If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it. Very surprised with some of the negative reviews. Views from the rooftop terrace amazing
The hotel is very well located. The Bed is comfortable but in general the bedroom is tired and needs a refurb. WiFi very slow and hardly any service in most areas. The staff are doing their best and very friendly
Comfortable. Not quite five star but would go back. Cocktail bar was excellent. Good location. Friendly staff.
It’s a good location -close to Termini and easy to asking distance to coliseum and forum (via Cavour) nice rooftop bar and breakfast area. Good coffee. Upgrade to junior suite split level with lift
This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time
We had a problem with the room, the friendly staff gave as a better room. It was an excellent upgrade, made our vacation. The breakfast was very good, staff at the breakfast very friendly, good coffee machine

We also walked from the hotel into the city center of Rom, which is possible, but we recommend to use the subway. If we come back to Rom, we will use the hotel again. Price performance ratio was okay for us
The neighbourhood is lovely with places to go nearby for drinks or a bite, and the sound of birds singing in the morning is a delight. Easy access to centre of Rome and all the sights by bus and metro
Around the hotel are some restaurants, but we can also recommend the hotel restaurant and the bar. The subway station is about 5 min walk and other public transportation are "around the corner"
Tastefully decorated rooms (rooms on top floors have a terrace with sun loungers, views over the rooftops), really helpful staff, excellent restaurant including varied breakfast
We really liked the colors of the room and the bathroom, it really feels relaxing. The breakfast was perfect, with a lot of choices and a good coffee
Our room was spacious ,spotlessly clean with everything we need for a nice stay. Great AC and one of the best breakfast sI have ever had

When we got there and called the given number the staff at the Glam immediately gave us a room at their hotel and worked extremely hard to get it ready for us within the hour. Customer service was above and beyond
I would not stay anywhere else in Rome! The hotel location was PERFECT. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was all super friendly. One particular staff member, Claudio, treated us like family
He recommended a Tuscan restaurant that was a 15 minute walk away that was the best meal we had in Italy. Can't say enough good things!
Stayed for 11 nights, and was very impressed with everything. The hotel staff were extremely kind and very helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant had excellent service and the food was quite good
If I could give this 6 stars, I would. This is a WONDERFUL hotel, with incredible staff. The hotel itself is very nice and high quality. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious for Europe
Even among hotels with air conditioning in Europe, this is not a common occurrence when the outside temperature is so high. Lastly I want to mention how incredible the staff were

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the rooms were good. Highlight of the stay was the buffet breakfast! It was excellent ! All that I missed was an Iron box in the rooms.
Lovely hotel, all at the highest level, not far from the station ,near public transportation ,girls at the reception are very friendly and patient , everything is clean
Great stay for a reasonable price. Very clean spacious room with amenities and room service offered. Courteous and helpful staff who all spoke excellent English.
only if you're traveling solo do not go into the alley and Park
The rooms are quite normal, but something that needs to be updated. Situated on 4,direct bus from Termini station, the room 50,105. The Coliseum can be reached in half an hour on foot
With streets constantly heard the noise, however, if you close the window - you never know. At the reception speak enough English to English speaking staff didn't fall once

Fabulous place, Excellent location, rooms really nice, modern and clean. Staff wonderful particularly the young man at breakfast he makes a mean omelette and is always really smiley, a great way to start the day
Brilliant location. The layout is a bit odd - as you have to leave the building to get to the elevator, though that's not really a problem. The rooms are very solid for the price, and a continental breakfast is included.
Hotel Was amazing! Claudia was lovely, we had such a comfortable stay, the staff are so kind, I would love to come back! Everything was very clean and comfortable 😄
Good central location and perfect sweet spot between price and quality. Good size room, quiet and modern bathroom with a powerful shower (better than at home!)
Very clean and they took extra precautions for COVID which was important for us. Staff friendly and accommodating even when we arrived late at hotel (23:30)
Very awsome Hotel, friendly & helpful Staff! Near all Hot spots: fontana de trevi, Colosseum... Best Place to stay and visit the City of Rom!

Breakfast area was also small but had enough items to start your day happy! Staff was alsi very helpful and polite. We were travelling with two young children (1 stroller) and were worried about not having an elevator
Fantastic hotel, clean modern rooms and really friendly staff. We also rented the apartment that is above the hotel and it was perfect for our stay in rome with an amazing terrace
Nice small hotel, just in the beginning of Rome's pedestrian walk (aka cultural paradise). Just behind 'that's amore' restaurant The rooms were spacious, clean and modern
However, this was not an issue as we were storing it at the ground floor
Massimo thank you 😊 for all the services, the best 👌

Not to mention, we would have shown up for a tour that was scheduled (through another site in error) but Peter was very sweet to show us why there was no tour and the site had made a big mistake
A bit outdated furniture and bed, but the bathroom was newly renovated. The good thing is room is very clean and room service did a great job everyday. Staff is friendly and accommodating
What a great place to stay! Very close to many attractions and the manager Peter was the best! The top floor breakfast was great with an awesome view
Very close to touristic areas and attractions. We mostly walked to everywhere and no need for any means of transportation
Also many times there’s a lady constantly asking the guests to write a good review on booking when we just want to enjoy our breakfast peacefully before the food is taken at 9
I’m giving a 4 star review mostly because of the excellent location and the friendly and helpful staff at reception. However, the situation is different at breakfast

Not vegan friendly, two fishes for vegetarians though. Good breakfast, very reasonably priced. Pool is quite shallow, gym needs green pass to enter during covid19 (government requirement)
Otherwise matches the four stars it has been given but I had to wait 45 minutes to get a pancake during breakfast. The shuttle buses to the city center are nice and the pool is okay
Courteous, polite, helpful staff. Great rooms. Great amenities. Good location, mid way between Fiumicino Rome Airport & ROME city center. Offer shuttle to Metro station, Euro2 Mall & city centre.
Good place to stay on way to or from the airport. Desk staff were excellent, very helpful - exemplary customer service. Room was clean, comfortable.
Very amazing place: quite, surrounded by nature, excellent restaurant, excellent staff, good and clean rooms. Only problem: transportation from Fiumicino airport only by taxi or private car

I would only recommend that you put a curtain in the shower, so the water does not spill out of the bathtub. The towels were clean and plenty. I would also prefer a bigger size of soap
Great location, clean room, the staff is very helpful. Small fridge in the room and the bath towels are warm!
Excellent - no issues. Right in the middle of everything. Surrounded by loads of really nice and not too pricey restaurants. Right near the metro. Will be coming back again :)
Good location, near the station Termini, very clean, breakfast very good.
The hotel staff were good with english and very fast at replying on Expedia. Also while staying at the hotel they were always nice and welcoming towards me! The breakfast is simple, but you have a lot to choose from
My bed was good to sleep in, but the pillows were a little bit to thin for my liking. My room was fully cleaned every day, wich was nice! In the closet is a good save to store your valuable items in

The only false note, the breakfast was very good and plentiful, but completely self-service, and therefore coffee and cappuccino are vending machine, it would have been better almeni have the machine to capsules illy as the one present in the room for personal use
Staff friendly and efficient, the rooms in the new part are excellent, especially in relation to the price, definitely better than what you would expect from a three star hotel
The rooms are clean and new and the breakfast is tasty with lots of options , fresh fruit , toast , pastries , cereal , vegetables cakes , coffee fresh fruit juice
Super nice staff (each and everyone we encountered was firendly and genuine helpful), great large breakfast buffet, nice rooms with awesome bathrooms
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a nice selection at breakfast including gluten free options.
I enjoy the hotel due to its location, the service. When ever I come to Rome I stay in this hotel

One thing I also liked is that they have a shuttle service that takes you very close to attractions. Pool was great, staff was great and they took care of our every need
Staying at this hotel was absolutely stunning, not just the room (which was!), but the staff was the true star. The level of service is unprecedented, and they went out of their way to make us feel right at home
Rome Cavalieri was an amazing hotel. It feels like a palace with how nice is it. Every restaurant was amazing and had one of the best waffles of my life for breakfast
The spa amenities made it worth it in itself with a cold plunge, sauna, steam room & whirlpool
Pool is comfortable, you need to flag down a server to order food and drinks they don’t come to you as you sit down. Bed is big, plush & comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from
(The other, La Pergola needs to be booked well in advance and as a 2 star Michelin is a tad pricey) We've stayed here a couple of times, usually to decompress on the first 2 or last 2 nights of our Italy trip

Other markets with fresh fruit about 10-15 walk. Breakfast was muffins/bread/cereal and coffee/tea/juice/water. My wife and I liked that we were a little away from the hustle and bustle and still safe
They were accommodating with changing our room to something more suited to our liking. The staff was friendly, yet they allow you to enjoy your stay without being overbearing
Nice hotel except for the towels... they only give you two per room. The shower leaked in our room so we had to use a towel to mop up the water.
Cute, quaint, friendly, rooms had stone/brick walls and were clean, everything worked as it should. Small convenience store across the street for water, booze, small food & trinkets
Would recommend, especially since it's nestled in a historic neighborhood

The position is something amazing: it’s close to basically every famous/typical building of Rome, like Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Vittoriano… the staff is so nice and friendly
Rooms are comfortable and the customer service is superb! I had to do some work during my stay and they brilliantly supported me with copies, complementary wifi and other services I urgently needed
Breakfast is the most precious time of the day: here even more! You can have breakfast on the rooftop of the hotel - from which you can admire the St. Peter Church and the typical Roman landscape
The rooms are very clean, friendly staff (most of them speaks english), great breakfast, well located only 5mins walk from Fontana di Trevi, cheap price! 100% recommended!
Wonderful hotel to stay in Rome in. Very clean: the rooms are pretty and have anything you could possibly need

I m in love with this place! Staff are very cautiously friendly. Basically a walking distance to every where you wanna go, and a 5 mins walk to metro station. I would definitely wish to come back again one day!
Nice clean Hotel. Valerio from reception was friendly and helpfull and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Would recommend Hotel Anahi for sure.
For the price, it’s just fine. Is it gorgeous or glamorous or inspired? No. Clean, cool (air-con works!) and perfectly adequate.
Affordable and central spot! Poor wifi but great staff and cute vibe Smaller rooms

You have to ring the door at weekends an evenings to get in, the door sticks at times, so someone has to come down to open it. The rooms are small, but clean and tidy. A plentiful breakfast with tea or coffee
It is a well situated hotel in a beautiful Old building. The downstairs entrance is stunning. The lift is tiny and very old, but works
The hotel is in need of renovation, but overall, a good place to stay

Great value for money! The hotel's location couldn't be better – right before Villa Borghese! The gym is equipped with brand-new machines that seem recently purchased
This is a really cool hotel, very artsy, and in a good and adequate location. It's quite a maze to get to your room but once you figure out it's easier. The employees are nice and helpful
I recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Vittorio Veneto a luxurious haven in the heart of Rome, for five unforgettable days in July
Whether it was arranging last-minute reservations at top restaurants, providing insightful recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring my room was always in perfect order, their dedication to excellence was unwavering
All impeccable and cost adequate to the service had! Convenient to get there, close to the main streets and wonderful view of Villa Borghese! Fast and adequate cuisine to the needs! Helpful and present staff! No disturbance from the renovations of the Hotel, very good!
What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the guest relationship management team. They demonstrated remarkable skill in handling all of my needs and requests with efficiency and grace

Had a great experience for a 2-night stay in July. Staff was helpful, restaurant food was delicious, A/C worked well for European standards, room was clean, shower was strong, and free drinks in room (for first round)
I don’t know that I have ever stayed at a Marriott Brand hotel in a bed that was uncomfortable. The location was amazing just a few minutes from Vatican City, the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain
Great value for a nice hotel in Rome. Well kept bright rooms and the AC worked, even with the high summer temperature. Buffet breakfast downstairs is well done, and free to elite members who qualify
Very friendly and efficient staff at reception and at the main ground level restaurant as well as breakfast restaurant + rooftop bar. The quality of food and beverages is excellent
The buffet had a great assortment that myself and my son were both able to find something to be happy with. My only negative comment is that the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable
Booked this room last minute because of a horrible airbnb experience our first night in Rome. The staff was so kind and helpful making sure we knew to ask about any of our needs

I really can't say any good. Maybe my standard are hi, but food was okay, bedroom okay, my room was smelly. However, to be fair, good hotel in Italy are very expensive, so I guess it is a good option for the money.
It’s very very nice here would recommend visiting
Plus there is an ice machine I guess near the door so I hear every single piece falls down. The pool is good enough very relaxing. The gym is very small so if you are into gym absolutely it's not good enough
Beautiful huge swimming pool at the hotel
I had to ask her about everything step by step for example I asked her if I can have a drink on the evening outside in the swimming pool zone she said I don't know you can ask the bar man
It’s a beautiful hotel pool, for a hot day

I called the reception and asked to have a technician come up to repair the unit. Michelle at the Front Desk was sympathetic and very helpful. She immediately offered me another room
To start, our room was incredibly clean and well-kept. Upon arrival, our original room was not ready, we were given access but it was still being cleaned
with a busy office and I shared with my wife, “What would I give to have someone like Roberta manage my front office staff?" And speaking of staff, when the General Manager Rocco heard we were celebrating our 40th Anniversary in Rome, Rocco had delivered fresh fruit and beverage to our room to surprise us
My husband spoke with the front desk and they quickly and efficiently provided us with another room. In addition, they called to check if it was to our liking. The bed was very comfortable and the staff is very friendly
**Exceptional Stay at NH Collection Giustiniano in Rome** My recent stay at the NH Collection Giustiniano in Rome was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding
Enrique, who handled my check-in, was incredibly helpful and pleasant, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. I decided to extend my stay, and Enrique seamlessly coordinated this with his manager, Martina

A memorable trip So if you are keen to be in the centre of town and enjoy a stay that has a lot of history and you don't mind not having a gym or pool, then it's fine hotel
This is my favourite hotel in Rome. Its old world charm and architecture, gr8 service and our room was stylish and spotless. The bars r devine and at Christmas the decorations and tree really beautiful
The Nazis occupied it during WW11. Loved the marble lion staircase
We had three rooms however all varied in size and Facilities The rooms are generally clean and have traditional furniture and the rooms have been modified for air-conditioning The bathroom also are fairly large yet need more thought into the design
The flat screen TV was small 32 inch and needs to be updated. No tea coffee making facilities or an iron board The hotel has a grand ballroom with some lovely ornate work in the ceilings and lovely chandeliers
However it doesn't seem to in daily use and a shame that no effort is made to show off this historical area of the hotel Other issues are the Internet and the air-conditioning ( not at par )
