed with the food at hotel..Pasta place facing hotel was very good.
mine and my parents' rooms are attached and can be accessed through 2 doors (the one into our rooms and the one in the balcony). the AC is strong and perfect and the lighting is nice
Like who in her right mind pours boiling water in a plastic bottle?!? When the incident was highlighted, she came with her senior who snatched the bottle from my hands and started asking "you want money? you want money?", which I of course refused
First of all I should mention that travelling to this location with public transport and luggage might be difficult. There is a bus stop nearby from one of the metro stations, but it's infrequent

Who stood out was Simona who gave us the best recommendations and was very welcoming! Housekeeping paid a lot of attention to our room and belongings as well. The rooftop bar also has nice cocktails and a great view
Breakfast buffet was very good. Offered a variety of options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was the best, within walking distance from the Vatican (20 minute). Would definitely stay again!!!
Great location, great service, fairly small but nice rooms. Thank you especially the the outstanding staff for making our week long stay fantastic
One of the best hotels in Roma, very close to the main monuments in Roma. The room was very spacious and clean, the service was absolutely amazing and the food was tasty
The location is great, had many restaurants close, and within walking distance to many attractions
Great value for a nice hotel in Rome. Well kept bright rooms and the AC worked, even with the high summer temperature. Buffet breakfast downstairs is well done, and free to elite members who qualify

I remember being able to shop there as there's a store on the ground floor, where you can get souvenirs of all kinds. It saved me the trip of going out to buy one. Would definitely like to visit it again in the future
Hotel Roma Aurelia Antica situated on the outskirts of the city has a peaceful ambience. Stay was comfortable during our visit there in October 2019. Food was good, especially their breakfast spread
Excellent service, quiet environment and shuttle bus available at 12 euros for roundtrip to the main city and the Vatican. Lacks venting in the bathroom and the restaurant was mediocre

The hotel is well located, allowing us to walk to all the sites of Rome. Some walks were long however but this didn’t worry us. The rooms are comfortable but couldn’t use some renovating
The shower head adjustment sometimes slipped while in use and the bathroom door was very difficult to close without making a heap of noise as it dragged in the tiles
Clean, quiet, comfortable Front desk staff were extremely helpful and informative when requesting nearby dining options
A very well kept and comfortable little hotel in the heart of Rome
Within close walking distance of all major sites and security was good given the hotel is close to the Parliament building
She makes amazing drinks and provides amazing service, even if you aren’t a guest, I recommend coming in for a drink with Georgia!! Regarding the guest rooms, they were fine. Definitely a little dated, but not bad

Paola could tell we were disappointed and upgraded us with no charge to ensure we got a balcony. We loved the room, the facilities - the gym is well stocked - and enjoyed spending time having a drink at the bar
The hotel is well situated very near the Centro Termini (helpful if coming from Fiumicino Airport) and lots of things are walkable from it. There are endless choices of restaurants nearby
Best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe so far. This hotel made our stay in Rome more relaxing. The room we stayed was amazing. Starhotels lounge is very fabulous.
We loved our experience staying at the Starhotels Metropole. When we arrived to check in our staff member Paola was very helpful
We thought we had booked a room with a balcony as we had read reviews saying those rooms were worth the extra price but it turned out only some of the executive rooms have balconies
The group we traveled with under Gate 1 Travel had a few mentioning traffic noise because their room windows faced the street. This is due to its very convenient downtown location a mile (1

The room is comfortable and clean, Wi-Fi is quite good, they have a simple but quite nice breakfast buffet, a small but very nice pool and the staff are uniformly very friendly and helpful! Couldn't ask for much more, especially at a reasonable price such as this
The bad parts: no slippers or robe, no mini bar, no vegetables for breakfast, limited selection for savory breakfast, the pool had very limited open hours (from 10 am to 6 pm)
Great pool and restaurant. It is in a great location, with easy access to central Rome. However, Accommodation is ok, it is clean but very simple.
Part of a Groupon. We enjoyed it. My 13 year daughter still remembers their breakfast buffet as one of her favorite things. I wouldn't go that far, but it was nice.
I spent there a very wonderful time quite friendly the staff who received me at the reception area btw Beloved the time is getting late, JESUS THE CHRIST LOVES YOU SO MUCH, HE is coming soon, please get Right with GOD JESUS while HE may be found call upon HIM while HE is near and please depart from evil, get ready people the train is coming and the ONLY WAY to get in it(Kingdom of Heaven) is THROUGH...
The staff is polite, helpful, rooms cleaned daily, standard Breakfast, good restaurant, the location, near the shopping center of Rome, 30-40 minutes away (bus+ metro) take bus pass for 7 days per person 24€ all modes of transport, the hotel through the underpass stop at the direction of the metro, from metro to the hotel there are 3 bus 071, 709, 700, sometimes family walked to and from the subway...

Walking distance to all of the best site. As an American traveling in Europe, I’d encourage anyone to expect one less star - the star ratings of European boutique hotels can’t be compared to US ones
My one big gripe with the place was the lack of AC. The room was insanely hot for some unknown reason but we just opened the windows (something I’m hesitant to do because of rats in the room)
Hotel Genova allowed my family to drop off our luggage a night before our stay. Convenient location because it is just a short walk to Roma Termini
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendlier than the reviews seem to suggest - especially the housekeeping and breakfast staff (the housekeeper really did a nice and thorough job)
We had a family room which was 2 connected normal rooms and fairly pricy but having the 2 bathrooms was a great help in the morning. The location of the hotel is also hard to beat
Kudos to the hotel for being environmentally conscious too - they provide "green" shower gels and hair shampoos! The part where it was a little inconvenient was that twice we couldn't enter the room with the room card and needed help twice from the reception

This hotel made us feel like royals !! The staff is super professional, very clean rooms, super quiet hotel no noise what so ever, the food was out of this world, I especially enjoyed the dessert, the coffee was very good and waiters were prompt and very friendly ! The location of the hotel could not be in a more convenient place! We checked out but the Hotel offered us to take care of our luggages...
Staff are welcoming and definitely accommodating as we arrived 4 hours early. Ensured our room was priority to be ready. Room was simple and clean with decent AC as we arrived with temps of 37-39 degrees for 5 days
Fantastic hotel, staying in a family suite. 2 separate rooms created by easily opened dividing doors. Air con is great and much needed at this time of year. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again
We also included buffet breakfast daily during our stay which makes it easy for you with lots of food and variety to choose from. Highly recommended hotel to stay
Location was great and near the main train station along with being central to all the touristy location such as Trevi fountain
It was quiet and the staff were very friendly. The rooms have minibars that you can use as a fridge
